This unit has the most incredible views on Pensacola Beach! The property is secure and pristine, top notch. We had everything we needed start to finish due to the excellent service from Beach Bum. We will definitely be back!

Truly the most beautiful beach stay we’ve ever had! The nearly 360* views were amazing! It was like stepping into a dream! The condo was beautifully decorated and invitingly comfortable. The place exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room if we wanted time to be alone and the living room big enough to accommodate the 8 of us without a cramped feeling. The balcony where most of our time was spent, was big enough to accommodate all of us with beautiful of the water and beach. The luxury of the balcony made our stay unique and well enjoyed.

Best Place we've ever stayed on vacation bar NONE

We went with three other couples we travel with and we all agreed it was the nicest place we've stayed. It was very large with a fantastic view and location. It had every amenity possible including a in-condo sauna and a free standing ice maker. The seating had an unprecedented view of the Gulf and pier as well as plenty or room for more than our group. The only problem I had was the property manager made me use their portal to communicate. It took a while to finally get used to it.

Palace in the sky!

The Beach Club is fabulous and Unit 1906 is out of this world! Wrap-around walls of windows to view the oceanfront as well as the bay! Huge patio facing ocean and a smaller one facing the bay. The unit is more than 4200 sq ft! The unit is spotless and the design layout and furnishings show sophistication. It is exactly as the pictures show. The team at Beach Bum BB is professional, courteous, and handles all your needs quickly and with a smile. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect. Getting the codes to onto the property was a challenge. We were ALL there at 3:30 trying not to block the entrance. There is NO where to park outside the gate. Finally got codes after email's at 3:45. We had several cars blowing their horns at us.

Join the 1% Club

People often say they wonder how the "other half" lives. Trust me, 50% of the people do NOT live like this. Only the TOP 1% do...and for a few days I was one of the 1%! You cannot describe this place in print. Breathtaking. If you were a multi-gazillionaire THIS is how you would vacation. Every detail was taken care of by Beach Bum. The parking inside the garage was an added bonus to throw the beach stuff in the back of the car instead of lugging it up to the 19th floor. From the dishes to the custom glasses for whatever your poison was. Beach Towels, décor, two big balconies, and an absolutely phenomenal sunset view. I am going back in January. There is no better place on the beach, guaranteed.

Best family vacation

Perfect vacation property! Met up with our 3 children and our grandson for this summer vacation. We celebrated a 30th birthday, an engagement and a new job this week. The condo is stocked with everything you would need. The location is walking distance to many fun activities and nightlife. The kids took turns preparing gourmet meals each night and we popped champagne on the balcony every evening. The beds were comfortable and I slept very well which is unusual for me. I recommend walking to the pier in the early evening to watch the fishermen and the pelicans walking around. Take a drive over to Joe Patti’s for the freshest seafood to cook up the best dinner. We happened to be around for Gallery Night in downtown Pensacola which is always fun. Take a tour of the National Naval Aviation Museum if you can. Grand Marlin restaurant is a fantastic place to celebrate with a special occasion dinner. Half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays! The view from the condo will take your breath away! I really hope we can plan this trip again!

Fabulous Views!

This place was awesome!!! The views were absolutely amazing! The unit was much more spacious than expected. We had two families in the unit, and there was plenty of beds, bathrooms, kitchen supplies, etc. The facility weight room, pools and hot tubs were all clean and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants and liquor store are all within walking distance. The beach sand is probably the best in all of Florida. Our only complaint is we arrived on a Sunday and was not able to get our check-in info for about 45 minutes after check-in time. The management company’s office is closed on Sunday, but we were eventually able to contact them to get the check-in codes. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
