Charmantes zweistöckiges Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Straße neben dem Holland State Park, nur einen Katzensprung vom Gemischtwarenladen, Radwegen, Ottawa Beach ... und natürlich ... "Big Red "Leuchtturm. Dieses historische Cottage wurde gerade komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie müssen nur Ihre Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen. Viel Cottage-Charme, super sauber und bietet Platz für 6 Personen bequem. Die Schlafzimmer bestehen aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten in den beiden verbleibenden Schlafzimmern. Im ersten Stock ist ein großes Familienzimmer, Küche, WC mit der Waschküche. und ein Bildschirm in der Veranda. Der zweite Stock hat ein Vollbad und die drei Schlafzimmer. Draußen ist ein privater & schattiger Garten mit einer möblierten Terrasse, vielen Blumen, Grill und einem geschlossenen Seitenschuppen.
Cottage-Mietkaution und Restzahlung können sicher mit Paypal, Kreditkarte und Banküberweisung getätigt werden.
Hinweis: Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich neben unserer anderen Ferienhausvermietung. Dies macht es für große Familien oder Freunde angenehm, zusammen Urlaub zu machen.

Loved staying at this quaint cottage. The location in the historic district, access to the private beach and the ability to bring our dog makes it extra special. We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck and using the screened in porch. We stayed here 4 years ago and the new AC makes such a big difference. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in Holland

My family and I had a lovely stay! We’ve gone to Holland nearly every summer for the past 30 years and stayed at many cottages near/on the boardwalk. This was definitely one the nicer cottages we’ve stayed in. It worked perfectly for our family and was truly in the ideal location.

It felt like coming home

I was in Holland for my 50th high school reunion. The location was perfect and the cottage was very comfortable. Hope to return to this cottage again!

Great location

The house had all you need dishes, utensils, towels, tp etc. Great location with walking distance to beach and walking trails. We came after season but the General Store and cute Hot Dog stand were right there, walking distance to many things. Would recommend. stand are rigjt there.

Holland Cottage

Very comfortable cottage including the beds which sometimes aren't quite so. These were lovely as was the living room furniture. Located in a charming cottage community just a short walk from the entrance to the state park beach. About 15 minutes to downtown Holland and other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And so did our pup!

Beach Cottage Bliss

Craig’s beach cottage could not have been in a more perfect location for enjoying the lake life. Having three kids 5 and under made the ability to walk everywhere a huge plus for us, after a slow morning enjoying the kitchen's cute breakfast nook we could stroll down to the beach, then back for lunch and rest time, then a one minute stroll to the famous General Store for fantastic ice cream, and back to the beach again for the most beautiful sunset. Plenty comfortable accommodation, and amenities. We were very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

Family vacation

Location is amazing! Short walk to the beach and general store/ice cream shop. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as listed and was very cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed this place and would definitely return again.

Family time

This was our first visit to holland. The cottage was in a great location to easily walk to the beach and to several places to eat and have ice cream. We would definitely stay here again. It is not a party house it is a quiet neighborhood so do not expect otherwise.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our time at the cottage! It is a fantastic location and very close to the beach on Lake Michigan. It was relaxing spending time on the back deck and we enjoyed eating meals in the screened-in front porch. We plan to return!

Great getaway

Amenities were perfect (washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC. Living areas plentiful. Deck for grilling. Comfortable beds. Very short walk to the famous General Store and the greatest selection of ice cream ever. Ten minute walk to swim, relax, read, build sandcastles and view beautiful sunsets on magnificent Lake Michigan. Owner very easy to work with and gave prompt replies. Very sad to leave at the end of our stay.

Exploring Lake Michigan

Perfect accomodation in a gorgeous location. Great to explore downtown Holland and local area. Nelis dutch village was fun. Pirates landing and Captain sundaes perfect for family fun. Tunnel Beach was stunning at sunset!

Amazing stay at the lake!

The house is charming and recently had central AC installed. Plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 teens and a dog. Craig was incredibly responsive and helpful. Dune Dogz, the Mt. Pisgah boardwalk, and the general store are all steps away. We loved it!

Cottage was a great location for a family wedding in Zeeland. Walking distance to the beach (and ice cream), boardwalk, boat docks and historic cottages. Nice size kitchen and washer and dryer was a bonus.

Weekend getaway to Tulip Time Festival

Overall was very pleased with the property. Owner was very nice and clarified questions ahead of arriving. Has an old beach cottage feel with creaky floors but lead to more laughs than we’ve had in a long time, leading to a very enjoyable weekend. Highly recommend for many reasons but especially because it is a 10min walk from Ottawa Beach (crazy traffic otherwise on the weekends)

Great Location | Older Home

The cottage was in a great location. It was a quick walk to the Ottawa Beach State Park and Mt Pisgah trail. The house was cottage style so some age related issues were expected. Kitchen was updated and mostly well equipped (we had to supply a few things that are usually provided when renting a home). We enjoyed the deck and spacious table with umbrella and the front screened porch. The property could have been cleaner and better presented. We could have also asked for the property to be recleaned when we realized that it was not up to our standards of cleanliness; the owner lives nearby and I assume would have responded quickly, if asked. COVID has made us all more aware that cleanliness is important for peace of mind.
