Der Raum:

Befindet sich auf der 2. Etage eines zweistöckigen Gebäudekomplexes. Das Gebäude beherbergt ein angesagtes Café, in dem den ganzen Tag über Frühstück serviert wird, Pop-up-Modegeschäfte, eine Burger-Imbissbude und ein Friseurladen.

Interaktion mit Gästen:

Self-Check-in ist möglich und wird von den meisten Gästen gewünscht. Wenn Sie dennoch empfangen und begrüßt werden möchten, würden wir uns sehr freuen, Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft begrüßen zu dürfen. Teilen Sie uns dies einfach vorab mit und wir richten es für Sie ein.

Wir bieten einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine sowie grundlegende Utensilien. Keine voll ausgestattete Küche auf dem Grundstück. Viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar und Lieferung zur Verfügung :)

Lärm ist selten, aber in Ausnahmefällen ist es wichtig zu bemerken, dass wir uns dem städtischen Leben nähern.

Super great area it’s around a bunch of good restaurants and bars. The house is right above a good place to eat and the people that own it are very nice. The apartment was very clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately our host canceled, on our way to the airport, claiming a water outage. She offered us a gallon of water or our money back. Sounds suspicious to me. We had to scramble last minute to find other accommodations. No one else in that area mentioned a "water outage".

Great location!

Excellent place to stay! Lots of cool spots to eat and drink and beach was very close! Ubers were always available- to old San Juan for day trips (about $10 one way) or to Loiza for a fishing charter! Convenience store about a block away for beer, liquor, or snacks. Highly recommend!

Was a very quaint property, close to eateries and the beach. Was clean and cozy. Even though it was above a a food and beverage establishment, it was quiet and all patrons below were very respectful. Inside the unit it was quiet. We Enjoyed it!

Nice Affordable Private Place

Very nice apartment with great character and location. Close to food, nightlife, and the beach. The small downsides are parking, noise, and no kitchen. If like me, you don't mind those things, this is a great rental property. Especially at the price!

Great location

Great location and walkable to lots of spots, including the beach! The place overall was enjoyable, but a couple of things to note: the listing originally showed a full-sized couch, but it had been replaced with a much smaller one that felt more like outdoor furniture. Also, the water went out at one point and turned brown, though the hosts were quick to respond and get it fixed. The power also went out overnight once, but came back by morning. Despite those hiccups, we appreciated the quick communication and loved being so close to everything.

Wonderful!

I would 100% stay here again! Great location close to restaurants, cafes, and an amazing beach (swimming and volleyball nets; a bit too windy for sunbathing) with water at the perfect temperature and swimming-friendly/non-aggressive waves. Clean, comfortable space above a bar/restaurant (don't plan to sleep before about 11pm on Friday and Saturday evenings).

Clean space for a quick stay

This is a good spot for a quick stay but if you are looking for many amenities this probably isn't for you. We were pleased as we were not in the property much, however one item to note is the location and noise. It is located above a bar/restaurant and until they close, the HVAC unit from I assume the kitchen is extremely loud in one of the bedrooms. Luckily the restaurant is not open super late but could be an issue for light sleepers.

A great place to stay and a fabulous location

A belated review, but wanted to go back and say how much we enjoyed our time at this rental. It has so much character, and you feel part of San Juan both past, in terms of its lofty ceilings and old beams, and present with the fabulous and varied restaurants and coffee shops all around you and a beautiful beach only a block away. The decor is stylish and comfortable. The scene felt local and authentic (check out the restaurant downstairs - food is great and the Coronas are ice cold. Do not skip on the homemade pepper relish!) The owner of the property was so nice and responsive - getting back to us immediately and effectively when needed. The parking can be a little tricky and limited depending on the day and time, but we always managed to have a spot. We stayed as a couple with our teenager. Both bedrooms are quite large with their own en-suite bathrooms which give you separation and privacy when you need but the lounge area was social and cozy if you want to be together (would be perfect for two couples or a family). But most importantly - it is a great location for getting immediately out to the beach, or heading to old San Juan or anywhere else on the island you want to go. Would definitely stay here again.

First of Many Trips to Puerto Rico

I’m blown away by the lack of reviews this place has! The apartment is as pictured, clean, vaulted ceilings make the place seem even bigger. Plenty of space for my friend and I, and the perfect size for 2 couples as well. I would disagree with the previous water pressure comment, zero issue with toilets, sinks, and enough water pressure to wash our hair. It’s comparable to what I have at home. The location is excellent. 2 blocks to the beach, countless restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a 24 hr grocery store & large convenience store within walking distance. Yes, you are above a bar/restaurant and you hear a bit of noise on weekend nights, but it’s very muffled in the bedroom - nonexistent in the rear bedroom. Even being so close to all of that you feel very safe and secure upstairs. We stayed over a busy holiday weekend and had zero trouble parking out rental car. It is street parking, but there were options on the same block and we even snagged parking right out front many days. We traveled all over the island during our short stay and this location was a quick hop onto the main highway. We ubered locally. If you are planning on staying in the San Juan/Old San Juan area there is no need for a car, Ubers are cheap & plentiful. The only recommendation I might make to the host is a few beach chairs and simple umbrella. Everything else was perfect. I fell in love with Puerto Rico and the people and cannot wait to go back! I will absolutely stay here again.

No power no kitchen no air no peace

I chose this property due to the location, and was happy when I pulled up. The check in was easy and the owner allowed us to check in early but after that everything began to go down hill. First the apartment had no kitchen area not a stove just a small refrigerator and microwave which I was willing to over look. We left and came back for a nap and woke up to a dark apartment. The lights only worked in one bedroom and none of the air conditions would turn back on. We checked the neighbors and they had lights but we didn’t. I began to reach out to the property manager and she tried to make it seem like a power outage on the block but it wasn’t. I called the Vrbo staff and they stated the same thing and said there was nothing they can. Then around 11 pm the owner said they could not come by an look at it and the power company would come and check on it tomorrow. She also informed me she would give a full refund if I left immediately but there was not place you could book at 11 pm at night. We had to sleep in the living room with one fan and one light and it was not comfortable to say the less. We left the following morning and had to book a room at the Marriott. We arrived on Thursday but the owner didn’t reach back out about the power until Saturday, stating the power company would be coming by. I informed her that we had been left and would not be returning but to the issue. I will not be booking with vrbo again after this issue, and I will be sharing my dissatisf

This stay was even nicer than the pictures showed. It was pretty spacious to be right in the middle of town. The rooms were so nice and both had great bathrooms. The property sits right above an awesome little bar and a great coffee shop. You’re walking distance from tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach! We’re so happy we stayed here and definitely recommend it to everyone
