Edgewater 900 wurde komplett überarbeitet! Unsere Einheit ist günstig gelegen, in der Nähe der Aufzüge im schönen Edgewater-Komplex. Das Gerät verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und einen großen Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Die Küche und die Badezimmer wurden komplett modernisiert und aufgewertet. Die Möbel wurden von einem Amish-Handwerker in Ohio nach Maß gefertigt und mit wunderschönem Granit überzogen. Geräte, alle Oberflächen und alle Möbel sind seit Mai 2015 brandneu!

Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe und der Zugang zum Strand ist privat zu Edgewater. Der Komplex ist eingezäunt.

Condo was clean and beautifully updated. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The complex is very well kept. Loved having restaurants to walk to or a short drive. And grocery store right across the street. The owner Cindy was super sweet and always available for any questions.

Edgewater was awesome… again! We rented5 condos for a family retirement vacation and it was BEAUTIFULLL!The condos were all clean and nice! The only suggestion for this condo is getting drapes for the family room area?? The light in the morning was ok but in the evening there was not much privacy with that area open.. also we had a WIFI problems all week! We were not in our rooms all day or anything but with little kids break-time from the beach/pool is often a movie or something on tv… Also letting future renter know that the beach fee is NOT included for VRBO renters and letting them know the prices would be helpful. We had 2 Edgewater condos and 2 VRBO… the Edgewater condos had that included in the rental… I had to purchase 2additional umbrellas and 4 additional chairs for the week … it was fine but good info to have…!Other than that the week was AWESOME!!!Beautiful grounds! Very clean and well maintained ! Centrally located to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores! We will be back soon … hopefully!!

Beautiful stay

Loved the gated resort. Beautiful grounds and the condo was everything it was advertised to be. Guest services was very quick to respond to any need. Shower head broke and it was fixed the next morning. This was our first time staying at Edgewater but we will definitely be back!

Destin vacation

Have come here a few times for family vacations from Colorado. We’ve stayed in different condos at the gated Edgewater. It’s just feet to the 2 pools and beach without the hassle of your car. This owner in 900 was specifically responsive when I reached out and very friendly and genuine. I plan to return and stay at same place. You won’t be disappointed!

Family Vacation

Room was great and the listing was accurate. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My kids loved the Tiki Hut. Only half of the elevators were working during our stay so that was frustrating, but not anything the owner could do about it! I grew up going to Edgewater and loved taking my kids back to such a wonderful place!

Nice condo

The location of this condo is amazing! The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated. We did not have any problems checking in or during our stay. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the quality of the sheets and mattress.

The condo was in excellent updated condition and perfect for our family of 5. They had all of the cookware/ necessities needed to stay for the week. The owner was amazing and was readily available for any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back!

2 week stay

overall nice unit, well stocked , great view. i have stayed in this building several times over the last few years, some things i would point out in this unit is master bath is on the small side and shower while upgraded is awkward to turn on without getting blasted with cold water, needs some light in the out door entrance way. light is there just think bulb is out. if you have any unit in this block you are next to the trash chute so you get constant noise of that and you are next to elevators so you have that noise also.those items are not a big enough issue that i would not stay in this room again though. what might turn me off from staying again is the last two times i have been there the fire alarms go off at least once a day and several times multiple times a day asking you to evacuate. they are always false alarms but very annoying and one of these times it might not be a false alarm and nobody is going to leave the building because of it. also they constantly have sheets posted about keeping children out of the hot tub but never do anything to enforce it. their solution was to post sheets in the elevator that it had to be drained because of elevated urine levels, not very appealing, same day young kids in it still / again. either have the security guy walk by and enforce it or put a camera out there with a speaker and when you see kids in there say something, otherwise you aren't accomplishing anything.

Perfect for families

The space was perfect for adults and kids. Lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive. Beach was great and it was nice to have the choice of both pools for the kids when finished at the ocean.

Edgewater 900

My family and I rented Edgewater 900 for the week. The room was beautiful. Completely updated and the view is incredible. Easy access to the elevator allowed us to come and go from the pool/ beach with ease. Pool bracelets and parking pass were on the kitchen counter when we first checked in. It was an overall great vacation and will definitely be renting the same condo at 900 Edgewater next summer!

Beautiful views, excellent host!

The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Property was comfortable and fit a family of 7 without being crowded! Everything u need for cooking in! Close to a lot of family Friendly adventures and lots of good eateries near by. Fantastic location.

INCREDIBLE!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! It started with excellent communication with the property owner, check-in was super simple, we opened the door and were completely thrilled with the stunning view! The bedrooms were a perfect set up, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The entire property with the pools, hot tub, and beach access was perfect! The location was the best we have ever stayed at. Easy access to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be coming back again and again! Thank you for a wonderful experience! ❤️

Perfect family vacation spot!

Loved this condo! First time we've ever been to Miramar Beach, and everything was perfect. Location was great with grocery, pharmacy, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We loved spending the mornings at the pool, then the afternoons on the beach. Our kids (ages 10, 8, & 5) had such a great time! Cindy (owner) was super helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be back. :)

Perfect location - Perfect vacation

Across the street from grocery, supplies, liquor store, pharmacy, outlet malls, shopping. It's own pools, hot tub, beach access, private parking, elevators, clothing carts, even covered parking in the lower levels. Outdoor patios had ocean views. Only gained a "handful" of pounds!! Great restaurants close-by. From Fort Walton Beach Pier to Panama City -- had a fantastic time! We did more and saw more in a week than I'd accomplished on the E-Coast in the past ten years!! Fantastic vacation. Thank you Cindy. You're a great host!!

We purchased this property in November of 2014. We are a military family, with the United States Air Force. Wes was raised about an hour north of this gorgeous beach. We visit his family and enjoy staying in the Destin area. After, annually, looking for a place to stay at the beach for over 6 years, we stumbled upon Edgewater Beach. We walked into the complex and immediately fell in love. I knew that this place would be one that we would enjoy coming back to again and again and again. . .so we decided to go for it. . .and we made Edgewater our beach vacation home!
