Dies ist eine ziemlich geräumige Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das Wohnzimmer über einen neuen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein großes Futonsofa. Die Gesamtschlafkapazität beträgt 4 Personen. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie nach einem langen Angeltag brauchen, um Ihren Fang zuzubereiten. Die Gründe sind schön gepflegt, mit reifen Zitronenbäumen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Fischreinigungsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist ungefähr 2 Blocks entfernt, aber nahe genug, um die Golfbrise zu spüren. STR # 271325

It was a bit noisier than we are used to but quiet between 10p and 7a. I’d have preferred it be a bit cleaner on check in but the issues were minor. No dishwasher, heads up! We got great value for our money.

You get what you pay for!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived a day early because of a great offer to Check in early! We arrived late in a Thursday evening and it was clean and the air conditioning was perfect! However the stench of marijuana was all I could smell. This was a family trip with my two kids and wasn’t wanting to explain to them what that smell was. I understand you can’t really control what everyone does and Port A is a party place but I’m pretty sure in the signed contract we’re not supposed to smoke anything in the condo. I did call and speak to a rep from Port A Escapes and she offered a decent discount from our stay. She also offer for maintenance to bring in an “ozone machine” but that wouldn’t help fix the smell from the next smoking session. She also offered to move us to another location but we would have to live back the next night due to them being completely full. The beds weren’t horrible but definitely bring your own pillow. We will not stay here again but I will definitely book again with Port A Escapes!

The condo is if fairly good condition. I was glad to see the old key lock was replaced with a modern keypad lock. Can't really give a review on the management company since I never had any real contact with them.

I would stay again

The property was very clean. It felt a little small but we live in a house but it was perfectly fine for me, 2 kids and a dog. The kitchen came with pots/pans, plates, utensils, coffee pot and ice. There’s even a pit on the property. We had a good time.

Clean, and fast response

Had a small minor maintenance issue, and when we called the maintenance guy was there in 5 minutes. The bungalow was really clean well taken care of, and the AC worked awesome in the middle of a heatwave.

Room was great except there was only enough linen for the one queen size bed. We were a family of four which was on the rental agreement. Had to go to town to get more linen for the futon. Other than that it was perfect for us…

The mattress was so bad, we ended up staying our last night in my daughter's rental property. The dishes were few and there was no dishwasher (even though we were given dishwasher pods). No real incentive to return for the price charged.

The condo was as advertised the only complaint we have is the mattress on the futon was thin and lumpy and uncomfortable the mattress in the bedroom was absolutely wonderful the rental company was extremely helpful when we had a little problem with forgetting my billfold in Minnesota but otherwise we will be back

Although we were texted a door code ahead of time for check in, when we arrived there was nothing to enter a door code for. After calling the management company, they initially did not know why that would be, but it turns out it never had a door code in the first place and required keys (something they should have known since there had been literally staying there before we arrived). When we entered the property, the overall condition of it was not the same as the photos included on the website (tons of rust/water damage, not as much natural lighting). The shades in the bedroom were broken so they could not be opened. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. And worst of all, there was BLACK MOLD on both of the vents! Would not recommend.

REAKED OF SMOKE

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was fine, staff were very friendly and professional. However, this property REAKED of the smell of cigarette smoke. I am not just talking about maybe the people that stayed before smoked - I am talking about it was like in the walls, and in the carpet itself. It smelled like someone had been smoking inside for decades. It was soo overpowering that it was the first thing you notice when you walk in, the last thing you think about before you sleep, and the first thing you think of when you wake up. It was absolutely disgusting and my husband and child were unable to just relax comfortably. I called to complain and the staff said they would call me back, and never did. The issue was not resolved. Will not be staying at this property again, and would advise against renting it.

Photos not as accurate as I would hope

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It appears that the photos included on Vrbo/Expedia are fairly old, as most of the wear and tear visible when walking in the condo is not pictured in the advertised booking sites. For example, significant rusting and water damage was noticed. There was not as much natural sunlight that reaches the inside of the apartment as we were led to believe, and most lighting provided yellowish light compared to the bright lights seen in the photos. The blinds in the bedroom were broken so you could not turn them open. Fan in the bathroom did not work. Most concerning was the presence of BLACK MOLD on both sets of vents in the living room and bedroom. I would also refrain from saying this would comfortably sleep 4, unless you want to use the living area for 2 of your guests and have no privacy. Rental agency also gave incorrect check in information (was told there were be a door code to enter, but nothing was there to punch in a code). We needed to call and have someone drive over with the keys. At least we were walking distance from the beach.

A little disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After reading the great reviews about 4MI, we were excited to stay there. When we got to Port A Escapes, our keys were in the wrong lockbox. Luckily, the after hours people were very helpful and we were able to get our keys along with everyone else that was trying to get theirs. All the lockboxes were messed up. We got to 4MI and opened the door to what smelled like a SMOKING ROOM, not one that is specifically NONSMOKING. It was as if the last tenants lit up a couple of cartons indoors. Our clothes and belongings still reek like stale cigarette smoke. On top of that, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and was nothing fit to the description given on the site. You get a flat rock hard bed with two flat pillows - so bring your own if you plan on staying here. Size was fine for 2 people and a dog - wouldn't recommend more. The location was not the best, but it was alright. Most people that actually live there were nice. We'll be staying elsewhere next trip.
