Großartige Mid-Town Lage, was bedeutet, dass alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es ist nur ein paar Blocks von der berĂŒhmten Bar "Seacrets" in der 49. St. entfernt. Das Kongresszentrum am 41. St .. The Winery Place auf der 48th St. Viel ist mehr in der NĂ€he. Das GerĂ€t ist nicht weit vom Beginn der Promenade am 28. St. Es gibt viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle an der Ecke 45th St., Sie sind nie zu weit von irgendetwas entfernt!

The stay was convenient! My husband and I went down for bike week this past weekend and a couple that is a friend of ours. We are in a motorcycle group and we had a decent stay! It was easy to get a hold of the owner, and maintenance helped us open the lockbox so overall it was great. She has a couple of fixing to do like the tub or shower doors. There’s a closet in the bedroom that’s messed up and the shades were a little broken but and and so was the pullout bed but as soon as I told her about them, she understood and we also had a little hiccup with parking because of course I took a trailer. I didn’t ask her about parking the trailer and she knew that all of this because her husband used to take care of it so she’s learning along with her tenant, which was no big deal. We had fun and I am hoping to make this a yearly event. Thank you, Loretta for all your help.

Great location. Unit was clean. Not a negative but there is so much stuff in the kitchen there’s no where for guests to put anything. Bedroom closet also jammed full of stuff to the point that we couldn’t open the doors because of it. Little things have not been fixed since my last stay 3 years ago.

You truly cannot beat the closeness to the beach!!!

You are literally less than a hundred yards from the ocean, and the area has many shops and restaurants close by. You're also only a 15 minute drive away from the boardwalk parking. The unit is a decent size, was very clean, and the bathroom is large enough. It should be noted that there are no sheets on the bed nor are there pillowcases. I would recommend renters to bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, & towels, in addition to any toiletries you pack. The accessories that you are missing in the home are made up for by the convenience to the ocean. That is the trade off. There was one negative that I did want to note, that is not the fault of the unit itself, but just could be a logistical hiccup: We checked in at 3:00 PM. And there was a knock on the door around 4:45 PM from the cleaners asking if they were too late. We told them that we had already checked in but not to worry because the unit was clean. The day of our departure we woke up early, got breakfast and went to the beach and came back to the unit around 9:45 AM. At that time I noticed that the lock box had been opened. The keys weren't there because we were still holding them until check out at 11 AM. I'm not sure who was trying to enter the unit but I could guess that it was the cleaners again. We checked out at 11 AM with no other issues. All that said, if you have a small family and are in need of a quiet rental very close to the beac

Small but nice and clean.

The location of this condo was perfect! Lots of things within walking distance but not too close to the inlet to be affected by heavy vehicle and foot traffic. Condo was small but very clean and well kept.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed for a short weekend. The location was ideal for us. Walking distance to a few of our favorite places and a little away from the hustle of the boardwalk! Would stay again!

Disappointed in comfort/cleanliness

I’ll start off by saying what I loved about this condo
LOCATION! Super close to the beach and within walking distance of good restaurants and stores! I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of property. Upon arrival, sand was still all over the floor, toothpaste spatter in bathroom faucet, hair in sink and tub, grime in tub, bed appeared slept in ( blankets and pillows just thrown into bed) laundry (smelled days old) left in washer. ( pretty sure the people before us noticed the same thing because they mentioned sheets in washer as well) Some one Left beach chair and shoes right behind front door? Every thing in bedroom closet just tossed in there , no organization, no space to put things away, under the kitchen sink same thing, no organization everything just thrown in cabinets. Not to mention when I was cleaning the tub and tried to open sliding glass doors both came crashing down, they were not installed properly, thank goodness my kids weren’t in the tub when that happened! I’m not used to completely cleaning entire place on my vacation. Perhaps a cleaning service would help the condo feel more comfortable and clean after each renter. Once I cleaned a bit the condo was okay for the few days we were there but first impression of the place wasn’t great.

This property was an overall good stay. If I could give this a half star, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The host was very responsive and helpful. Although, we had no WiFi for the first two days which the previous renters did not report, so that was a bummer. It was difficult when having a toddler on the trip
 The location is 5 out of 5 stars! Cleanliness could definitely be improved, it looks like renters clean themselves and it’s subpar. The tub was clogged on our first night until I unclogged it. There was dirty laundry in the wash that smelled days old. There was no toilet paper left for us, which we left as instructed by host. The sofa futon and bed wasn’t the most comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own pillows. We also recommend professional cleaners in between rentals, updating the shower head, and replacing the pots and pans. However, the location and amenities in this condo made up for some areas it was lacking.

Condo conditions

The location was nice because we were close to other family members. The unit had most of the accommodations that we needed. We brought our own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths etc., even thought most were provided. The only real complaint/concern was my wife was not happy that many of the items available for use were all stored in the bedroom closet, leaving no real room to hang anything up. I did personally do a semi-repair of the closet door because they kept coming off track. I also tried to straighten the inside closet so items were easier to acçess (i.e. vacuum). Overall, we were pleased. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Unit was reasonably priced. All of the condos were old and unit was outdated. Livingroom TV didn’t turn on. Bedroom TV had some sort of provider but certainly wasn’t cable. Had three remotes and hard to find anything worth a damn to watch. Kitchen was adequately stocked. But you need to supply all paper towels, condiments, etc. it didn’t even have dish soap. Floor mats throughout were very dirty. Unit had a broom but that was the only thing it came with to clean. First unit I ever stayed in that didn’t have a vacuum. No vacuum and a moped so old and dirty (disgusting). AC unit was good and strong. Bathroom was very outdated. Shower needs a new spout badly. Bath mat was disgusting and no way to clean it without a vacuum. Sink was low and jammed between to walls. Not easiest to use for a big adult. Linens provided looked very old/weathered. Thank god we brought our own linens and pillows. Condo’s linens, comforter, and pillows were 30 years old and looked it. Bring good slippers because you wont want to walk around this unit barefoot. Couch is old, ugly and dirty. Owner definitely not into cleaning or upgrading any inch of this unit. If cleanliness isn’t important to you this is a great deal. But if you care about cleanliness, nice clean furniture, or a more upgraded unit
 this isn’t for you. Finally my truck wouldn’t fit in 2 or the 3 lots. You have to drive under the building to access the lots. My truck wouldn’t fit in 2/3. So I was limited park in 10spaces each day.

I love this property for many reason. It's just steps away from the beach. The property sits in the middle of everything. Nothing is far that you can't get to by foot, car or bus.The boardwalk is just a 10 minute bus ride. It's away from the noise yet located close by to most entertainments and restaurants, Awesome Location! Location, Location.
