Our group had a great time at M & M! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all weekend and there were plenty of beds for everyone. It’s true that the road leading to the cabin was snow packed, but the driveway is level and we had no issues parking at all. We would certainly consider this cabin again in the future for big groups.

Family vay-cay

The house was exactly as advertised. The location is a very short walk to the quaint downtown and minutes from RMNP. Everyone agreed that they want to come back!

Great location and plenty of space

The M&M Lodge is conveniently located just above the town of Grand lake with easy walking access to shopping, dining and the lakefront. The home is spacious and fun for entertaining.

Great place for both town and RMNP!

We enjoyed the lodge. Great location that enabled us to walk into town and also very close to the entry to RMNP. The ad and pics are an excellent presentation of the property. A great place for a family reunion.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. The property over looks the lake with plenty of room for the kids to run around and explore. Will definitely be back!

Love the place, would like to come again. Trailheads in the background are great and also with it setting behind town not in town. Very close to the Trail Ridge road! Had a moose outside the cabin one evening.

Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Clean, spacious and at a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. We had an unforgettable Christmas in this cabin! It has an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area on all floors, located within walking distance to the village, and beautifully decorated. Kids loved playing outside with snow and we liked the privacy and location of this gorgeous home. Highly recommended!

Amazing Property!

We rent a cabin in Grand Lake every year and this has by far been the best one yet! The cabin is spacious and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the entire family. The basement was a big hit and our family had fun playing pool, darts and shuffle board. The views were amazing and we even had a moose walk through the property. The location to the town and lake was perfect. Just a short 5 minute walk. We hope to be back soon!

Hi Fred! Thanks so much for staying with us. We will certainly take a look at the bathroom exhaust fan. Sorry if the trash map gave you trouble. The dumpster is simply located behind our office off the paved alley and is labeled with clear signs as well.
