Sehr sauberes Cottage im Ranchstil, komplett winterfest, auf Seehöhe ohne Stufen. Fahren Sie auf einer asphaltierten Straße, die von der Stadt gut unterhalten wird, zum Cottage. Park direkt neben dem Haus. Der Winter ist kein Problem, die Stadt pflügt früh und bei Bedarf häufig. Auf der Westseite des Cayuga-Sees mit spektakulären Sonnenaufgängen, wenn Sie ein Frühaufsteher sind.

Befindet sich auf halber Höhe des Sees auf der Westseite, 29 km nördlich von Ithaka. 4 Schlafzimmer, 1 mit einem Queensize-Bett, 2 mit Doppelbetten und 1 mit 2 Einzelbetten. Leseleuchten in der Nähe aller Betten. Maximal 8 Personen, sofern nicht zuvor von den Eigentümern genehmigt. Große, gut ausgestattete, aktualisierte Küche, großes Esszimmer mit Blick auf den See, großer Kamin im Wohnzimmer, schöne Höfe, Veranda mit Stühlen und Tisch zum Essen, Gasgrill, historischer Pavillon neben dem See mit 2 Schaukeln sowie ein großes Dock mit einem schönen Strand zum Schwimmen. Ruhige Wohngegend - keine großen Versammlungen wieder erlaubt, sofern nicht zuvor von den Eigentümern genehmigt.

Bettwäsche möbliert, Basis-Startups mit Toilettenpapier, Seifen, Papiertüchern. Mieter verantwortlich für zusätzliche benötigt.

Ein 5000-Pfund-Bootslift steht dem Mieter zur Verfügung.

Komplett für den Sommer in den Oktober gebucht. Ende Oktober stehen ein paar Wochen zur Verfügung.

We had five adults stay for the weekend and the place was perfect. The house was on the water and was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay ! This was our second stay here and I hope we have many more ! The house was in good shape and we loved our location ! We missed seeing the owners next door as they were on vacation but it was very pleasant texting and talking to Maxine ! I highly recommend this cottage in Cayuga Lake !

A Lovely Quiet Weekend

We had a lovely time at the quiet lakehouse. Enjoyed the swings overlooking the lake, birdwatching in the yard, and with its close proximity to both Watkins Glen and Ithaca, made this house the perfect spot for us to gather as friends! The hosts were kind and helpful; the house was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. We hope to come back again! Highly recommend staying here!!

Lovely Lakefront Cabin

The cabin was the perfect home-base for a weekend in the Fingerlakes, stocked with everything you would need for a leisurely sojourn. Watching the sunrise over the lake on the dock was sublime. Location wise, it is ideally located near the cideries and wineries of Cayuga, with but a quick drive to those around Senenca Lake.

Willow Lodge

The house and the property was awesome! Very clean and perfect amount of space. The owner's Maxine and Paul were friendly, accommodating and very pleasant!!! All of us enjoyed our stay very much. Cayuga Lake is beautiful and we enjoyed being so close to the water and the access was very easy. We are booking it again for a stay next year!!

Excellent experience

I highly recommend renting this house. We had a great experience. The hosts were quick to get back to me when I was booking the house. Once we arrived, they were very helpful with directing us to the boat launch and near by wineries. The house was clean and well stocked. Overall a great trip.

Annual Fishing Trip

The house and the hosts were excellent. We had some minor problems with the boat lifts which our hosts fixed promptly. They generously let us use the lifts which ensured our boats were protected from some strong winds and waves during our stay. Thanks Maxine and Paul.

Lakeside Oasis!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage on Cayuga lake. It was a perfect place for my family to get together for our extended weekend. The pictures online don’t do it justice. It was so clean, well maintained and much bigger than it looks. We all appreciated the closeness of the lakefront whether it was enjoying the views from the boathouse swings, fishing off the docks or swimming in the shallows. Lots of windows inside to see the view as well. Maxine and Paul were great hosts and very helpful and accessible with any questions that we had.

Wonderful, welcoming, and convenient

Up for a college graduation weekend, this was a great way to have multiple generations of family staying together. We were sad our time in the cottage and being lakeside was so limited, but were so glad to have a welcoming and relaxing place we could all spend time together. Paul and Maxine were understanding of all our comings and goings and checked in on us to make sure we were set for the weekend. The cottage was extremely clean and orderly as well. Location was great as we could visit a vineyard and gorges and it was a straight shot down to Ithaca. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful lakeside property

The house isn’t fancy, but very clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5 and two dogs. We especially appreciated the updated kitchen and dining area overlooking the lake. The property location was ideal. It was close enough to Ithaca so we could attend our daughter’s graduation with relative ease, and right in the heart of the Cayuga Wine Trail. And did I mention the lake? It was too early in the season to swim, but we spent most of our time at the house lounging outdoors and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Lake Cayuga. Maxine and Paul were perfect hosts - Very friendly and accommodating. We feel truly blessed to have found this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication was smooth about check in. I appreciated the “2026” guide to check out (often these guides are outdated!). Towels were fluffy & plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the basket of local attractions. The outdoors were definitely the main feature. Beautiful grounds. So peaceful to just bit outside and enjoy nature. The owners living next door have many bird feeders and we enjoyed the diversity of birds. We enjoyed fishing off the dock also.

Perfect Location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Centrally located between Seneca and Cayuga lakes and some of our favorite places to go! Having our morning coffee watching the sunrise from the bench at the boathouse was one of our favorite things.

We had a great time exploring all the waterfalls and gorges around Ithaca in the mornings and doing wine tastings in the afternoons! Very happy to pick the weekend after a holiday in the fall!

Great location, great owners, great time!

I can't imagine having a better experience. The house was in a beautiful location on Cayuga Lake, near many wineries and waterfalls. It was well stocked for those electing to eat there with a nice grocery store nearby or also close to restaurants for those not interested in cooking. The owners were super friendly and helpful. This place was perfect.

This property was wonderful for our extended weekend. We came to the Ithaca area for our daughter's college graduation and to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The house was truly perfect and exactly as described, with all the amenities of home. Everyone loved being on the lake and the kayaking was magnificent. We were sad to leave because now we really understand why everyone says, "Ithaca is Gorges!" And this place is the perfect space to enjoy it all. Thanks to Maxine and Paul!

Wonderful Stay!

We had the best time. Maxine and Paul are such wonderful hosts and so helpful with anything you could need. The house and property was even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures and the home was so spacious.

Listing doesn't do it justice!!!

Family of four, stayed at the property in the beginning of July. The property was excellent. Smaller cottage, on a large estate, with owners living next door. You have access to lakefront, two great docks and the floating dock. The hosts had kayaks, and paddle boards, for the guest s to use. There's also a place to have a campfire if you choose to. The house was spotless. The biggest advantage to this place was private lakefront access steps outside your door. Would definitely come and stay again.

Thank you for the very kind review. We take pride in making the cottage cleanest as can be, and follow all covid-19 protocols. Private lake access with a dock is important, and with a boat lift available for renters as well. Come back any time it's available! maxine

Amazing location, more amazing hosts!

Maxine and Paul were absolutely amazing from start to finish; from the moment we inquired to the moment we departed (and left behind some sandles), they were extremely accommodating, approachable and friendly to match. We absolutely loved our time down by the Lake, and we'd thoroughly recommend it to coupled, families and friendship groups. Great location, even greater hosts! Thanks Maxine and Paul!
