Both bathrooms, the 2nd bedroom, and the downstairs flooring were recently remodeled, with Italian tiles, granite counter tops, and maple cabinets. This townhouse is in excellent well-maintained condition, located on a secluded, pristine, tropical beach. Paradise found!

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this renter experienced. Unfortunately, several unavoidable events occurred. First, the remodel which was taking place next door slipped by over a month. Noise occurred which was not anticipated. I tried to make this up to the renter by first offering him a refund. When he didn’t want this I worked with the owner of the townhouse next door (who lives in Oregon) to have all noisy work mitigated as much as possible. The renter was still unhappy so I offered him a substantial discount for a return trip. Second, the window washer accidentally cracked one of the wheels on the patio screen. I offered to have my contractor come out immediately to fix the screen door. The renter refused this assistance stating he ‘just wanted to be left alone.” So, I had the screen door wheel replaced the day the renter moved out. I always do everything within my power to make a renter’s stay as optimal as possible. Sometimes, luckily rarely, unseen events occur. Again, I am very sorry for this renter’s experience.
