Diese komplett aktualisierte Wohnung im dritten Stock hat die besten Aussichten in der Gemeinde. Vom Balkon aus sehen Sie den gesamten Weg zum Leuchtturm von Morris Island und von der Eingangstür aus die Wild Dunes. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand, dem privaten Angelsteg, dem Isle of Palms County Park und dem Pool entfernt.

Die Küche umfasst hochwertige Schränke und Arbeitsplatten sowie neue Geräte aus Edelstahl, einschließlich eines Kühlschranks mit französischen Türen.

Das kleine Schlafzimmer, typisch für Sea Cabins, wurde zum Rest der Wohnung mit Glastüren Französisch geöffnet. Hier ist kein Gefühl von Verkrampfung! Die Hinzufügung eines eingebauten Ankleide- / Arbeitsbereichs mit oberen Schränken im Flur macht diesen Bereich sehr funktional.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit einem Queensize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Bett im Wohnbereich.

An amazing getaway for my husband and me. The view from the third floor was magnificent. Every morning and evening we would sit on balcony and appreciate the ocean view. The beach access is steps away. The condo unit was exceptionally clean. It has new appliances in the kitchen. It is move in ready--dishes, pots and pans and supplies to start you off for your vacation. The condo was very quiet. There was no noise at all from other condos. We sent a text to management about a minor issue and they were in touch with us by morning. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time.

This rental has the most breathtaking views! You see the ocean from the balcony and they ocean and sunrise on the entry side. It was the perfect setup! We will definitely be back!

The unit was musty, there were stains on the carpet in the bedroom, you couldn’t go around the bed in the bedroom because it was so small, there was too much furniture on the balcony to enjoy it and there was poop on it. Nightmare

We enjoyed the wonderful views of the ocean from our balcony. We could watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony and see the moon rise through our bedroom window. The beach was easy to access and a very short walk. Very relaxing!!!!

Beach Getaway

Upon arrival was very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit and how well equipped it was. The views of the beach and the ocean were spectacular from the unit. You couldn't get much closer to the beach than from this unit. Would definitely stay there again. If you have problems with stairs, this 3rd floor unit might not be the best for you as there is no elevator.
