Check in process was clear. House is in super easy spot from complex entrance and across the street from clubhouse (upper pool area, exercise room, sales office). Extremely comfortable beds and living room sofas. Plenty of seating for everyone in kitchen/dining. We were all able to use internet simultaneously. 3 televisions! Rooms were pretty soundproofed and ceiling fans in each were appreciated. We would have liked to have room darkening or blackout window curtains or shades, as car headlights were pretty flashy at night.Overall loved it. Best part for grandkids (after bunkbed sleeping) was the amazing array of water fun at the complex.We would certainly stay here again and hope we can.We would certainly stay here again.

Great Getaway Experience

This was a great place and the listing photos don't do it justice! It was a great size and had plenty of room. The two pools were within walking distance (one was across the street) and we loved it.

Spring baseball stay

Stayed before the slides were turned on. We have stayed in the neighborhood but not at this property. Location was good. Only thing is the master window faces the street so you can hear passing cars. Not for a light sleeper. House was clean and easy to access.

Really nice

We had a great time staying here! The home was spacious enough for adults and teens. It had great views from the back porch. Everything we needed was there. And it was right by the pool which was fantastic for our teens. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a family or two

Great location (8 min drive to Snow Canyon State park), newly built area, awesome neighborhood (swimming pools and aqua park, new awesome grocery store nearby), clean property with just all you need in it, simple and smooth checkin/checkout. My family loved it.

Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the property manager took care of any issues quickly. The only issue we had was when we arrived at the property the code did not work for the front door, but within minutes they had a backup code for us to access the house. Our kids enjoyed the pool. It was heated as promised. We went for Spring break and the weather didn't cooperate with us but despite it been chilly the kids were still able to enjoy a warm pool and did not just have to hang out in the hot tub.

The house had almost everything we needed, was close to Harmon's, and the beds were comfortable. The house is on a corner lot, so there was some noise from the road, but it wasn't too loud. No backyard to play in, but there was common grass area in the complex. Loved it!

The pool closure was unfortunate with the state and city order with all that is going on, but it's temporary. Glad you were able to still thoroughly enjoy all that the village amenities offer and have such a great time together. St. George is so beautiful and the hiking trails and area scenery is something to behold. The common area green space poolside is such a wonderful area for kids to play when wanting a place to play. We cleaned ourselves and it was gross. Xbox didnt work and the remote for direct tv was not there. Garage door openers didnt work either. Pools were also really dirty. People were cleaning them out by themselves. Having said that it was a good experience. Plenty of space and comfortable furniture.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in a few different places in Paradise Villages before, it’s always a fun time, great location & great pools. This house just wasn’t as great as we’ve experienced with other properties there. Just cheaper quality furniture, a lot of things with wear & tear & broken parts, & super squeaky doors we had to go buy some wd-40 to resolve. Also there isn’t an enclosed backyard / patio so it doesn’t feel safe with young kids. So not one we’d return to.

Overall a Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the house, the location and especially the water slide area. The house was well-stocked. Our biggest complaint was just that there wasn’t a broom anywhere in the house. There was a vacuum we tried to use to clean up crumbs from eating (there is a sign warning of pests if you leave food/crumbs) but the vacuum was in pretty bad condition and didn’t work well. The other big disappointment we had was the pool area across the street (not the water slide place) was super dirty. There were pieces of styrofoam, leaves and dirt. We did see a pool maintenance person over there the morning we left.

Comfy but needs a lot of fixes

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious and comfy but needed A LOT of lovin', updating and fixing. The ice machine was not working so maintenance needed to be called. They fixed it but it would make very loud and annoying noises every 30 minutes. The washing machine has broken pieces. Towels were hidden and need to be thrown out since they were stained. Hot tubs were not heated the whole time which was a bummer.

Super helpful feedback to help us make this home even better. The location is unbeatable within the village so as you might imagine, it rents a lot. The hot tub at the community pool is heated year round so that should never not be any issue. Towels stained is curious because our quality inspector checks every detail when housekeeprs are done with their work. We were unable to validate that claim. We had a look at the washing machine and ice maker. Should all be fine now. Thanks again. -GM, UBVR

Poor upkeep on a nice home.

The house had been cleaned well by the housekeeping staff. The problems we observed were deep cleaning issues. Including very dirty carpets, dirty oven, dingy, STAINED linens. The sheets were stained, old and pilling. The pilling was so bad it was uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels are clean but most are very dingy and horribly rough. Hard water and obviously no softening additives (such as Downey). They did drop off new sheets for the king size bed and 4 new, soft towels after we complained the next morning. BBQ was on the side of the house not covered, clean or working. No propane and not connected to gas line by patio. The gas line connector on the BBQ was horrible, scared to even try that! We had planned on bbqing so this was disappointing. The 3 patio chairs are filthy and stained. Upon arrival the garbage compactor was obviously broken and taped together with BIG tape on the handle, there was no other garbage can available so we used Harmons grocery bags! Door knob was missing on the inside of the bedroom with bunks. It hadn’t been noticed and we shut the door one night then the two in that room couldn’t figure out how to get out! It could be done but it wasn’t easy. I called the first morning about the towels and sheets, mentioned the taped together garbage compactor and that the DVD player wouldn’t work. Called again about the DVD player that night and was told that she would notify the office. He came the next morning and told us it was just unplugged (even though we could hear it trying to work, like it had something stuck in it) and left. We tried to use it about 10 minutes later and still nothing. I called back and they said they would send him back. Two hours later I called an said we weren’t waiting any longer, we were leaving. They said he would come look at it while we were gone. I asked if they would have him leave a note telling us what we were doing wrong. His note said DVD player is broken, use the X box. None of us knew how to use an Xbox! Shortly after the pipes started making a terrible sound. Then it got even worse so I called the phone number and asked them if that was normal and he said definitely not! He’d get maintenance out there Asap. I videotaped it to show him and he said that’s normal pipe sounds. I have a video to share if it will let me. NOT CLOSE TO NORMAL! While he was there I had him show us how to use the Xbox for movies. He was irritated by that. There is more and I have pictures I’d love to share

We sure tried to please you, but it seemed nothing we tried to do would make you happy. This review is a bit overstated on many fronts as an inspection proved much different. We are sorry you felt like the home was so unsatisfactory. We receive such wonderful reviews from many guests who have loved this home and our team works so hard to keep it well kept and nice. It is one of our most popular homes in Paradise Village and for great reason. Unbeatable location to pools and amazing value.
