Wir begrüßen Sie in unserem privaten Luxus-Haus (Ono Hale) in den sanften Hügeln oberhalb historischen Kailua Kona zu bleiben. Nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt und schöne Sandstrände der Kona.
Kühl und leise. Ono Hale ist für ideal warme Tage und kühle Nächte das ganze Jahr über zu einem perfekten 750 'Höhe auf einem sehr privaten Grundstück in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen! Auf fast 2800 sq-ft abgeschlossen, befindet sich das Haus auf etwas mehr als 1/3 acre, die mit blühenden tropischen Flora sagenhaft angelegten ist. Diese 3 Schlafzimmer (2 König, 1 Queen), 2. 5 Bad Haus genießt einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer mit einem 6 'tiefen Pool. Ono Hale ist mit brasilianischen Kirsche Parkett, Quarzit Steinfliesen, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Travertin Fliesen und Teak Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die High-End-Oberflächen, offenen Grundriss und Nut und Feder gewölbten Holzdecken schaffen das Umfeld für eine unglaubliche Ferienausflüge. Wenn das klingt gut, warten Sie, bis Sie die erstaunliche dachte Veranda zu sehen, die die gesamte Länge des Hauses erstreckt! Es gibt auch eine separate private Veranda aus dem Master-Suite, die perfekte Ort, um Ihren Morgen Kona Kaffee zu genießen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home shows it has 3 tv’s although there is only 2. One in the living room and one in the master room. The home does have a chest in the front full of pool items and scuba items. The property was clean except for a molded container on the top fridge. I would recommend this property but be advised there are a lot of stairs in the home and the drive way is a very steep hill which can be difficult to maneuver. Lots of bugs but it’s given in Hawaii, make sure to apply bug spray. The lanai is the BEST part of this home.

Kona vacation home

We’re a family of five and we found lots to enjoy at the house and Kona area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a lot of seating options inside and out. The Lanai is huge and has very beautiful views of the coastline and downtown Kona. The pool is very private and a good size for everyone to enjoy. The location is a 10 minute drive to the main tourist centre of Kona or to Keahou bay, where many tours operate from, including the Manta night snorkel.We would stay here again.

Great Home

Loved the view, location and beauty of the house. Perfect areas to enjoy outside and the pool. Being met at the property was nice as well. Not ideal for older family members as the stairs are a lot- as well as the driveway. However perfect for our family needs.

Great pool, deck and views. Our family had a great time and very comfortable in the house. The landscaping kept the pool private. We were able to relax all week and really close to many things to do in koba.

We loved this home! The floor plan was perfect. The location is ideal for everything you want to experience on the Island and Kona and the beaches. The home had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend staying at this property!

SUNSETS!!!!

Sunsets, sunsets, sunsets!!!! Thar Ono Hale house was perfect for our family stay. We had 3 generations of family members on this trip and the house accommodated everyone's needs. The kiddos loved the pool and the large lani was perfect to watch over them. The location of the house is within a very short drive to shopping, beaches and groceries. The weather was perfect with the slight breeze moving throughout the house. I was fortunate enough to live on the big island years ago and have always loved the Kona side. We loved the lanai and spent our mornings and evenings., listening to birds. It was great to have the beach towels and chairs to use. For our snorkeling days. We enjoyed coming back and taking a dip in the pool. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Wonderful place for our family. (Not a negative for us, but there are lots of stairs and this could be a problem for someone). We would stay again!

Gorgeous view

We had a great stay at the Ono hale! The kids loved the pool & us parents loved cruising on the lanai. The lanai has a gorgeous view of the sunset & over looks the pool if you don’t wanna walk down to it, you can still see everyone having a blast. The house is spacious & lots of room to play cards, play games & eat all together. The house was very clean, clean linens not musty & has a washer & a dryer. Blake Kessner was easy to contact when we had any questions. We had a great stay!

Great Stay

The property was located in a very convenient and central location. It was close to the airport which was great! The pool was our favourite part - it was clean and had lots of pool accessories and chairs around. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. There is no a/c which we didn't realize until arrival, however I think this is a common theme in the area. There were fans provided in the residence. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our short vacation in the Big Island as we were able to drive to all of our destinations in relatively short periods of time.

Large home good for families

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were several small things in need of repair/attention and I’ll send a list to realtor. One safety concern was called in and there was no response. It was Christmas holiday so I’ll give a break for that reason. Otherwise I recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience was a very good one. Beautiful grounds and pool. The house was wonderful. However, all of the towels and hand cloths need to be changed to new ones. The house does have a musty smell, especially in the lower level. The mattresses also need to be upgraded as well as bed linens. Televisions and the cable service also need to be updated. An HD tv but no HD service. Lanai is very spacious but there is mold on the support trusses.

Ono Hale - Fantastic Trip

We stayed at Ono Hale for 3 weeks on our recent trip to the Big Island and must say that it was a fantastic trip. We were greeted by a member of the Property Management group who gave us quick rundown(no more than 10 min) it was great. Lots of items to use at the beach and must say the we have not stayed at a rental that had so many different appliances to use. You certainly do not want for anything to prepare a dinner. The sunset views from the Lanai are fantastic. We would actually schedule our days to sit and watch them. We quite enjoyed the pool area and spent time in the pool as well. It is refreshing on a hot day to cool off. The house itself is very spacious and very relaxing. We had read comments on the stairs, however no one in our group had an issue and two actually are awaiting knee surgery. The Property Management group was also incredible. On our second last day the coffee machine quit working and within an hour there was a new one dropped off even though we had said not to worry about bringing a new one. Great service!! We would definitely stay at Ono Hale again.

We loved that all the rooms were very well spread out. It was clean upon arrival. Few things to keep in mind: it’s a three story house-so there is a lot of steps. There is no A/C. But it’s not bad at all we always left the windows open and we got air of cool air coming it at night. Also, the driveway is very steep. We had two convertibles and scratched the bottoms of them first time we pulled up, until later we learned how to angle the car while coming up to avoid scratching. It’s manageable especially that made it up there on such low cars. Just take it slow. Other than that the house was perfect.

Please keep in mind that there are 2 entrances, front entrance requires going up a lot of stairs to get into the main living room, the back entrance requires a car w/ high bottom clearance, to get to the top of the steep driveway. Wasn’t a problem for us at all; we took the SUV to the top parking and parked the convertible downstairs. There is no AC but the house but that was a non issue for us, there’s tons of windows and the breeze coming through kept the house at a perfect temperature. I loved that the house was equipped w/ plenty of beach toys and gear. Comfy beds, lots of linens, toiletry items and even a closet stocked w/ sunscreens, lotions and aloe (that I discovered after the fact) and kitchen was fully stocked (we left it more stocked!) with spices and sauces. Home is located in a great location. This home is definitely a gem for the price! My only disappointment was that the pool is located across the driveway, from of the house; it gets sun but not enough to warm the water enough (we went in February), so the water was too cold to get in.
