VERFÜGBAR NOVEMBER UND DEZEMBER UND LETZTE WOCHE OKTOBER!

Edgewater 900 wurde komplett überarbeitet! Unsere Einheit ist günstig gelegen, in der Nähe der Aufzüge im schönen Edgewater-Komplex. Das Gerät verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und einen großen Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Die Küche und die Badezimmer wurden komplett modernisiert und aufgewertet. Die Möbel wurden von einem Amish-Handwerker in Ohio nach Maß gefertigt und mit wunderschönem Granit überzogen. Geräte, alle Oberflächen und alle Möbel sind seit Mai 2015 brandneu!

Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe und der Zugang zum Strand ist privat zu Edgewater. Der Komplex ist eingezäunt.

Beautiful stay

Loved the gated resort. Beautiful grounds and the condo was everything it was advertised to be. Guest services was very quick to respond to any need. Shower head broke and it was fixed the next morning. This was our first time staying at Edgewater but we will definitely be back!

The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Property was comfortable and fit a family of 7 without being crowded! Everything u need for cooking in! Close to a lot of family Friendly adventures and lots of good eateries near by. Fantastic location.

Beautiful property!

This property is beautiful and perfect location for families. We brought our bikes and biked in the morning straight from the condo. Everything was in the condo that we needed. The pools, shuffleboard and playground were nice pluses. Will stay again!

Family Vacation

Room was great and the listing was accurate. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My kids loved the Tiki Hut. Only half of the elevators were working during our stay so that was frustrating, but not anything the owner could do about it! I grew up going to Edgewater and loved taking my kids back to such a wonderful place!

Great week with our kids

We had a great vacation with our young kids and felt at home in this condo. There is a grocery store across the street, parking was always available in the garage and the pools were never overcrowded. Cindy was easily accessible and more than willing to help with anything we needed. If we return to the Destin area I would definitely consider staying here again.

Destin vacation

Have come here a few times for family vacations from Colorado. We’ve stayed in different condos at the gated Edgewater. It’s just feet to the 2 pools and beach without the hassle of your car. This owner in 900 was specifically responsive when I reached out and very friendly and genuine. I plan to return and stay at same place. You won’t be disappointed!

The location of this condo is amazing! The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated. We did not have any problems checking in or during our stay. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the quality of the sheets and mattress.

Fantastic unit and location

The condo was clean, included most everything we needed, very nice furniture, and the balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean. The resort has two pools and a hot tub for shared use, as well as a pool side grill. It was an easy walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. I really can’t think of anything negative to say, we had an amazing vacation.

Awesome trip

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The condo was just like the pictures the beach was great and the mall is across the the street. The only down side to our vacation was if you wanted to bring a chair and sit at the beach to watch you kids play in the ocean you had to sit behind all the rentable umbrellas. So unless you paid $30 a day per umbrella you couldn’t sit and watch you family.

I am so sorry about this beach chair issue. . .this is the first year anyone has every mentioned a problem with bringing your own chairs. I hope that you were able to move slightly down the beach from where beach service is set up to enjoy your own chairs. I will certainly look into this issue further and I appreciate your letting me know. I keep my rate lower to account for beach service and if a guest wants to save the fees, at least they are not paying for the "free beach service" that some others promote. Please reach out if you would like to stay with us again and I will do my best to discount your stay. INCREDIBLE!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! It started with excellent communication with the property owner, check-in was super simple, we opened the door and were completely thrilled with the stunning view! The bedrooms were a perfect set up, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The entire property with the pools, hot tub, and beach access was perfect! AMAZING UNIT!!! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

To wake up from your master bedroom with the most beautiful views was AMAZING! The kitchen was beautiful and updated!! Cindy, the owner, was always available when I needed ANYTHING!! Unit well stocked with everything we needed! You will really want to stay here longer than 7 days!! We honestly did not want to go back home! Weather was perfect for us too! So blessed!! We purchased this property in November of 2014. We are a military family, with the United States Air Force. Wes was raised about an hour north of this gorgeous beach. We visit his family and enjoy staying in the Destin area. After, annually, looking for a place to stay at the beach for over 6 years, we stumbled upon Edgewater Beach. We walked into the complex and immediately fell in love. I knew that this place would be one that we would enjoy coming back to again and again and again. . .so we decided to go for it. . .and we made Edgewater our beach vacation home!

Our unit is close to the elevators and access for unpacking is terrific. The complex is close to all levels of shopping from outlet malls to fine designer stores.
