Great easy access location

Great location , unit was very clean and fully renovated. Host communication was also prompt and very detailed instructions were provided. Good places to eat very close by. Modicas downstairs was good lunch stop.

We were a little disappointed that we had to park on the opposite side of the block in the Chase Bank parking garage, but everything we needed was within walking distance. Once you understand the key fob used to enter the building and the parking pass card used for parking it’s not too bad. The building is very old. The apartment has old wavy glass windows that open and very tall ceilings (very cool). The view is to the East, opposite the ocean. The AC is a portable unit in the bedroom that worked fine for us. The kitchen and bathroom were upgraded to modern standards. The bed was comfortable and the street noise from the sixth floor was minimal. The only negative is the price. It seems quite high for what you’re getting.

Lovely stay, petty damage charges

This is a great property in the heart of downtown Long Beach, and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately this 2 star review is because of a nonsense damage charge after our check out. For background, my wife and I are in our mid 60's, travel extensively, have stayed in VRBO's worldwide for many years, and have never been charged for any damages anywhere ever. We used this property merely for a place to sleep for two nights while we attended an event nearby. We barely occupied the place, never unpacked, and took one shower before our departure on the day we left. We were charged only £118 for a scratch on the glass shower door, but the amount is not the point here. We know that we didn't damage anything, and it seems silly to us that the host would risk this review for something so inconsequential, and for alleged damage that could have been there for months, or have been more likely caused by the cleaning crew. So be aware if you rent this property... do a forensic check for the most minuscule of cosmetic imperfections before you put your luggage down, because you will get a bill!

Downtown condo within walking distance to everything in downtown

This condo had everything we needed. Host was very communicative and accommodating when we needed her. All questions answered within several minutes. Condo has portable AC unit and heaters so you can sleep with windows closed if you desire. The place is clean and has everything within walking distance. Coffee shop and restaurant at base of building. Beach is a 5 min walk away. Great food and breweries very close. Parking garage for condo is close but not connected. Easy to find. We would stay here again if we came back to Long Beach.

Great getaway!

Great little condo in the heart of downtown Long Beach, walking distance to almost everything and an amazing steak house right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; checking in and out were a breeze and the the host was amazing!

Nice property

We stayed for a long race weekend. Great location. Walking distance to everything. It is a high rise in the middle of other high rise residential buildings so you can hear everything if people are on their balconies or down on the ground. Note: The mattress is Very firm. All & all we had a good stay & the apartment is nice.

This place was not worth it!

The property was not clean, as I went in the floor was dirty. So, I ended up cleaning it myself. The drapes are dirty and torn. Bed sheets looked unclean and smelly. The kitchen items are not clean and some things were rusty. The dinning table chairs were broken and had to be replaced. The elevator in the building is very small and not suited for pandemic social distancing needs. There are some other issues, I also took photos but unfortunately there is no place to upload those here. This is not a luxury place as promoted by the owner

Sometimes I truly can not believe that people can be this way. This is so shocking to me, I’m almost speechless what to even say, but Amir is one of those guests who probably try to scam the system. The very first day he addressed the issue with the chairs and in 30 min he got brand new ones. But it’s seems that he was looking just about anything to complain about and no matter what we do, he could not be happy. We all know those people and it is unfortunate, I wish him all the best in life. These are bigger problem in the world than size of the elevators.

Lovely Apartment for a Staycation in Long Beach

This place was great for my needs, fast internet, nice amenities, a comfy bed and perfect location! Would stay here again! The parking situation is complicated but it is nice not to have to pay for parking or look for an open spot in front of the apartment as you have access to the Chase bank parking structure.

Traveling for work

This was a great little place to stay while traveling to Long Beach for work. Updated apartment that was kept clean. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again if in Long Beach. Very close to the convention center.

Great location!

Can't beat the location if you're attending a function at the convention center. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store all within walking distance. Unit is very quiet and comfortable.

super close to everything downtown on an upper floor facing uptown. 2 adults and 2 teenage boys fit just fine. did not read notice carefully about fuse blowing in this older building if several things on at once. very good communication with host

The best location

You can walk to everything. The building is older but has a lot of charm. There is a great little coffee shop downstairs and tons of great places to eat. You are right by convention center and short walk to the harbor where there is an Aquarium and boat rides. The free parking was awesome. We didn't need our car cause everything was in walking distance. The owners are very friendly and very responsive if you need anything. I also felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. I wasn't sure what to expect but even at night you feel safe.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully renovated condo in historic downtown and about a 10 min walk to the beach. It was perfect for what we came for and the hosts were very responsive to questions.
