Beautiful location and property. Beds were super comfy, the hot tub was relaxing, furnishings were beautiful throughout. Privacy in the mountains, but still close to town. Excellent communication with the property manager who accommodated an early check in. Highly recommend!

The cabin was clean and the views were great. The hot tub jets weren’t very strong and jacuzzi jets needed flushed out. The downstairs mattress could be replaced as there is a dip on one side. There was some cosmetic things such as a few blinds needing replaced and maybe some paint on the balconies. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

The only negative experience was bed comfort. Both mattresses felt institutional, and the one on the lower level compressed or sank on one half (and not like memory foam). Big deal when using the property for rest amidst long active days. Property was well kept and everything was as described. Loved the view, quiet, and privacy! Appreciated dual zone climate (upper / lower). Decks were comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked great. The pool was great and not busy; seemed to be salt rather than chlorine which was a bonus. Pool table and foosball were fun in the evening (no air hockey). Tap water was good, and the kitchen nicely supported cooking. Happy to have an ice maker! With the thorough professional cleaning, don’t expect to find any random items like salt and pepper—bring all food fixings.

Perfect Location

Very nice house in wonderful location! Literally 5-10 mins to everything. House is great for teens with plenty to do. Kitchen has essentials, starter supplies, no salt, pepper, etc. Beds could use refreshing, but otherwise wonderful stay!!!

This cabin is gorgeous, very homey and has everything you'd need for the most part! So close to all the things and the best of both worlds, the gorgeous National Park and all the family fun within about 30-45 minutes but feels so secluded and isolated when youre at the cabin! Great location, but…

The location couldn’t be better. The views are amazing. However, the cabin is not being maintained well. For this price we expected a premium cabin, but instead we got a cabin that is really showing its age. There are a lot of maintenance issues that need to be kept up with, and when I emailed the owner all I got was a response that they would “let maintenance know.” Very disappointed in the quality and condition of the property, but I would definitely stay at this same resort in another cabin in the future!

First Smoky Mountain Vacation

This place is located up in a mountain giving a beautiful balcony view. Right next to Legacy Zipline. That was pure luck because we had booked and paid for our first zipline experience with Legacy and it was amazing! On days we relaxed at the cabin we enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and Jacuzzi tub. The pool was located a very short drive back down the mountain. When we want to get out we were close to souvenir shops, restaurants, and a distillery. It was about a 30 minute drive to Little River gorge. Where there were waterfalls, picnic areas and a place for the kids to play in the water. Keep driving a bit more and you end up at Cades Cove Loop to see bears!! Everything was checked off our list staying at this cabin.

Enjoyed our Stay!

The cabin was nice and had a great view of the mountains. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after hiking, Dollywood, or exploring Gatlinburg and PF. The kids had a great time playing pool and foosball too.The cabin had most everything we needed, but be sure to pack salt/pepper, coffee, sugar, and any of the small ingredients you’ll need for cooking. Other things of note:The drive to the cabin is easy. 10 minutes from the main drag in PF.The mountain is nice and quiet and there is a pizzeria and a distillery a block down from tue entrance to the neighborhood. The towels were really nice.

Great view

The property was in a perfect location, it was near everything. The view of the place was great. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the days we were there. Definitely recommend!

"Snowy" Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week at Mountain Paradise. The cabin was in wonderful condition. As beautiful as the cabin is, the views of the mountains are even better!!!! It snowed during our visit, creating a magnificent, picturesque winter landscape. With the exceptional cabin, we were perfectly content to enjoy a few cold, winter days relaxing inside. Thank you for providing a fabulous cabin!

BUGS and MICE

Showed up to the property and the lights in the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom all would not work (contacted the host, found breaker box and turned lights on). Had our 10 month old son with us and as he’s crawling on the ground we realize there are BUGS EVERYWHERE. Mostly ladybugs but, obviously the house hadn’t been checked or cleaned for a little while so, we spent our first few hours cleaning and sweeping the floor. Then later that night we set some food out by the fireplace up stairs and a MOUSE had come out to find it. I scared it and it went behind the fireplace and started squeaking. I then took a video and you could hear the mouse squeaking in the video. I sent a picture of the BUGS and the video of the MOUSE squeaking to the host and she sent out PEST CONTROL to set out traps. Also, the downstairs toilet had a leak so it continually drained and filled the bowl. After all these issues THE HOST HAS DECIDED NOT TO REIMBURSE US AT ALL. WHEN PAYING OVER 330 PER NIGHT I WOULD EXPECT THE HOUSE TO BE PRISTINE OR FINANCIALLY COMPENSATED FOR OUR TROUBLES. Other then those issues the house had cool amenities (hot tub, bathtub, pool table).

Great Cabin

This cabin has an excellent view. There was no issue with trees blocking. The cabin is very close to town. The roads leading up to the cabin are in great shape. They are paved all the way to the front steps. If trying to get to the cabin during snow, only a 4x4 will make it. A front wheel drive with chains will not make it up the hills. The resort roads are plowed and salted during snow. There is a cabin directly next door, but it's not an issue. This cabin and the one next door are the only ones on the street. It was very quiet. The hot tub was great, with a nice view. The central heating system works great. Each floor has its own thermostat. The wifi was flawless. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful stay for early December

We loved everything about the cabin. Not only was the location and easy drive up to the cabin great, the cabin was super clean & comfy. We loved having two large king sized beds with gorgeous furnishings. The view can’t be beat off either of the two balconies. We had pretty cool days for the beginning of December so we didn’t use the hot tub, but the mornings and evening views of the mountains were breath taking. We found the beds comfortable and the kitchen stocked. My favorite thing about this cozy cabin was the beautiful Christmas tree that was fully decorated and lit to greet us as we walked in the door. I would totally recommend this cabin and would love to stay again in w future!

Great View and Great Location

Great view and very nice property. Great location. Hot tub was nice. Only negative is the upstairs bed is terrible. A little close to the neighbor but overall you will not go wrong with this property. We loved it! Would definitely book again!

We love this area and all the attractions and beautiful views here. The views from our decks are Amazing and Breathtaking. The parkway in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are always filled with excellent shopping. We visit the local restaurants, dinner theaters, mini golf, alpine coasters, skiing at OberGatlinburg and much more. Everything is easily accessible from our cabin.
