Great little stay

I almost don’t want to leave this great review because I don’t want other people to know about this fabulous gem!!!! The place is great—perfect size for a small family. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean! Owner was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

I gave it a 4 star only because the tenant downstairs partied all night and were loud. But other than that, I enjoyed staying there. It was cozy, close walk to the beach. The central air was a plus considering the heat that we had that week!

Nice place

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. It's small, but the 4 of us thought they made good use of the space. We had issues with the TV but the hosts were quick to respond and try to resolve it. There is no designated driveway for parking one car, which we were told there is. However, the lot was a short walk away. The central air was key as it was a very hot week. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Cottage was clean and location is nice. The only thing was the deck was not usable. No place to hang wet towels or bathing suits. Could use a few more hooks inside to hang things but over-all the cottage is cute, and I enjoyed my stay very much. Would rent again.

Overall was very nice, issues with listing not accurate. It was presented as street entrance but was actually an upstairs Apt, Deck listed was damaged and unusable.

Labor Day

We stayed over labor day weekend. It is a nice little beach house a short walk from Salisbury Beach and the center of Sailsbury. Easy access to newburyport and the surrounding are. Easy in and out with the owner and perfect for a short getaway. We had a great time and really appreciated the welcome gifts. Tip for those not familiar with Salisbury/Seabrook beach area. Parking is extremely tight! If you move you might have to park a little bit away from the rental. Comes with being right next to the beach!!

Needs some fixing

The place was cute and the location was great. The place needed to be cleaned!! The dust all over the air vents was so bad. The furniture was so dirty I had to buy sheets to cover them. Over comforter was covered in some kind of animal hair. The fridge was covered in sticky stuff I couldn’t get off so I placed paper towel over it. The toaster was so dirty and would not come clean that I had to go out and buy one. The 2 front windows opened with the crank but did not close. Definitely a cute place just needs to be cleaned and updated a little.

Stayed five nights with four grandsons (dude’s trip)and enjoyed every minute. The accommodations were as advertised and communicating with Owner was a breeze. Outside shower and special parking were bonus treats.

Family visit- great location

I’m so happy to have found this rental for our most recent visit. It provided everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect for us. The owner/manager was super responsive and helpful to any questions we had.

Wedding weekend

The property was as described and expected. Quaint 2 bedroom a block of the beach. We were at a wedding for the weekend so we didn't spend much time there, but did enjoy a walk on the beach and a coffee every morning. I would rather stay here than a hotel any day of the week. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Location

My daughters and I had a great time. The place was the perfect size for us and the neighborhood was easy to walk around. Less than a minute to get to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Very clean and Dalia was very responsive. The property was centrally located. Spent a day up in Portsmouth and Salem. Easy drive. We were able to make it into Boston by taking the MBTA commuter rail out of Newburyport. The station was a 15 minute drive from the property. We were able to do a lot of different things. I would recommend staying here for all the reasons above.

Great, clean, and short walk to the beach

Cute, very clean, well appointed unit with nice amenities and friendly helpful host. Dalila was very communicative from questions before booking all the way to a nice check out message. We were very comfortable and cool in the unit and she even left some snacks and toiletries. Really nice place to rent in an area that’s close to several nice towns to explore. Easily one of the better places to stay.

Birthday Bash

The proximity of the house to the beach was perfect! The sheets were soft and the beds very comfy. Plenty of room for 3 adult women to get their party on for my 35th birthday. Love love love the hot water situation. Strange I know, but I live in a house with a child, a grown man and a 40 gallon hot water tank. To have been able to take a long hot shower (alone) was heaven. Thank you Dalila!

Perfect spot to relax and unwind!

Our stay was great! It is a perfect location, close to the beach and also easy to get in and out of town. The owners were easy to work with and everything was seamless, from the reservation to information prior to arrival to the check in and stay. We had everything we needed and we will definitely come back!

Clean, spacious, close to beach, will be back!

The property is even nicer than the photos show. Everything was clean and the host provides most of what you need. Very close to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. We will be back if you’ll have us! Thank you!

Great apartment, excellent location for quiet family or couple

Great location, with easy access to the beach. Apartment had all the amenities required. Good communication with owner throughout the pre-rental period. Listing said quiet time after 11. We were there for fourth of July weekend with our three kids, and received texts about noise after 11 each night. I will be more cautious with an owner occupied unit next time. The apartment is perfect for a quiet family or couple. My kids are night owls, so not an ideal situation for us on a holiday weekend.

Maria and guests simply ignored the respectful low key time of 11pm and in fact NEVER responded to my messages at 1am or even the next day. And continued the reckless behavior every night. They were rowdy and disrespectful, up till all ours of the night with no regard to anyone else in the house. I had to gather a mountain of towels soiled with puke. The toilet was covered in the outside of puke and not to mention the deck and deck furniture covered in puke. This has nothing to do with owner occupied or having kids as night owls, it has everything to do with respect, courtesy and being a multi family home with other guests in the house. I have been a super host for a few years now and have never come across this type of disregard.
