Diese neue einstöckige Einheit mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist geräumig, komfortabel und nah an allen Annehmlichkeiten in Pirates Bay. Der geräumige, offene Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnbereich eignet sich perfekt für die ganze Familie. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Flachbild-TV. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben beide Königinnen und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt eine Reihe von Etagenbetten in einem Flur gebaut. Das Gerät bietet auch eine schöne Brise zum Entspannen und eine Außendusche. Der Komplex verfügt über 2 Lagunenpools mit Parkgittern und einen Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt auch zusätzliche Parkplätze in diesem Komplex. Pirates Bay ist nur 10 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Gerät ist rauchfrei, bitte treten Sie zum Rauchen nach draußen. Das Gerät ist ideal für Sommervermietungen und die Wintertexaner werden den einstöckigen Split-Schlafzimmer-Plan lieben.

Great place to stay!

Not quite sure what to say other than it was terribly dirty inside. I think Port A Escapes is to blame for that though. I can see the potential for this place but there are better rentals in Port A for similar pricing. We found pubic hair in the shower, there was blood on one of the dressers, the glass partition wall for the shower is wobbly and is a concern when showering or bathing toddlers and children. The floor was so gross that our kids feet were black (literally black) from 20 mins inside barefoot. There was food in 2 of the cooking pans, there were uncleaned toilets, honestly we had to leave. We booked the place for 4 nights and left after the first night. We reached out to management and they returned the cleaning fee. If you ask me that wasn’t enough. But it’s all they were willing to do. I wouldn’t stay in any of these units again.

We did have a few issues upon arrival including a toilet that only wanted to flush occasionally and a pocket door that was off the rail. They were addressed immediately. My only concern was with the location. It was located close to town, but was a bit hard to find since you cannot see it from any street. After we did finally find it, and found our landmarks for when we were returning, we were fine. I would recommend this property!

The kitchen utensils were old purchases from dollar tree that barely worked. The couches had at least 20 years of wear and tear... felt gross sitting on them.

Awesome experience overall

The unit itself was amazing!! Check in, check out and communication throughout was so easy. One word of caution concerning the location: if you’re flying to port A and staying here, rent a Jeep or other 4WD vehicle NOT a golf cart. No legal way to get to the unit.

Decent place to stay

This is definitely not a brand new condo. It suited our purposes and was clean. One of the bedroom doors was broke and did not close all the way, making it less than convenient when putting the baby down for naps and for the night. The cocktail table was also almost broke and not safe to have around the children. Also some door pulls or knobs on the cabinets would relieve some frustration. Communication was quick and easy. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Good time!

Property is nice and clean. Good layout for families. Missing a few basic items in the kitchen for cooking meals so would recommend bringing any cooking utensils/spices you may need. Had a few minor issues on our trip and notified the property management company. They were very responsive start to end and would bring the family back.

Good overall property.

After we got in, the a/c stopped due to poor drainage. The two parking permits we expected were also not provided. However, a couple of calls to the mgmt. company got both issues resolved quickly. The staff I spoke to were very courteous. The only really negative things was that the pool rules were NOT enforced. We don't really care about people drinking and having a good time but the music was loud and there were many, many glass bottles in and around the pool. The latter can be very dangerous.

Perfect for families

We loved Pirates Bay! The property was clean and the check in process easy. We used all the amenities in the home. The oven appeared to be brand new and never used. We used it twice to make meals and the heat from the oven set off the smoke alarms (but there was no smoke). The alarms would intermittently sound off while the oven was on. Annoying but there wasn’t anything to be done in the moment. I alerted the property manager and they said they would look into it. Other than that, the property was wonderful. And the town grocery store (IGA) was well-stocked with everything you would need! The beach was a short 3min drive away. The complex was quiet too. Apparently we had just missed the crowd the weekend before we arrived (Memorial Day), so that was a bonus! We would stay here again!
