Herrschaftliches englisches Herrenhaus aus rotem Backstein am prestigeträchtigen Boulevard, nur wenige Blocks vom Michigansee und dem Park entfernt. Die formellen Räume sind mit schönen Putzdecken, schönen Holzarbeiten und Holzböden geschmückt. Die dritte Etage wurde kürzlich zu einem großen und offenen Raum mit einem kompletten Badezimmer ausgebaut. Zentrale Luft ist überall vorhanden. Das Anwesen umfasst einen großen privaten Garten sowie eine Remise mit einem Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Das Kutschenhaus kann bei Bedarf gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 200 USD pro Nacht gemietet werden.

Great Weekend!

Great stay!

This was an amazing home! It was beautiful, clean, well apportioned, as advertised, and great location. We were a group of 7 adults and had plenty of room and bathrooms. The outside patio was lovely. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Huge, eclectic, comfortable, and fun!

Ajoy's property was great! I hosted my bachelor party there and found the place perfect for the 10 of us. Each floor seemed to offer a different experience and the ample bed and bathroom spaces were extremely useful. I'd definitely recommend to any large group coming to Milwaukee - and make sure you plug in the karaoke machine!

90th Birthday Celebration

What a fantastic place to gather with friends and family! We walked through all the rooms with our jaws on the floor: spacious and great for a large crowd. The neighborhood was stunning and perfect for walks….so close to the Lake! Mom/Grammie, said it was the best birthday party she’s ever had! Ajoy, the owner was great to work with and very attentive to our needs.

Amazing Stay

The house was incredible! The house was large enough for our group of 8-20 throughout the weekend. It was very clean and a fun house to stay in. No issue finding space to sleep. Incredible house, great for groups!

We just finished our weekend at Ajoy's house in Milwaukee, and everyone had a great time! The house is amazing, and the recently refurbished basement was great for hanging out. Lots of outdoor space as well. There are also plenty of places to sleep throughout the house, making it great for group rentals. Ajoy was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property, thanks Ajoy!

The house was built in 1908 and retains much of the original work and charm, but provides all the comforts and amenities of modern-day living. with four original fireplaces. The first, second and third floors have high ceilings, and spacious rooms. The main entrance, foyer and formal dining room has custom paneled wainscoting and plaster crown molding. The living room, dining room and the two master bedrooms have original fireplaces and elegant chandeliers.
