Hi Paul, I'm so glad. I'm glad it turned out so well for your family. You are welcome any time! We'll be adding a new ocean deck and gazebo soon, so it should even be nicer for your next stay. Thanks! Tammy

Thank you for your kind words, Phil! Yes, we love the decks and being right on the beach too. The ocean breeze and the views are spectacular! I'm sorry about the bugs. We had a very wet couple of weeks before you arrived. I had already ordered the county to spray for mosquitoes before you arrived, and they have now sprayed our property and the whole peninsula. I'm so glad that the kids loved the bunk beds. That's great! Our kids love bunk beds. Regarding the other mattresses, everyone likes different firmness and types of mattresses. It sounds like the ones we had were almost perfect, so that's good. Before purchasing them, I spent a month reading consumer reports, mattress reviews, and online recommendations for mattresses. (Yes, I'm a scientist, so I went a little crazy over it) Then I asked my friends and family what they like. My sister likes a firm mattress. Her husband likes a very soft mattress. She said they are never both completely comfortable on the same mattress. I then went into the stores and got recommendations from the mattress reps. Since the mattresses were not just for us, the conclusion was to get top of the line mattresses that were not firm, not extra soft, but somewhere in between. I like a softer mattress, so I got ones on the softer side of that because even the softest new mattresses, if top of the line, provide plenty of support. Everyone likes different ones, so we tried to get ones that would be best for all. Thanks for staying, Phil and family. You are welcome back any time! Tammy

Thank you for your kind words, Heather. I am so glad that you had a great time and found the kitchen well stocked. You and your lovely family are welcome back any time! Tammy

Hi Susana, Angelica, and family, I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay at my home! I'm also glad that you had a great time with your family. Family is oh so important. I'm also glad that you loved the view and the privacy of the beach. That's exactly why I love it! Thanks for your kind and generous words. Also, thanks for taking such good care of my home. You are welcome back any time! Have a great summer. Tammy

Thanks so much Debbie for staying at my home. I'm so glad you had a great time. I do mostly cooking and grilling myself. I also like the downstairs being separate. It keeps it quieter on both floors. Thanks for being such a great guest! You're welcome any time! Tammy

I'm so glad to hear of all of the fun things that you and your family did during your vacation, Jason. Boy, you were busy! I'm so glad that you all had such a wonderful family vacation. That's what it's all about. Having fun, relaxing, and having a great time with family. You are welcome back any time, Jason! Tammy

Thanks so much, Paulette! I'm so glad you had a chance to come and stay. You are very welcome to come back any time! Yes, the upstairs is separate from the downstairs. I love it because it gives more privacy and quiet between the floors. You're right. It's something to keep in mind. You're welcome any time. I hope the launch from Cape Kennedy goes off as planned next time! Tammy

Thanks for your kind words, Ruth. I love the location also! So glad you loved the rooms and beds. I will replace the pillows. Thanks for the heads up. I replaced a bunch in March of this year and will go through them again. So glad that you like the tvs. The one in the living room is from June of 2019. I set up a monthly spray set up for the whole summer. So glad that you liked JB's. Lots of people like to rent kayaks there also. That's a local favorite. You and your family are welcome back any time!

The pristine natural beauty, wildlife, and the closeness to the Cape Canaveral National Seashore are why we moved here. I'm so glad you were able to see the wildlife and beauty of this area. The idea of a table and umbrella on the decks is a great one!. I'll see what I can do! Thanks for staying, and you're always welcome.

Hi Krista, I'm so glad that you had a great time! I was at the house with a bunch of kids from our robotics club. They especially liked the tube, so I got some more and put them into the garage. I'm glad you were able to use them and have fun! I just contacted the county and asked them to spray my neighborhood. Thanks for telling me. It's really great that you had a chance to build sand castles and memories! I'm so glad you were able to come down, and you are welcome back any time. Tammy

Thanks for your very kind comments. I'm so glad that you had such a great time! You're always welcome!

Wow! I'm so glad you had such a great time. It is definitely away from the crowds and noise of New Smyrna Beach. That's why we chose it. I spent most of my childhood on a farm, so I love nature and being away from it all. Thanks for the idea about the beach cruiser bikes. I was thinking about adding some in the garage for this summer. I'll try and do that. Thanks! Tammy

Thanks, Travis! You and your family are welcome back any time! Tammy

Thank you so much for your kind words, Elaine! Thank you also for coming. You and your family are welcome back any time! Tammy
