Great pet friendly place- an outdoor hose to rinse off with made it easier to go for long walks. Host was attentive and friendly. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive text communications in a timely manner- The company is very thorough with clear directions the day or two before the stay. Lovely beach and bayou!

Condo was clean (of utmost importance to me!), and well stocked with updated furnishings....very comfortable. It is on the gulf side (no gulf view), however it a short walk to the beach located directly behind the complex. It is ground level and all on one level, so it is convenient for people with limited mobility. If you have a pet, it has a grassy area to walk them outside the back door. It also has a nice little patio with grill. We were very pleased with it.

Beautiful Beach access condo.

We loved our stay! This pet friendly Beach access condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving get away. With the beach just a short walk across the parking lot , the bicycle path across the street and the pool out the back door everyone was happy. Definitely will be staying again.

Amazing Navarre Beach Stay

This was our second year staying here. It was a great place to stay. Awesome view of the sound side and not far to the gulf. Very comfortable place. Really nice management on site. Will stay again.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and we really appreciated being able to bring our small dog.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Beach View. The condo was clean and well decorated. It was convenient for our dog and the location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. I recommend staying here!

Very pet friendly and a 2 minute walk to beach. Can not use pool floats or rings in pool which i didn’t like. But seriously, an overall wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would Vrbo this property again. No complaints of noise, seen a lot of those on the review, stayed at the beach everyday and the pool at least 4 times. Be a good guest and follow the agreements and everything was stress free, quiet and the accommodations were as clean as a hotel, left it how we found it. Check in and out was easy! Pet hair was everywhere and the listing advertised to sleep 6 with pull out couch. I had to call and message multiple times to get sheets which were finally brought hours later and never got blankets. Plus the pullout mattress was dirty and needed to be covered. Also had ants in the kitchen and next to patio door. Maintenance did come out and put traps. Location was as described and very convenient to the beach. Be aware the washer and dryer are in the hallway outside the condo which was fine. I just had to call to find them because it was not stated anywhere. Also I had to keep asking for location and check in information which was not fun after a long travel day. Apparently their text service is not the most reliable. The extra room does.habe a full size and twin size mattress and the bathrooms were pretty clean. The kitchen is pretty basic as advertised.

Beach bums

We had a great stay, although we had some harassing communications from the property HOA over items that didn’t even belong to us. Outside of that, we didn’t have any complaints. Close proximity to beach, my kids were able to swim and play pickleball with neighbors. Within walking distance of several restaurants and the pier. Easy walk to the beach to watch the fireworks on the 4th! Definitely recommend.

Good location for beach and several restaurant in walking distance. Dog friendly with a convenient dog walking area. Windows are cloudy and hard to see through, also full of cobwebs. Very good response to any small issues we had.

This is a very nice affordable and pet friendly 2br condo, ground floor with easy access to the beach, pool, and tennis courts.
