Wir freuen uns, dass der Village Walk Phase 1 Pool jetzt beheizt ist!
Komm und spiel in unserem brandneuen Strand Bound Strandhaus! In dem Moment, in diesem Haus zu Fuß werden Sie sich wie Sie im Urlaub sind. Hell, Spaß Farben und viel natürlichem Licht wird Sie willkommen heißen. Der Grundriss wurde entwickelt, um Ihnen große Räume, um Ihre Zeit zu genießen geben. Die offene Küche / Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer ist der ideale Treffpunkt für Familienessen und sogar Film-Nacht mit einem Flachbild-TV. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 12 Familien mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Insel. Es gibt eine Master Suite im Erdgeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie eine zweite Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt auch 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten. Das ist richtig! Dieses Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt 2 große Betten mit einer Küchenzeile. Gleich neben diesem Raum finden Sie den Twin-Twin-Schlafraum. Bevor Sie nach Port Aransas / Village Walk reisen, planen Sie die Anzahl der von Ihnen gefahrenen Fahrzeuge gemäß den folgenden Regeln:

1) Beach Bound VW95 bietet 3 gepflasterte Parkplätze, 2 in der Einfahrt und einer in der Garage, für 3 mittelgroße Fahrzeuge. Wenn Sie einen Golfwagen mieten, können Sie ihn dort parken.
 
2) Parkplätze werden von Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Tags müssen an der Kasse an Port Aransas Escapes zurückgegeben werden. 25 $. 00 Ersatzgebühr für jeden verlorenen Tag
 
3) Alle Fahrzeuge müssen in der Einfahrt von VW 1 abgestellt werden. Kein Parken in der Straße, kein Parken in roten Zonen und kein Parken in anderen Village Walk-Einfahrten
 
4) Keine Boote, Anhänger, Busse und Wohnmobile dürfen im Village Walk mitgeführt werden
 
5) Das Abschleppen wird strikt durchgesetzt

We enjoyed the house very much. I feel it is important to note that one of the king bedrooms shares a bathroom with the bunk room area so if you are planing to have 4 adult couples, one will be sharing the upstairs area and bathroom with the kids. It worked out great for us with 3 adult couples and 4 teenage boys. Great location. Very cute house.

Perfect beach house

We have stayed at many beach homes in port aransas for over 10 + years and by far this is the best one!! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds for my guests and a convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!!

Great Place

This home was roomy and accommodating for our group of 11 adults and 2 kids. The home is beautiful and the open concept downstairs was great for hanging out with everyone. I would say the only drawbacks were the property doesn't have beach access (although it is only a short drive) and there was very little cleaning supplies/necessary kitchen items available.

Nice Beach House - Centrally Located

The beach house was clean and had lots of room. It is centrally located - close to the beach, groceries, and dining. The check in process was easy. The living room and kitchen are downstairs along with one bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional rooms with king size beds, 1 small room with a bunk, and a living area with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette. The parking is tight but having a garage helped with that. Overall a night house. We would stay here again.

Spring Break with Family and Friends

Communication ahead of time was appreciated. Property was as described. Party of 12 with plenty of room very spacious. There were private bathrooms in most of the bedrooms. Garage door openers need to be fixed. One would not close so we just left it open. Location was pretty central and golf cart distance. Did have to leave neighborhood to go to nearest beach road entrance. Overall very satisfied.

Lots of time spent at the beach, pool at the house, dinner at Virginia's and a Pirate's cruise. The beach house was more than we dreamed. It was large enough to spread out and easily come together in the common areas . We have been coming to Port A for about 12 years and this was the best rental ever.
