Casa Bella Mia ist in der sicheren und sicher gut bekannten komplexen Casa Ceiba, gegenüber Margaritas Restaurant. Eine großzügige, offene Wohn zwei Schlafzimmern / zwei Bädern Penthouse-Einheit ist auf der dritten Etage mit Blick auf den schönen blauen Pool. Nur drei Minuten zu Fuß zur Playa Madera Beach, fünf bis 8 Minuten Niveau zu Fuß zum Einkaufen und Restaurants, einen Block von einem Taxistand und zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu einem großen Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo Sie alles, was Sie eine schöne Mahlzeit zuzubereiten finden in unserem großzügigen Küche. Sie kaufen das Essen und Sie sind bereit sich zu entspannen sind! Eine Taxifahrt zum Lebensmittelladen ist ca. 2 $. 00 USA. Casa Ceiba ist ein schönes tropisches Paradies mit traditionellen mexikanischen Architektur, sehr gut mit einem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter gepflegt. Unser Manager Vanessa werden Sie bei der Ankunft zu begrüßen, um Sie an das Gerät einführen und helfen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler zu machen. Das Gerät verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Mixer, Toaster, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, trinken Geschirr, Besteck und Lagerbehälter. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, klimatisiert und haben auch Ventilatoren mit Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Zwei Fernseher und ein DVD-Player sind in der Wohnung. Internet und Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haupt Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist Open-Air mit mehreren Deckenventilatoren und eine schöne Aussicht auf die komplexen gemeinsamen Raum. Da das Gerät eine obere Ebene Penthouse, es ist private. Für Gäste, die länger bleiben als eine Woche, einmal pro Woche Zimmerreinigung und saubere Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Casa Bella Mia ist ein Nichtraucher-Einheit, aber es gibt einen Raucherbereich. Die Taxifahrt vom Ixtapa / Zihatanejo Flughafen ist etwa 15 Minuten. Thank you for the five start review. I am sorry you somehow thought you had a beach view. Hopefully you read our property description before booking, often times this is not read thoroughly enough. I rechecked and it clearly says “view of the pool” and doesn’t say anything about being “on the water”. Also, hoping you were going up the hill to the stairs to go to the beach (the shortest way there)? We timed this walk before writing our unit info out as well, “a three minute walk to the beach” (which is also in our property description). We would love to have had an ocean view as well but this would definitely put staying at our place much more per night for guests (and our expenses) and we also wanted the security our complex offers for the safety and the convenience of being walking distance to town. Perfect central location

This condo is a beautiful and secure building in the Madera district surrounded by quickly accessible excellent restaurants. Very short walk to the beach or to the Zihua waterfront. We had a great time, met a bunch of nice people - both residents and tourists. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!!

Just got back from a great stay at this condo. I look forward to going back to Zihua again and again and this place will always be at the top of my list. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of great little restaurants. This is what I hoped Mexico to be like the first time I went down 20 years ago.

A lovely stay in zihua

We spent a wonderful week at La Cieba. Lovely accommodations, great staff, super pool, well equipped in kitchen and throughout. The location could not have been better, close to beach, restaurants and a lovely short walk to downtown and the pescadore. Vanessa and Jesus were so available and helpful. The casita was beautiful and centrally located.

We loved staying at Jennifer’s casita. Very nice to have two bedroom/bathrooms for four adults. Kitchen was fully equipped and the location was super easy for heading to the beach or out for dinner. Vanessa (manager) was always there for us and was extremely efficient. The condo was very clean and well kept by both the groundskeeper and the folks who cared for our home cleanliness weekly. Overall a great place to stay and we would love to come back!

Well appointed, quiet and fantastic location.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Playa Madera area. Three minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk or 35 peso taxi to the Zihuatanejo Mercado (store, vegetable, fruit, other supplies). Complex is safe and secure with a beautiful pool surrounded by chairs and lounges. Most importantly, owners are very responsive to their customers. Prior to my visit they ensured a safe was installed for my valuables. All in all, great place reasonable price, excellent owners.

Location Location Location

This was our third year in a row going to Zihuatanejo and Casa Bella Mia and grounds at Casa Cieba Condominiums helped make this the best trip yet. Two blocks from the beach, 5 blocks to downtown and more than a dozen great restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and we always felt secure. Also the other owners at Casa Cieba were very helpful and always willing to answer our questions or give good advice. If you are looking for a great place to stay a great price than look no further than Casa Bella Mia. It will keep you coming back for more. Edward Packer 4/12/18

A great holiday accomodation in Zihuantanejo

We loved the ambience and privacy of CasaBella Mia set in a tropical garden setting. The unit is spacious and overllooks the swimming pool and entrance, VANESSA WELCOMED US AND EXPLAINED ALL ASPECTS OF OUR UNITAND WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED INFORMATION. We felt we were in a comfortable resort but close to the beach and several good restaurants,cafes and public transport and taxis were handy. casa ceiba is close to the centre of town and shopping opportunities. We met several of the other owners and guests like us which was a bonus.The overall experience was like a home away from home

Madera Neighborhood

We have traveled to Zihua many times and stayed in several different locations, the Madera area fits the best for us. Easy walking to the beach and downtown with so many good restaurants to choose from. We did have our daughter and 5 year old granddaughter stay with us for a week and the pool area is not overly welcoming for kids. Yes, they allow access with no restrictions but some of the regulars make you feel uncomfortable. All in all we enjoyed the property and plan to return for a longer stay in 2023.

Great time in Zihuatanejo

I believe if you have the courage to simply book this condo and purchase your airline tickets and pack your warm weather clothes and bathing suits, perhaps a Bluetooth speaker and that’s it, you will have the time of your life. Just show up and emerge yourself in this vibrant euro style neighborhood, and start the calming process. The condo is perfect, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ample kitchen and quant living room with a big television and necessary entertainment apps. Internet connection is probably the weakest aspect of the experience, but it’s still adequate. The local restaurants are incredibly good and ridiculously convenient. Simply put, I’ll be back!!!

Great location

The location of the condo is perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. The security in building is great, very secure and safe. Amenities in the condo were very good and well stocked, it even came with some beer, condiments, coffee etc. Water was supplied at the desk too. Which was very easy to get it refilled. Everyone staying there was friendly. The staff is very polite and the grounds well taken care of. The beds in the condo were very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. We were very pleased. We would recommend to others and we may return one day.

Lovely quiet retreat in the heart of Zihua

Bella Mia served us well for a week’s stay in Zihua. We were looking to be close to Madera Beach and to the great restaurants located in that area. This was a great location and the residents were super helpful and friendly. The staff were also very helpful. The unit itself was clean and well equipped for cooking in, although we were a little disappointed that there was no outside barbecue. The best part for me was the pool, which we spent a lot of time in because the temperature was unusually hot & humid for late October. I am only taking off a star because of the lack of barbecue and lack of air conditioning in the kitchen/living room area. Could have used that air conditioning the week we visited.

Being from Northern US, we always welcome the warmth, but we totally understand. Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Kevin's condo. From the start, when I first booked it, Jennifer was very helpful with answering my questions. During the first week, the coffee maker broke and we had a new one same day. The location in Madera is great, we have always stayed on La Ropa. Our stay here has made us converts. Everything including restaurants, beaches, downtown, shopping etc was very convenient. The only thing I would change is to have a lamp next to the sofa, on the built in side table, allowing one to read there without turning on overhead lighting. Great place. We will be back. Great Honeymoon spot

We spent 7 nights at Casa Bella Mia and fell in love with this little piece of paradise. The pool was fantastic and cleaned daily. The daily upkeep of the condo was nice. Inside the unit there were plenty of dishes to cook with. There were plenty of towels to be able to take to the beach with us and we loved the assortment of hats left in the unit to use. It was an easy walk to downtown that we would make daily to explore. Our first day there we went straight to the beach, it was nice how close the beach was. The next door restaurant Margheritas was a nice place to grab our morning coffee and breakfast (we loved the coffee). Vanessa was our contact person and she was easy to work with, she even had beer there ready for us to celebrate our honeymoon and she also had water too of course. The air conditioning inside the rooms was nice to be able to come back home to and turn on when we were ready for bed. We can't wait to plan our next trip to stay at Casa Bella Mia!!

Loved this condo.

I booked this property when the original property we booked nobody showed up to meet us or, let us in. However, Jennifer was so fantastic when I booked her condo. She kept in touch with us everyday until we checked in. When we arrived here Vanessa, the property manager greeted us and thats when my partner broke down in tears. Because of the stress of not having a place to stay 1800 miles away from home, we feel very fortunate to have found this place. VRBO owes all of their patrones more accountability when this happens. If it weren't for this condo, our vacation would have been ruined. I can never thank Jennifer and her husband enough. Turned into a fantastic time all thanks to them. Do better VRBO M

Location Location

4 of us, 2 couples, stayed at La Ceiba. The complex is located in a very good and SAFE area. So close to restaurants, Commercial the big grocery store and a 4 min walk to the beach. The complex is very secure and clean. The pool is the perfect temperature especially after returning back from a hot day at the beach. The unit is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Beds are very comfortable and 2 fans and an air conditioning unit in each bedroom. Very comfortable for sleeping. The ktichen is well stocked which makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks. Management staff on site are extremely helpful and both Vanessa and Brenda have excellent English if you are not well versed in Spanish. As well, Jennifer the owner, has been amazing in communicating right from the beginning before our confirmation of rental right up to arrival. She responds back to emails in a very prompt manner. Excellent service. I would recommend her property to anyone who is looking to relax in a quiet atmosphere.

Loved the place great location amazing pool

Small problem with the check which was resolved quickly. Great location close to every thing you would need , restaurants, beaches, laundry. A 15 minute walk to town which still has a traditional Mexican vibe. Would definitely return.

Home Away From Home

The site is an oasis. The gated pool area is lush with plants and shade. Lounging is peaceful with good wifi and a warm pool. The residents are friendly once you get to know them. Our condo was spacious, but the open living room and kitchen ( no windows or walls on the view side ) allows for humidity and street noise to enter. With the feels-like temperature of 40+C we were too warm at times. The bedrooms had A/C. Vanessa, the general manager was very helpful, efficient and resourceful. Madera Bay is a gentle 4 minute walk away and Centro is 10-15 minutes. We always felt safe. Playa La Ropa is beautiful and provides a work out hike of 20 minutes duration. Zihuatanejo and areas are wonderful vacation places with many cafes and restaurants. Prices are well below Canadian standard pricing and the servers are fun and responsive. One can lounge under shade on the beach for a minimum of one $2 beer. The ocean is the warmest we have ever entered, including Hawai’i.

Everyone was fabulous to work with. Very helpful and informative with any/all questions/ideas.

This has been the best vacation I have ever experienced!! Everyone was so very helpful, especially with it being my first time in Mexico. I shared what I would like to do and they had great suggestions for me. It was the best ever vacation and I can't wait to come back!! Beautiful Property

Property was beautiful and a perfect location. Vanessa was great, answered all our questions. The unit was clean and the open air main area was fun. The pool was very clean and would have been great to enjoy and cool down after long days in town and on the beach, however after a few days we did not use it as the owners next door made it very clear that we were not welcome. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again due to the negativity we received from them.

Dear Carolyn, I am sorry you had a bad experience with the neighbors.. I wish during the course of your stay, you had messaged us. I am not sure what we could have done regarding personality differences because we have never had a problem with the owners next-door. Over the course of the five years we have owned the condo, this has never been a complaint in the past from former guests. Unfortunately, this sounds like a result of a feud with a neighbor that we have no control over and we definitely feel it was an unfair assessment of our condo, the wonderful and hardworking staff, and the beautiful complex itself . Beautiful, clean and safe place to stay!

This was a great place to stay in Zihua! It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area and overall appeal. We especially loved the open air concept of the living and dining area! We did however like that there was air conditioning in the bedrooms for a cooler night sleep. The overall experience was amazing. We will be back and will rent this condo again!

On our first trip to Zihuatanejo, we fell in love! We set out with our realtor to look at everything and ended up coming right back to the place we were staying while househunting. Casa Ceiba is very well known, safe, secure and a well managed complex. It was a very easy decision to make this location a regular part of our lives.
Great Restaurants are within walking distance and Playa Madera, the local beach is a three minute walk. We loved the pool area and the tropical grounds are very well maintained.

This one checks all the boxes! Being able to stay at a friendly, secure and well managed complex for short or long term stays becomes very affordable at Casa Ceiba. You don't need a car because we are so close to the beach but you don't pay an ocean front price to stay.

This third level spacious open air living, dining and kitchen penthouse with air conditioned bedrooms overlooks a beautiful blue pool. There are approximately twenty restaurants within a fifteen minute walk and the price of food and beverages here are within anyone's budget. Three beaches are available to spend the day at. Madera Beach is only a three minute walk. This is a fishing village and you can purchase the days catch, cook it that night or take it to a local restaurant and they will prepare it. Massages on the beach are an incredible value! Taxi rides are about $3 within the city to and from most locations. This is a very affordable escape!
