Geodätische Kuppel mit Küche und Klimaanlage, 1 Block zum Strand

Nur einen Block von der Playa La Ropa entfernt, die von vielen als "bester Strand an der Pazifikküste von Mexiko" bezeichnet wird.

Dies ist eine private Casita mit einer großen überdachten Terrasse und einer Außenküche. Das Anwesen ist ruhig, sicher und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt oder eine kurze Bus- oder Taxifahrt in die Stadt.

Diese als geodätische Kuppel konzipierte Casita hat eine hohe Decke und ein geräumiges "nicht quadratisches Schuhfach". Es ist ungefähr 28 m² groß. Es gibt Ventilatoren sowie eine Klimaanlage.

Die Außenküche ist mit Kühlschrank und (Gas-) Herd mit Backofen, Grundgeschirr, Utensilien und anderen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Alles, was Sie sonst noch brauchen, fragen Sie uns - wir haben es wahrscheinlich!

Die 23 m² große Backsteinterrasse ist teilweise überdacht und der Rest ist schattig. Die Terrasse und die Küche stehen den Gästen während ihres Aufenthalts exklusiv zur Verfügung.

Das gesamte Anwesen ist für Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Sicherheit ummauert.

Great 3 Weeks

We spent 3 weeks in February 2024 and had a great time. Julian is very accommodating and drove us to other beach's in the area. There were no surprises, the property is as advertised, great location, close to beach, restaurants, transit and shopping.

Home Sweet Dome!

Exactly as described and more! A lovely, clean, spacious and quiet location in an excellent location within walking distance to several good restaurants and everything La Ropa beach has to offer. Thanks to the Hosts for their kind communication.

Wonderful Experience

This was well-located in Playa La Ropa. Easy access to transportation, the beach and places to eat & explore. The grounds are beautiful. I loved the outdoor kitchen set-up. Julian was an amazing host. He was very accessible and kept me abreast of local developments (i.e. Tropical Storm Lester). He was able to answer any questions I had and I appreciated how helpful he was. I also loved meeting Karim. I would highly recommend this spot in Zihua!

Relaxation at El Escondite

We very much enjoyed our time at El Escondite. Mr. Julian and his wife were great hosts, and the communication was excellent. The location is very convenient, and the property is very nice and quiet. I really enjoyed sitting and reading on the patio with all of the plants and trees. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Green Oasis

Julian and Karim are the perfect hosts. Gracious, helpful and willing to offer advice to make our stay the best it could be. I would not hesitate to recommend their accommodation to anyone visiting Zihuatanejo. The property was exactly as advertised and so met all our expectations. The best addition was Cuba, their adorable dog, who was at the gate to greet us with a wagging tail every time. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Home away from home.

As first time visitors to Zihuatanejo we had the usual concerns of how to get around and were to go and what to see. Our host Julian quickly eased any concerns we may have had. He went out of his way to help us settle in and provided us all the information we needed. The facilities are as advertised. The Geodome is very comfortable and larger then the pictures can portray. Everything was very clean and house keeping was provided once a week with fresh bedding and towels provided. The out door kitchen was very spacious and well equipped. Over all we enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed our interactions with our hosts. Who's help and commitment to make your stay the best it can be has make what would of be a very good vacation into a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in the dome. The location was perfect, short walk to Playa la Ropa, easy cab ride to downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and friendlier hosts. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Un séjour inoubliable

J'ai adoré mon expérience de deux semaines qui a été entrecoupée par une retraite de yoga à Viva Playa. Karim et Julian sont des hôtes exceptionnels et les deux studios sont d'une propreté irréprochable. J'ai été accueillie avec un magnifique bouquet, un panier de fruits, un pichet de jus d'hibiscus, une charmante attention. La propriété est en face du chemin qui mène à la plus belle plage que j'ai eu l'occasion de voir dans ma vie, le sable est très fin, la descente lente et les vagues douces, en plus d'être à 5 minutes de marche du studio. Dormir sous un dôme géodésique est une expérience très zen. La décoration tropicale, les céramiques, les meubles de bois sculptés sont magnifiques et donne un cachet unique. La cuisine terrasse couverte et ventilée permet de passer des soirées agréables. Le bus pour le centre ville s'arrête devant la propriété et en cinq minutes vous êtes dans un marché typiquement mexicain prêt à découvrir les saveurs et produits locaux, le centre ville et ses magnifiques sculptures de bronze, ses murales, sa marina, ses boutiques artisanales, ses peintres et artistes, sa promenade en bord de mer, le restaurant Any où sont servis des plats traditionnels mexicains et j'en passe ... l'endroit parfait pour une retraite d'artiste comme je l'ai fait, une escapade romantique, un séjour entre amis car le deuxième studio peut loger 4 personnes. Supérieur à mon expérience à Riviera Maya aussi j'espère sincèrement pouvoir y retourner l'an prochain.

Escogí este lugar porque me llamó la atención "domo geodésico" y no me arrepentí en absoluto!!, el domo fue perfecto, atractivo, limpio, cómodo, acogedor, tranquilo y muy privado , no era la clásica estructura aburrida de un alojamiento convencional, ubicado en una zona muy cerca a la playa perfecto para caminatas y disfrute de la naturaleza. Julián fue el mejor anfitrión que se puede pedir, siempre cerca cuando se le necesitaba, muy amigable y conocedor de la zona, te hacía sentir en casa!! The Perfect Beach Vacation Home

The home was amazing and we had a lovely time. Our host was incredibly welcoming and kind. We have made a friend for life. The home is right by the beautiful La Playa Ropa, and the bus stopped in front of the house to take us on a quick ride to go into town for shopping along the beach and at the market. It was safe, clean, accommodated, and the perfect home for an authentic experience.

Escogí este lugar porque me llamó la atención "domo geodésico" y no me arrepentí para nada!!, el lugar era excelente, limpio, cómodo, atractivo, acogedor, tranquilo y de estructura muy diferente a las habitaciones convencionales, con perfecta ubicación para disfrutar de la playa y naturaleza. Excellent property, host and fantastic location

I have stayed 4 to 6 months every year for the last 6 years. The places are just perfect for me (I have stayed in both casitas) . The best thing about it is the location. They are very close to the beach, convenience stores and restaurants and yet are very quiet and private. The hosts are extremely attentive and go well out of their way to help in all sorts of things. I would not hesitate to recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Best Kept Secret

This place offers a typical Mexican experience. Don't like the crisp generic typical hotels? This is the place. The bedroom is spacious and much bigger than the photos lead you to think. Great little outdoor kitchen for those days when restaraunts are becoming monotonous. The markets are near and the produce available for cooking is ultra fresh. I highly recommend this place. It will be my go to for every vacation. By the way, as for our Host...can't find better. Incredible personal touch.

A true Mexican hideaway with a cottage feel and a caring host

As someone that typically does not stay in large resorts this was perfect. It's a a quiet, private getaway where you wake up to the songs of many beautiful birds and sun shining in the windows every day. Close to Zihuatanejo by mini bus at the front door or walk it in 40 minutes with scenery along the way. Walk to the beach in 5. Live like a Mexican might.... Our host Julian went out of his way to make our stay that much better. He is very helpful, has lots of information to share, and kindly took us around to places like the central market and Playa Larga. The market was a great score for me as I love to cook and Mexico has such great fresh ingredients - having the outdoor kitchen was special. and it has the basics you need. Safe, serene and so relaxing - I miss it already, along with resident big pal Cuba, the dog. Making plans for next year!

Absolutely wonderful!

The Host, Julian, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The property was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The price is certainly worth the experience, It's cheaper and more accommodating than a hotel, and much more private and quiet. It truly is a perfect little hideaway.

Our host Julian was gracious and very helpful. He speaks fluent Spanish and we don’t. He guided us to what we needed. The accommodations were great with our own outdoor patio and kitchen. The geodesic dome was clean with comfortable beds. For what you get it’s a bargain.

Stellar hosts who present an amazing property

Julian and Karim are amazing hosts who set this property apart from many I have experienced in the world! They are friendly, attentive, thoughtful and a pure delight to talk with each day. Their local knowledge is superb with great tips for the surrounding areas. Playa La Ropa is by far the best of the 5 beaches I visited during my stay, with its gently rolling waves, myriad beachfront restaurants, all beach activities one could desire, and of course the any massage tents! Stunning place to relax and rejuvenate. Being able to take a short 5 minute walk each morning for a quick dip in the ocean, along with another at sunset became a daily ritual. Back at the secure property, the private geodesic dome is a cheerfully decorated space that was always clean and stocked with essential amenities. It was neat to have an outdoor kitchen with it's own private sitting area as well. Last but not least is the charmingly loyal Kuba, their friendly dog, who makes you feel like a member of the family at home each morning and when you return to the property from a day of exploring! She was such a fun added touch which I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay. As an airbnb host myself for nearly four years, I can honestly give my highest recommendation to Julian and Karim. They are stellar hosts who present an amazing property as advertised and located in a perfect little slice of paradise. Happy Travels!
