Dies ist mehr als nur ein gemütliches Zuhause an der Küste; es ist ein Ort der Erinnerung, dass die Familie ein Leben lang halten. Das ist unsere Familie zu Hause, mit uns allen, die Erinnerungen an die kommen, um Morro Bay, dieses Haus seit über fünfzig Jahren zu besuchen. Der ursprüngliche Besitzer übergeben die Eigenschaft nach unten, um ihre Kinder und wird nun von Kinder und Enkel von denen, die dieses Haus gebaut im Besitz. Wir lieben die Erinnerungen, die in diesem Haus wohnen, und würden uns freuen, Sie als Gast der Familie haben bei uns zu Hause weg von zu Hause!

Unser Haus verfügt über eine schöne Aussicht auf Morro Rock aus der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon, der an der Vorderseite des Hauses verläuft. Finden Sie einen bequemen Platz, um Ihren Morgenkaffee und die frische Meeresluft zu genießen. Zugang zum Strand ist weniger als eine Meile entfernt!

Unser Haus verfügt über neuere Möbel, Dekorationen und Annehmlichkeiten für einen angenehmen und entspannten Atmosphäre für unsere Gäste zu schaffen. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub an der Küste!

The guest showed and said they found one bug but we were not able to confirm it. I had a pest service come out and do an inspection and check everything out. They didn’t find any bugs or evidence of any. We went ahead and had all the bedding pulled out cleaned and vacuumed all the mattress and carpet and didn’t find anything either. The whole ordeal was a little suspicious to me. They showed up, stayed about 6 hours then texted me that their son found a bed bug and were leaving. I did everything I could think of to address it and feel confident we didn’t have any issues.

Rockin Good Time

If you like big iconic rocks coming through the window of your cozy vacation home, then this place if for you! Very well kept house that reminds you of being back at nana and papa’s house (except this house has cable and internet). Lovely spot to enjoy a weekend away!

Family short vacation

Me and 3 of my children and 2 son in laws plus 1 grandchild had a great time. House was wonderful enough room for all, much better than staying in hotels. We visited Hearst Castle, whale watched in Morro Bay, visited SLO, and chilled at Pismo beach! House is centrally located to many attractions! We will definitely do this again!

Excellent location. Everything was clean and was well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet. Only thing that was unexpected is that the downstairs and upstairs levels are not connected from inside the house. This was not clear on the vrbo listing. Not a game changer for our party but might be problematic for a young family not expecting that surprise. We had a great time.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood

Our stay was nice, big enough for us to hang out in the living room with our kids. I wished the down stairs was connected to the upstairs from inside. The down stairs had a musty odor, but our teenage boys did not complain.

Family Tradition

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect location just blocks away from our daughter’s house. We’ve been celebrating Independence Day on the central coast since I was a child, now on our 4th generation of tradition! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, great TV choices and Olan was delightful, attentive and quick to respond. We will certainly come again!!

Family Gathering

The property was perfect for us. We brought together family traveling from out of state via plane, train, and automobile. The owners were very helpful and allowed us an early check that was helpful as everyone arrived . The house felt home like and was very clean. The deck offered a view of the ocean and the street was very quiet. Thank you to the owners for making us welcome for making these accommodations available to us.

Family getaway

We were thrilled to find this property only about a month before our stay and thrilled it did not require us to stay a week. The property is older and the photos on the listing accurately show its age. The carpet is worn and decor is very dated but the upstairs was very clean and comfortable. The balcony railing seems a bit rickety. The downstairs bedroom is not accessible from inside the house which is okay for adults but would be more difficult with small Children. The downstairs bedroom smelled extremely musty and damp, the blinds are broken and very dirty and the bathroom is very small with an extremely small shower and rust stains on the walls as well as cracking paint. The beds and linens were all very clean and comfortable. My communication with the owner was excellent and the check in was very easy. We had a great time and loved the proximity to the beach and town.

Chavez Family Birthday Beach Trip

I booked the property in Morro Bay to celebrate my granddaughters 21st birthday and my 70th birthday. We love the beach and vacation every year at one of the Morro hotels. To accommodate all of us and to save money I looked for a home instead of a hotel. This property was built in the 60’s and has a homey feel to it. I loved the kitchen/living room area and the closeness to the beach and restaurants. We were able to enjoy breakfast in a casual setting, see the Rock from the windows and the youngsters enjoyed playing board games in the living room. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the convenience of the laundry room was great. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was amazing. Everyone agrees that it was the best beach trip ever.
