Häuser vor besten Bade- und Schnorchelstrand auf der Big Island von Hawaii. Für größere Gruppen vermieten wir beide Häuser zusammen. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich und ich werde sofort antworten, wenn beide Häuser verfügbar sind.
Strandhaus ist das Haupthaus und besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Weitere Informationen und viele Bilder finden Sie auf der einzelnen Website unter VRBO Listing # 3948511. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück neben diesem Haus befindet sich das Surfrider-Haus. Auch 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit der unteren Ebene ist ein großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und Bad. Separater Einstieg in die untere Ebene. Der Preis beinhaltet BEIDE Häuser. Das Highlight dieser Location ist Richardson's Beach Park. Einer der wenigen Orte, an denen man im Hilo-Gebiet sicher in den Ozean eindringen kann. Vielleicht das beste Schnorcheln, das Sie jemals finden werden. Geschützte Bade- und Schnorchelgebiete mit Rettungsschwimmern an der Südseite der Hilo Bay. Eine von 6 Haltestellen für den "Hop on Hop off" Bus. Es ist ein Touristenziel. Heimat vieler grüner Meeresschildkröten. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befinden sich kleine schwarze Sandstrände. Die Innenstadt von Hilo ist nur 3, 5 Meilen die Ozeanstraße hinunter. Die Straße endet nur 100 Meter weiter.

Die Wohnzimmer, Küchen, Essbereiche und Hauptschlafzimmer bieten freien Meerblick. Häuser können zusammen für größere Familien oder Gruppen gemietet werden, die zusammen reisen. Beide Häuser befinden sich in der Stadt Hilo, nur 8 km vom Flughafen entfernt.

Unsere Häuser befinden sich in der Nähe des Hilo Farmer's Market, von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wasserfällen und dem Volcano National Park, einem aktiven Vulkan.

Die Häuser sind mit Boogie-Boards und Strandausrüstung, DVD-Playern und Highspeed-Kabel-Internetzugang (WiFi) ausgestattet. Diese Eigenschaften rühmen sich einer großen Anzahl von wiederkehrenden Gästen jedes Jahr.

Port of Hilo und Naniloa Country Club sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer dagegen die Attraktionen der Region bewundern möchte, ist hier richtig: Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo und Pacific Tsunami Museum. Excellent location by Richardson Beach Park

We were there to run the Big Island International Marathon. For me it was completing running a marathon in all 50 states. We had a big group that wanted to come along for the occasion so we needed a space large enough for 13 of us. The houses were a perfect fit for our group. The easy walk across the street to the beach and short drive to downtown Hilo gave us the best of both worlds. We enjoyed our times just sitting on the porch and enjoying everyone’s company. Would def recommend to a large group looking for a good loocation in Hilo!

The houses are in a great area close yo the beach. Plenty of room for all our family to stay. The house had so many amenities and we did not have to buy any ocean stuff and toys! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location. Owner was amazing to work with. Only drawback was that the oven didn’t work well so took us forever to bake some meals and then ended up moving our food to another oven.

Excellent location!

We stayed for a few days in Hilo before heading over to the Kona area. We wanted to experience the volcano, black sand beaches, and snorkeling in the Hilo side. It was an excellent home for a larger group (8) and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of beach toys and snorkel gear. We walked over to the Richardsons Park for snorkeling and exploring multiple time. Of note, the houses, overall are dated. For the location and overall experience, we would recommend the home to others and would stay there again if in the area. The host sent over great info and ideas for the area. Our little girls loved the cats in the area. Coconut Grill was a great restaurant for our family.

Richardson's Beach Houses

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the two houses. There were 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children ages 7, 5 and 4). It was nice to spread out comfortably. It was great to be so close to the beach and the ocean views were spectacular. We also appreciated all the easy access to beach equipment (snorkels, water shoes, paddle boards, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) We had a great time in Hilo and so lucked out with great weather! Thanks!

Great duo of houses for extended family

The two houses were perfect for our family. The setup exceptionally well-outfitted for water sports and enjoyment. We didn't take full advantage of the boards and kayaks, but they were there. We did enjoy the masks, snorkel, boogie boards, water shoes and chairs. And the umbrellas! Although beautiful, it does rain a lot in Hilo in the winter.

Location is amazing! Great for multiple families as we used together for a celebration of life for uncle Hank! There are lots of Fun things for the beach like standup paddleboard, boogie boards, noodles, snorkeling gear, and beach toys to name a few… Upon check in I realize I did not have property code and 10 o’clock our time, I found Richard the property managers number, which he answered in the middle of the night their time, to get us in house I thank him so very very much. House is pretty weather as it is an older beach house but that’s a part of the character of the place… We would totally stay again if we need a place to accommodate all the family… We had some priceless memories and good times! We loved this location and our time in the big island!

The house had everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. We all went snorkeling every day. It was so nice to enjoy the ocean breeze while having breakfast or dinner in the lanai with family.

Location across from Richardson Ocean Beach Park was beyond wonderful.

It is an older house, the upgrades that are done are well done, it is very clean, well set up, and layout works very well. Host extremely responsive.

Beautiful two house property

This was a beautiful two house property located right across the street from the water. Our group was 13 people, lots of couples and 4 grown kids, plus a cousin and uncle, all celebrating my mother in law's 80th birthday. Everyone got a bed, only 2 or 3 had to share a room, and it was wonderful to be able to host family dinners every night. We had an issue with the oven and Richard was super responsive and attempted to get it resolved quickly. The grill at Surfside works great, fyi, lol! Richard is going add some motion lights and pave paths between houses, so older folks can more easily cross between them, until then, heads up for roots! Lots of water toys and snorkeling gear available, laundry soap, HUGE washing machines and dryers, just a beautiful and relaxing place for larger groups. You cannot beat the view, and the cleaner even dropped off extra TP when she came to check the oven (we just hadn't hit the store yet, lol!) I cannot recommend these houses enough, super close to Hilo and easy access to the airport and points west. Or go up the coast if you want!

Family trip

We had 8 in our group ages 60 to 85 and rented both houses. The set up and location of the homes was great. We sat every morning and had coffee looking across the street at the ocean! We all said how these houses were us. We had everything needed and the landscaping of plants and trees was gorgeous.

Lots of space, but no air conditioning

Both homes were very spacious and well stocked. The view to the park/beach across the street was beautiful and the landscaping was also. We learned that most homes in Hilo, including this one, don’t have air conditioning so that was a surprise, and the homes are older and have some wear and tear. They did have tons of ocean toys/floats, bikes, snorkel gear, etc that we wish we would have had more time to enjoy!

Owner of 5 homes directly across from Richardson's Beach Park. I manage these homes personally with my cell number available to all guests. Payments are handled through the security of the Vrbo site. Guests also receive information on restaurants, shopping and my favorite places to visit.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

In 2010 I stayed as a guest in a guest house 5 doors down from this property. After paying too much for air fare and a rental car, it made sense to pay a little extra to stay in a great location. A wise choice. We loved it so much we bought the property we were staying at. The owner of that property owned these homes. We referred guests to each other so we always kept in contact. Her busy life was too much for the vacation rental business and I was happy to expand my rental business. Now I spend part of my year in Hilo.
This place rivals any place on earth, as you will find out.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

If you plan on staying more than a couple days, you will have to enjoy the location. If you love the water and especially snorkeling, you will not find a better location. The best snorkeling is in just a few feet of water right in front of the black sand beach. It is like swimming in a tropical fish store. Green sea turtles come to rest for the night in the evening at the rocks just beyond the black sand beach. The water is largely sheltered by the rocks creating a partial lagoon. Yet this house is just down the street from Downtown Hilo. Great for quick trips out to eat, shopping and many tourist locations. Review the "Location" tab for a list of over 20 great places to see.
