The unit includes 2 bedrooms—1 with a king bed and 1 with queen beds—and a loft with queen bunk beds for 4 additional guests, plus a queen sleeper sofa. On the top floor, it offers access to a 1-car garage with an extra space in front and ample street parking.
Enjoy full, private access to the unit, patio, and garage, with shared yard, driveway, and hallways. Note that host communication may be limited between 11:00pm and 7:00am.

- Sound: This unit is in a multi-unit building. Despite being newly constructed, the soundproofing isn't perfect, so you might hear some noise from other guests. We ask that shoes be removed before entering and that loud music or late-night parties are avoided to respect everyone’s peace.
- Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, all guests must sign a rental agreement. For rentals longer than 30 days, a residential lease is required.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended.
- Events or outside guests must be approved by the host in advance, and additional charges may apply.
- Please turn off lights, fans, and other appliances when not in use and before you leave.
- Please inform the host immediately if the property is damaged or requires special cleaning.
- Balcony Use Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.
