Dieses gemütliche, aber geräumige Haus bietet einen offenen Grundriss und einen Wohnbereich im Freien, auf den die meisten unserer Nachbarn eifersüchtig sind. Erst vor kurzem renoviert, bietet dieses Hotel alles, was für Ferienausflüge und viel Platz für die ganze Ihr Spielzeug benötigt werden. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein 100-Fuß-Dock, ein geräumiges, Außenterrasse mit Blick auf den Kanal und eine Startrampe nur über die Straße.

LOVED OUR STAY

Great property, garage access, well-appointed for all items. Great A/C with fans, beds were comfy. Loved our stay! Easy access to the river and owner was very responsive.

Perfect stay in The Keys

This house is beautiful! Tons of room for 4 couples to comfortably share the space and enjoy an epic weekend. Sabrina was lovely to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. My favorite feature of the house is the patio where we all gathered to relax and watch the boats cruise by. 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely be back!

Awesome Summer Getaway

Upon arrival, the house was so welcoming and kids at first glance felt every love from it. Everything was usable and functional especially the backyard with the river canal access since we had our jetskis and flotation toys for the kids.

love this house in there keys

We had the best time at this house, perfect for our family and friends. Amazing kitchen to entertain in, outside porch area perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the kids fish off the dock. The host was great, Sabrina was so helpful and text just to check in on us. We look forward to planning our next vacation to this house hopefully sooner then later.

Best in the Keys

Newly remodeled. Beautiful job. Best feature is the prime location and dock space. Plenty of room for our 33’ boat, jet skis and water toys. Nice location for vehicle and trailer parking. The kitchen is the center of the house and is beautiful and functional for family gatherings. Opens to the patio which is large, inviting and awesome. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Awsome!! Big house on the keys!!

Master Suite was gigantic. Very well put together layout. Couches and beds are above standard and all rooms have nice flat screens. 100 foot dock came in real handy with multiple boats. The owner Sabina is was very pleasent to work with and responsive to email and phone. Look forward to booking again.

WOWSA!

This house is AMAZING! Our girlfriend's getaway was incredible with this house. Lots of room to hang out inside and outside. Very well appointed and had a second refrigerator in the garage to store extra drinks/ice. Location was easy to access to and from the river and a great spot to people watch as they passed by in their boats. If you are trying to pick a house to rent in Moovalya Keys, pick this one! Can't wait to come back.

Hello, first and foremost I am a very proud mama. I have a daughter, a wonderful fiance (Bill), 2 dogs, and a cat. I love sharing and managing our small pieces of paradise in Arizona and Florida. I have always had a passion for traveling and exploring new places through food. Some of my favorite things include farmers markets, spending time with my family, and of course eating yummy food.

This property is located inside the Moovalya Keys gated community.

So..... What makes this property unique?
-To start, it has 100+ feet of dock
-Parking in the garage
-It sits on a corner lot next to the entrance/exit to the Colorado River.
-The outside shaded patio is spacious and comfortable, providing more privacy than most homes in the Keys.
-Oversized BBQ with a side burner
-Open floor plan for entertaining
-HUGE kitchen island
-Extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage
-Sits across the street from the trailer parking lot.
-Oversized master bedroom that overlooks the canal
-New double head spa like shower and tub in master
-Two King and Two Queen size beds so everyone is comfortable

We would be absolutely thrilled if you choose to stay with us! We want you to enjoy your time soaking up the sun & having fun! As avid travelers ourselves, we have tried to stock the house with all the needed kitchen essentials, to create a comfortable stay for you, your family, and friends.
