Wohnung im ersten Stock im Zentrum von Roquetas de Mar, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, auf einer Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und Grünflächen. Nah an allen Annehmlichkeiten Geschäften und Supermärkten, Banken, Apotheke und Ärzte, Bars und Restaurants. Voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine usw.) Satelliten-TV nur in englischer Sprache, DVD & CD-Player. Gratis Wifi. Klimaanlage (warm und kalt), Deckenventilatoren. Wir können Transfers zum und vom Flughafen.


Diese geräumige Wohnung (82. 7SQ. M) verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, große Terrasse (40qm. M) mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, CD / Radio-Player, Fernsehgerät mit Satellitenempfang. Die Terrasse wird die Sonne das ganze Jahr über.

Das komplett eingerichtete Wohnung ist nur 50 m vom Strand. Der Hafen ist in der Nähe für lokale Meeresfrüchte / Fisch-Restaurants.

In der Nähe von Geschäften und Supermärkten, Banken, Bars und Restaurants, außerdem gibt es einen Wasserpark, Aquarium und Golfplatz innerhalb des Resorts. Es gibt Biker Verleih sowie 3/4 und 5 Sitzer Familienbiker oder Sie können eine Tour von Roquetas auf einem Grundstück Zug zu nehmen.

Roquetas ist noch eine sehr spanische Stadt, ist es eine sehr gute und große Strand lädt zum Baden und Wassersportarten bietet.

Wie kommt man hin? Ryanair und Jet2 fliegen von Stansted, Easyjet von Gatwick, Thomas Cook von Manchester & Birmingham.
Um in die Wohnung können Sie in Almeria, Malaga und Murcia Fliegen zu bekommen.

Lovely holiday apartment

I really liked the 2 bedroom apartment, especially that each bedroom had a bathroom. I also loved the huge outside space!!The location was also very nice, close to the beach and the town centre.

Great stay lovely property.

Property was well stocked and clean, close to the beach on the tourist end of Roqueta. Comfortable beds and couches and TV and internet for the colder nights (visited Feb). Stephen communicated well and information provided was useful. Overall great stay.

We were very comfortable and happy staying in Steven's apartment, great location, good WiFi, well equipped, large sunny terrace was amazing, very helpful host, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely stay in Roquetas De Mar

We had a lovely stay at Steves apartment. It was large & spacious with a really big terrace.Close to all the shops,beach and some lovely restaurants. It was the Spanish holidays whilst we were there which made a great atmosphere in the evening The only downside to the complex was the pool opening times.This however did not spoil our stay .

Third time!

This was our third stay, which speaks for itself - this time we stayed for four weeks and the apartment was comfortable, with all we needed. Handy for all bars and restaurants with a small supermarket very close and larger ones nearby. as usual, keys and info sent in plenty of time. Roll on our next stay!

Perfect

Stayed for a week in july with my two daughters and had a perfect holiday. Communication was excellent, got the keys and information in plenty of time. Decided not to hire a car and chris was waiting for us and took us straight to apartment. Spotlessly clean and a really lovely place with everything you need for your holiday. Location is absolutely perfect with two great swimming pools. Very safe and friendy people around. Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the stunning beach just a few hundred yards away. We cannot wait to stay again

Perfect holiday apartment for staying in Roquetas.

We have just returned from a week's holiday at this apartment and enjoyed a wonderful rest. All you could possibly want is close at hand. Plenty of Cafe's, bars and restaurants to choose from, Shops and supermarkets close by. A very short walk to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and very spacious. The outside area is large and an excellent sun trap (even in March!). The owner provided lots of information about the locality, along with maps to help you get around in the early days. Public transport links are really close at hand. This was our first holiday on mainland Spain. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others and hope to return for a fortnight holiday next year.

January 2020 One month stay

Prime location, close to the beach, shops and eating places – especially Nelly’s (a favourite of ours) which is a leisurely walk along the beach. Nice light airy flat which gets the sun from sunrise and through the day. Huge terrace – WOW – gets the sun from early on until sunset. Stephen gave great instructions and information and was really helpful and prompt. Roquetas is a great place in January, lots of places are open. We had a wonderful time; wall-to-wall sunshine for 24 of the 30 days. Only had 2 days of rain and overcast skies, most of it down to Storm Gloria which didn’t seem to do any real damage to this part of the coast, although one end of the beach and a bit of the nature reserve was flooded for a couple of days.

Perfect location

Myself, my husband, teenage son, and his friend stayed for 2 weeks in the apartment. Having been to Roquestas many times before, we know the area well and the apartment was perfectly situated and appointed (the tv and 2nd bathroom a must with two 14 year olds in tow!) The large terrace is a real sun trap and was nice to sit on with a cold beer once the sun had gone in the evening. I have to make a special mention of the kingsize bed. The mattress was really comfortable which is unusual in a rental property! The apartment is very close to the beach, tapas bars, and restaurants. It's also a short distance from the bus stop, which was great as we didn't hire a car this year. The larger pool was shut while we were there, but the smaller pool is still a good size and was open from 11am - 9pm. Don't be confused by the sign that suggests it's not open between 3pm and 5pm, it's an old sign and there is an amended, printed sign next to it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Al Baida and will hopefully return in the future. Thanks to Steve and Chris

Regarding Spanish TV, if you had contacted myself or Chris we would have told you how to get Spanish TV as there is two ways there an aerial on the roof or you could change the language on the the TV programme. Sorry you had trouble parking but in August it is very busy.

You made an enquiry on the 22.3.24 at 20.27 to go in on the 23.3.24, as soon as I saw this e-mail I replied that it was too shorter notice to get the apartment prepared. You came back at 21.02, 35 minutes later and done an instant booking. Thank you for doing a review, sorry large pool was closed as the apartment is on a complex I don't any control over the pools, but the other pool is still big. Hope to see again sometime.

Buena experiencia

Todo fue fenomenal tal y como se ve en anuncio. Comunicación vía e-mail con propietario que es muy amable y atento. Lo único que fallo fue la limpieza q fue escasa quizás al no haber nadie supervisando antes de las entradas y salidas de la vivienda

MARAVILLOSO

Me hospedé con mi familia en el apartamento de Steve y fue genial. Está súper cerca de la playa, supermercados, cajeros y restaurantes muy cerca también. El apartamento es mucho mejor que en ls fotos. Tiene una terraza enorme y estupenda. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

El apartamento está bien situado porque la playa está muy cerca y muy bien situado. Pero la zona es muy antigua y está poco cuidada en general. El apartamento es grande pero muy mal equipado y necesitaría una reforma... Una terraza enorme pero no tiene una sombra ni un toldo y está muy descuidada... En cuanto a las zonas comunes, poco cuidadas, con muchos gatos y mal olor... Hay 2 piscinas, pero la grande cerrada y vacía.. Entiendo que el propietario es extranjero y no puede tener muy al día el apartamento pero cuando te dedicas a alquilar debes cuidar tu casa porque para eso la alquilas.

Thank you Ana for during a review, I was very surprised and taken back by your comments on your recent stay in our lovely apartment situated close to the beach, as this is the first time in 16 years we have been given 2 stars. The apartment is in a large complex near the beach and the area is looked after by the community, so I have emailed them with your comments. The apartment is fully equipped with everything but a dishwasher so what else would you need? The apartment is repainted every 2 years and my agents who take care of the apartment on my behalf let me know if any repairs need doing or if any thing in the apartment need replacing and I always tell them to go ahead and do it. We also go out 2 -3 times a year to check the apartment. There are 3 umbrellas with stands in the apartment for shade whilst enjoying the large terrace, I haven't a permanent fixture as there is a lot of wind and it would get broken or blown away. One of the pools is closed due to the lack of use last year because of Covid and the uncertainty of this year. If you look at the review of the Spanish family that went in after you they gave the apartment 5 stars, so it shows how widely peoples opinions differ.

El apartamento muy bien, muy amplio gran terraza y cerca de la playa.

La estancia a sido muy buena, como he puesto el apartamento esta muy bien. El problema viene cuando hay que dejar las llaves porque yo vivo en españa y el dueño en inglaterra y claro te pide que le envies las llaves a su pais sin abonarte los costes, lo mas normal es que haya alguien en la propiedad que las recoja cuando te vas pero no es asi. Por eso no le doy una valoracion totalmente buena por ese percance y por decir que nos iba a devolver algo por estar la piscina cerrada y al final no nos ha devuelto nada.

Thank you for doing a review, regarding your comments about the keys, I live in England, I also take the bookings and send the keys to people who rent the apartment and ask them to return the keys to me so I have them for the next people who rent the apartment, plus I also can keep control of the keys, the cost of returning the keys was 2.50 euros. I have had the apartment for 16 years and rented to people from all over Europe and have never had anyone complain about posting the keys back to me. Regarding the pool I did tell you before you booked that the pool was closed because of Covid which I had no control over. You said okay. But when you got to the apartment you started complaining about it being closed but as a gesture of good will I still gave you 32.50 euros refund 30.00 Euros for the pool 2.50 for postage, so I am surprised that you are saying you have not received any money as it was refunded and was paid into your Spanish bank account on the 21.9.20 once we had the keys returned.

We came out for week and stayed with friends and looked at about 30 different apartments we picked this one because its an older style property which means it is very large compared to most modern apartments large lounge, 2 large bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and a very big terrace facing south that gets the sun all day and its location to the beach about 3 to 4 minutes walk away, also you do not need a car everything you need shops, supermarkets and bars & restaurants all within walking distance.
