Wenn Sie nach beeindruckenden Unterkünften während Ihres Aufenthalts in St. suchen Louis, dann schau nicht weiter. Dieses luxuriöse dreistöckige Stadthaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3. 5 Badezimmern liegt perfekt im beliebten Viertel Central West End und ist sowohl für kleine als auch große Gruppen geeignet.

In meinem modern designten, neu gebauten Haus finden Sie rostfreie Geräte, einzigartige handgefertigte Möbel und hochwertige Armaturen, ganz zu schweigen von einer erstklassigen Kochküche, einem Whirlpool und eine Hauptdusche mit doppelten Duschköpfen.

Ich liebe meine Nachbarschaft wirklich. Ich bin nur die Straße von den Museen und Jogging / Radwege in einem der größten Stadtparks der Nation (Forest Park), gibt es unzählige unglaubliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt auch viel Nachtleben, sowie ein brandneues Whole Foods und das sehr schöne Straub's Grocery nur wenige Blocks entfernt. All dies und es ist immer noch schön und ruhig in der Nacht.

Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor meinem Haus. Wenn Sie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchten, sind die Haltestellen Taylor @ Olive NB / SB etwa einen Block entfernt.

St. Louis hat jetzt auch zwei Bike-Sharing-Unternehmen. Lade die Ofo- und / oder LimeBike-Apps herunter, um das nächste verfügbare Fahrrad zu finden.

Great location. Close to a grocery store if cooking at the house. Location is only a few minutes from downtown. 6 Flags and Grant’s Farm were not a far drive either. Definitely will stay here again on future trips.

Clean and accomodating

This place was perfect for our trip—stylish, super clean, and in a great location. We loved the rooftop deck and how easy it was to get to Forest Park and nearby restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Central West End VRBO! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for our family. SLU graduation trip

Awesome experience at this location. Central West End is great neighborhood and conveniently located for travel to any part of STL. Unit was all as promised and presented. Clean, safe and enjoyable . . . what more can we ask? Would stay again if we travelled with a similar size group.

Great home for a large family!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home with my family. Any issues we had were quickly responded to by the management. The location was good for visiting the Central West End and Forest Park. The home is good for families, especially if you have younger children.

Great stay.

Great stay, roomy house, bedrooms, and bathrooms. No complaints, the group was happy overall. One suggestion is more kitchen cookware to accommodate larger groups (Larger skillet or griddle). Extra blankets would have also been nice. Location was great with everything within 10-20 minutes of all our activities.

fantastic well worth the price

We were able to find this location after a previous location had cancelled out on us just 4 days before a family gathering in St. Louis for my youngest sons wedding . The price was very reasonable and the amenities were just fantastic. The house was centrally located by all the venues that we needed to go to for the wedding.

You can find me, in St. Louie!! IYKYK

We came out to St Louis for the Gateway Dirt National races, and this property was perfect for our group. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was with 7 adults, showers had to be spaced out in order for everyone to take a hot shower. We will definitely book again if we are ever in this area.

Golf/boating trip

Property is actually nicer than it appears in pictures. Our only complaint was the outdated television that couldn’t connect to WiFi for casting. We didn’t spend a lot of tv time with all there is to do in central west end area. Thoroughly enjoyed visit to St Louis. Will consider this condo next visit for sure!

Great location and space

This apartment has a lovely rooftop view of downtown and 4 outdoor patio chairs to enjoy the skyline. This is a great location where we were always able to find parking right next to our place yet also just minutes away from the CWE and activities in forest park. They were also great hosts by providing those little comforts that one doesn't pack (e.g. coffee maker, tupperware to store leftovers ) and things often forgotten (e.g. shampoo). We greatly appreciate the hospitality!!

Spacious and Updated

This property was comfortable for our family. It was spacious. Basics for cookware were basically all there but non-stick cookware was worn. If you need something like a griddle or skillet it is best to bring one. When you stay, ask the provider what is not included so you can be sure to bring it with you. We had trouble getting in the garage as the keypad did not work when we arrived, but it was resolved the next day. Overall, we would come back.

FAMILY GATHERING

My stay was Awesome in June 2021 Came in from.Chicago came to visit my daighter and love on my Family ! It was also my Birthday. It was 12 Family members. First off the pictures that are shown on VRPO does nothing for this home it self. Home is amazing ! Huge ! Very clean ! Deck was beautiful Geeat View ! Great Pictures ! No chairs to sit on while on the deack while hanging out. But so nice .bring lawn chairs Beds were comfortable and roomy rooms Neigbors were very friendly Neighborhood was. Very quiet and close to many things we were doing . Communication was GREAT with the mangment team No Grill on property but I brougjt my own . Very nice Deck off kitchen made it easy for us to BBQ I will definitely stay here AGAIN!

This place is beautiful, spacious and VERY clean. The area is good with some restaurants near. The garage is a nice perk. Close to IKEA and the foundry. 15 min Lyft to Busch Stadium.There are 2 reasons for the 4 vs 5 stars.A fan on the 3rd floor wouldn't work without lights being on (not optimal for sleeping). It was quite warm up there. The second ceiling fan wouldn't work at all. We were told maintenance couldn't come until the next day. We asked for a fan. Because this is owned by Adobebucks, there doesn't appear to be anyone available if something comes up. They did allow me to purchase a fan and reimbursed me. So, they made it right and it did cool down up there after the sun went down. Just a hassle. Second reason is that they are stingy with towels. You get one per person booked and only 1 hand towel in the kitchen. When asked if there are extra towels, the answer is no, but you can do laundry. Several of us really wanted 2 for showers and we also wanted to clean up some water on the floor from poor closure of curtain. I hadn't appreciated the difference of person owned vs corporation until this stay. Now I see. The late check in time of 5 pm stinks. Wishful thinking that they may let us in at 4. No luck. 10 am check out is early. The extra amenities I am used to having were missed. Not having a person local to handle things that come up is unfortunate. Again, the place is WONDERFUL. Just have to adjust expectations if you are used to units owned by someone local

Commcation just takes to long to get ahold of anyone with this location I was supposed to check in 5pm I didn’t get in til 6 cause they never gave me the door code when I text the home owner ask for the door code he still gave me the wrong code they never accommodate me on the lack communication on they end the home owner made me feel kinda uncomfortable when u book. he or she might email u asking why u coming to Stlouis and then state all these rules they have for the house I get it that u have rules but you can put that in the description of the house I will NEVER rent from any house that has this management company I can’t express how poor of the communication they have with this home

Hi Terrance, Thank you for your review. As for the check-in instructions, they send out automatically just so long as the check-in form is completed. Because the check-in form was only completed the day of the reservation, this is why those instructions did not go out automatically. I can see that throughout the message thread we responded to each of your messages within 10 minutes or less. I am sorry for the questions prior to a stay. When we have a guest that is from St. Louis booking a property in St. Louis we just like to get an idea as to what the home will be used for and ensure that an event or party is not being thrown at the home. If these questions came off as invasive we certainly do not mean them to be.

Overall great place - would recommend

The size of this house worked great for our group of 7 girlfriends. The downstairs is super spacious, and the kitchen island was the perfect place for us to hang out. Overall, the house was tidy and comfortable. However, the kitchen could have used one more inspection by the cleaners. There was a plate of Doritos in a kitchen cabinet, which was odd. And several items (pan, bowl, glass) were visibly dirty. A couple other small areas for improvement: the remote to the fireplace was missing, and the 3rd floor bedroom was pretty cold. Also on the back door (used when entering from the garage) the door code did not work so we had to walk around the building to get in. All 3 of these things wouldn’t be much of an issue most of the year but in the middle of winter could’ve made the stay better. Having said all that, we would still recommend this rental for a St. Louis getaway.
