BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
~ Master Suite: King bed with his-and-hers nightstands, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom for added comfort.
~ Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and elegant décor.
~ Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet, and convenient direct access to the second bathroom.
~ Second Bathroom: Located across the hall, featuring a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo.


KITCHEN, DINING, AND LIVING SPACE:
~ Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and all essentials for preparing meals at home.
~ Oceanfront Dining Room: Features a sleek dining table with seating for six, plus three additional bar stools at the counter.
~ Oceanfront Living Room: Relax on a cozy sofa with two accent chairs, all oriented for the perfect view of the large Smart TV and the endless ocean horizon.

BALCONY:
~ Step outside to your private oceanfront balcony, complete with a low-top circular table and seating for four — the perfect spot for morning coffee, alfresco meals, or evening cocktails while the waves roll in.
The Condo

The Aruba is one of Daytona Beach’s most upscale vacation rental communities, offering top-tier amenities in a prime beachfront location. Just a short stroll along the sand leads you to Crabby Joe’s Pier restaurant and bar, a local favorite for food, drinks, and views.

AMENITIES:
~ Heated resort-style pool and oceanfront hot tub
~ Fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weight machines
~ Direct, private beach access steps from the building

MINIMUM AGE:
~ Primary renter must be 25 years or older

FEES:
~ Management Fee ($145): Provides incidental damage coverage for your stay. We’ve secured outside protection so both guests and owners are covered for accidental damages, big or small. This is included in the price you see.
~ Pet Fee: $150 (see pet policy below)
~ Late Check-In Fee:
8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50
12:00 AM or later: $100
~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
~ Check-In: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
~ Early Check-In: Not available (if ready early, our check-in agent will notify you)
~ Check-Out: 10:00 AM

PET POLICY:
~ Maximum 1 pet, up to 20 lbs
~ No aggressive breeds
~ Current vet records with rabies vaccination required
~ $150 pet fee

PARKING:
~ 1 assigned garage space (clearance 6’7”)
~ 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper parking deck
~ No trailers permitted
~ No third vehicles

STARTER SUPPLIES:
A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following:
~ Trash bags
~ Laundry pods
~ Dish detergent pods
~ Toilet paper rolls
~ 1 paper towel roll
Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
