Unsere Waterfront Datscha ist für Familienspaß und Abenteuer gedacht und bietet 180-Grad-Wasserblick auf Greens Creek, eine halbe Meile von Oriental direkt am Wasser. Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer: Das Erdgeschoss Zimmer verfügt über 2 Queens; Die zweite Geschichte Kinderloft hat 5 Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und die Grand Master Suite verfügt über einen California King mit einem Blick auf den Pool und das Wasser im Bett. Es verfügt auch über einen Whirlpool im Zimmer und eine große Regendusche im großen Stil. Es gibt auch Yoga-Deck direkt neben der Master-Suite über dem Pool mit einem ruhigen Blick auf die unbebaute Waterfront über Greens Creek. Insgesamt 9 Betten und Schlafplätze für bis zu 13 Personen, wenn das Schlafsofa für gelegentliche Reisende verwendet wird.

Unser Dock ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um Krabben zu fangen, angeln gehen, Ihr Boot binden und unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge beobachten, die an jedem klaren Abend auftreten. Die Ansichten von unserem Häuschen und dem Dock sind die Art der Künstlerumarmung des Mediums. Very nice house with a beautiful view. Plenty of room and space for everyone. Pool, fire ring, and yard were great. Piggly Wiggly was 5 minutes away. Enjoyed our time there and would rent again if the chance arises.

A Cozy Cottage

This property is a very nice place. It is beautiful with a really great layout. The view of the water is spectacular and it is equipped with everything you need while on vacation. Everyone of the family members loved it and we would love to visit again, next time in the spring or summer time. Great Vacation in Oriental!

This home was perfect for our mini-vacation in Oriental. We loved the pool, fishing from the bank, smores by the fire pit and having the dock for easy boat access. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids. They loved having their own little space. The screened-in porch was wonderful for sunset dinners. The home needs a little updating but you don't go to Orenital to hangout in a house so we did not mind.

Neat house, great water view and short drive to town!

A unique house! We loved the antique pin ball machine! Home was clean and well stocked. The pool looked inviting but too cold for us to use. We did enjoy sunset on the dock. Oriental was a precious town and just a few minutes drive from the home. Property manager was great to communicate with and responded quickly to a minor issue. We loved the tote bag! We enjoyed our stay!

We love the location on the creek. The house has an unusual layout but it was comfortable. It is in dire need of updating with some paint. Unfortunately, we would have enjoyed our stay more if the weather had cooperated and the pool was clean. Loved watching the otter, birds, and the neighborhood was great!

Kick Back Relax

Had to move my first date because of the tropical storm and Beth and her team were exceptional! Wether it was helping me select a new date or the emails about the incoming storm they were professional in every sense of the word. The cottage was excellent!! Very quiet with great views of the water. It was nice to float around in the pool and relax with my family. Oriental is a small quiet community with everything you need to have a great time fishing, sailing, or getting away from it all. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Beautiful location but...

Cleanliness was better than last time we stay August 2019. But refrigerator ice maker did not work, there was a shortage of baking dishes(for the microwave) , paint inside and out needs updating, and the tv was difficult to decipher. The weather was not good but we can’t blame that on the place. Hope this gives the owner incentive to update the place .

An experience I otherwise couldn’t afford.

It was all good. My grandkids fished, and enjoyed the property. It’s time for a new barbecue (squeezing in another visit would be greedy). Also, I didn’t mind tending the pool, but if your paying someone to tend it, he did not show. The pump motor was easily taxed (pine needles). No worries, I was on top of it.

Nice view. Blind on the door in bedroom was broke. Pool needs up dating. No TV in the master bedroom

The pool needed cleaning but the pool guy showed up the next morning to clean it. The view is outstanding. The upstairs is not very cool. Other than that it's a nice place. Found small poop on the deck. My husband said it was probably a racoon.

A very nice Dragon

We very much enjoyed the house with its beautiful location and great views. The way the house and property is setup with sitting areas to enjoy from outside to inside was very nice. having a boat dock to use and just walk out and go was awesome. There are only two small reason I dont give this a 5 star overall and they are in the evening with the families together relaxing the TV is annoyingly slow and even though it was a smart TV there were times it would freeze during a movie. the second was on the master bedroom bed the fitted sheet would come undone every night no matter how tight you pulled it in before bed. Other then those little annoyances the place was great. we would come back and hope too!!!

Overall a pleasant experience

The house itself was fantastic, plenty of room, good layout, and wonderful location. There were some initial communication challenges - most of the information left at the house about trash pick up, pool cleaning, etc was incorrect - but was resolved quickly after calling the property manager. We also had some issues with the dock, there are two sailboats there, taking up both slips, that appear to have been there for a very long time, it would have been nice to know they were there before hand. Finally some of the neighbors let their dogs roam free, and we had to contend with them barking at us in the yard

Thank you for your feedback. We have gone in and updated the information in the property to avoid any future confusion with trash pick up or pool cleans. Dragons Island does have one slip space that is reserved for guests during their stay however we will follow up with the owner to let them know of your concerns regarding the other boats. Great location and space but needs some work.

This is a lovely house with a beautiful water view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed the firepit and watching the pelicans fly along the river. The main room and the porch were delightful. On the negative side, the house was not completely clean when we arrived. Many of the dishes were dirty (we think that the dishwasher needs servicing), there were black head hairs on all the tile floors (from the cleaners?), and there were numerous dead cockroaches around. Additionally, not everything worked. The main suite tub's faucet did not work and the TV only accessed one channel.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had the dishwasher serviced as well as the main suit tub faucet so that it is easier to use. We are glad that you were able to enjoy the property and look forward to hosting you again soon.
