Clean, Spacious Condo

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. The patio has an amazing view of the water way and Barefoot Landing. We took lots of pictures on the patio at night during sunset. The pool is huge and very clean.

July 4th Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here the week of 4th of July. The villa was nice and clean. There was minor construction on the exterior of the building causing the garbage shute to not be in operation. this caused a minor inconvenience having to walk garbage down to the trash bin each day.

Loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: spaciious, gorgeous but needs some updating. Smart TVs would allow guests to add their own streaming and sports channels when needed, especially on rainy days. Remotes and channels are way outdated. Please consider replacing the TVs. The sliding door give lots of views but is hard to open and outside handle broke off. Please lubricate. Also please consider putting a trash bin inside a cabinet for more eye appeal. The one we had was dirty and the lid was broken. C lose to Barefoot and many other things, overall we would definitely come back.

Myrtle Beach visit with Grandchildren

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not well kept at all! Some of the dishes in the cabinet, especially the silverware were not clean . In one of the bedrooms the headboard hardware was damaged so not connected to the headboard making a bumping sound against the wall. Both bathtubs had very slow draining so you were standing in water. The couch cushions had not been cleaned as there was food in between and under the cushion... dried for some time. The hallways were not maintained of litter as there were beer cans sitting in the same place our entire stay. Plastic chairs on the balcony was not a plus! The air conditioning unit was very loud .. the master was freezing while the rest of the unit was warmer. The outside pool had caution tape across the entry islands where small children couldn’t enter. Very irritating! We were looking at Property to buy at this location and decided not to buy because of the overall appearance of the property. Beautiful views !

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at Villa #2-605 we were very disappointed to find the unit in such poor uncleared condition. The kitchen was a disappointment. All but one of the pots and pans were unusable. The counter tops had to be washed. The dishes and silverware had to be washed before use. The master bathroom shower had extensive black mold. After being charged $443.95 to have the unit cleaned after we left, I question if $443.95 was charged to the previous renter? It was obvious to us that no one spent $443.95 in time cleaning the unit before we arrived, and the kitchen cookware was in severe need of replacement.

We really enjoyed watching the boats and listening to the music at night from the balcony. All of the rooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare and enjoy meals for large family. The bathrooms are also large and clean. We would gladly return, had a great time!
