Atemberaubende Hollywood Beach nach Hause. Erbaut im Jahr 2007 und bietet Strand- und Meerblick. Beim Betreten merkt man sofort, wie hell und frisch sich dieses Haus anfühlt. Auf der ersten Ebene finden Sie zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbad, die Waschküche und die Garage. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und das andere über ein komplettes Schlafzimmer. In der Garage finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich am Strand nur wünschen können. Die zweite Ebene verfügt über einen Wohnbereich, eine Küche, einen Essbereich, ein drittes Schlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett) und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine bequeme Couch, einen Kamin und einen Flachbild-TV. Die Küche ist mit Holzmöbeln, wunderschönen Granitoberflächen, Sitzgelegenheiten an der Frühstücksbar und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Die dritte Ebene verfügt über einen weiteren Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa, einem Flachbild-TV und herrlichem Meerblick. Dieses Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen eigenen Kamin, einen Flachbild-TV, eine Wet Bar und ein eigenes Bad. Das Hauptbad verfügt sowohl über eine geräumige Dusche als auch über eine Badewanne. Vergessen Sie nicht, die Dachterrasse zu besuchen! This is a fantastic vacation spot. The house is lovely with lots of space and great views from the top floor and rooftop deck. There are bikes, kayaks and beach chairs for use in the garage. The location was wonderful- right across the street from a quiet beach and a short walk to the shopping center (where there is a farmer's market on Sundays). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property.

Property is exactly as described. While there isn’t air conditioning, we did fine without it by opening windows. Beach access is directly across the street. Those from out of the area may not realize it is a deep beach, meaning that there is a bit of small sand dunes to walk through to reach the water. So just a short hike. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from the host/property manager.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice house. beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The reason I would not recommend or stay again,The furniture in both living/tv areas very uncomfortable. For gathering and chatting or watching tv, terrible. Master up top, no nightstands. No hand towels bathroom, just washcloths. Upper patio deceiving, needs higher chairs, once you sit down, no view.

Magnificent home right at the beach.

Gorgeous property, multiple great places for groups to congregate, roof deck with spectacular views. Fully stocked with everything you need, easy walk to the beach. Top floor suite is spectacular too.

Beautiful home, great views, amazing neighborhood

Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

Beach holiday dream!!

We stayed at this property with 2 families visiting from Australia (9 people). We had the most amazing time celebrating Christmas here. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen appliance, serving, cooking equipment that we could wish for. We walked to the beach which was directly across the road and enjoyed playing volleyball. The garage was stocked with beach holiday equipment, that meant everyone was entertained. The roof top area was magnificent for afternoon drinks. Thank you for a trip that we will remember forever.

Wonderful Home for a Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our family vacation at Modern Marvel. What a beautiful home and the location was great. The house is appointed well with about every kitchen gadget you can think of, along with high end appliances, Wolf range, Sub Zero refrigerator.The bed in the master bedroom was not to our liking, very firm. But the rest of the family had no complaints on their beds. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation there and we would book the house again for another vacation sometime in the future. ReMax did a wonderful job on making sure we had a good stay; we ran out of propane, and they immediately came with another canaster along with additional wash cloths. Thumbs up for ReMax!

Oxnard was a great location to get on and off the freeway, be out of the city and on the beach. We loved that we were able to walk the beach, and see the Channel Islands. The bonus was the sea lions that make Oxnard their home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off, the location is great, views are amazing and the house is huge which we're all lovely parts of our stay. Lots of good parts of the house including a large professional kitchen for cooking in. However, there were Lots of items dirty, broken or missing. Av system and many tvs unusable. Only 1 wine glass in whole house?! Steam shower inoperable and all bikes had flats with no working bike pump. Seems like the house could use a week off the market to fix a lot of minor things and get back to 5 stars. Otherwise it doesn't feel worth the high cost and I wouldn't recommend

Great location and roomy house but…

The house is very roomy. Beautiful home. Loved the roof top deck. Watched several sunsets from the roof. Property manager from Re Max was very responsive. Beach is a little far from the home. My brother and his wife used one of the kayaks. Cannot roll it on the beach well so they took it down the street to near the harbor. After several minutes in it, the kayak started filling with water. They had to swim to the harbor but still was able to save the kayak and dump out the water. Hopefully the owners will fix the kayaks but would caution when using the kayaks. Chairs at dining kitchen are very noisy when moving around the floor. They should have rubber feet on chairs to prevent the very loud scratching sound against the travertine. Master bedroom should have a king instead of queen bed. Actually the bed even does not appear to be a queen more like a full size. Dishwasher doesn’t work. We tried several cleaning and dishes don’t get cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the stay for our parents 50th anniversary.

We had a great time at this property! The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to bike or walk to coffee/restaurants. It was a really great spot! East beach access and the house was comfortable and super clean!

Great location and house!

Our stay was for a family vacation. The house had lots of room for us and was close to the beach. The best beach was Silver Screen, which is a 5 minute drive. The kitchen was easy to cook in, bedrooms laid out to accommodate kids and adults. Nice views. Downsides--the dishwasher didn't work and the repair person didn't work on that brand, so we were left to clean our own dishes (for 7 people). A bathroom sink was clogged--the repair person did fix that immediately. We had to hunt around for the extra sheets and towels.
