We were able to check in early, which was fantastic. The house was as expected, nice quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The only suggestion we would have would be to put shower bars in showers, especially the master bedroom bath. There is a small step down to get in the shower and both my husband and I felt uneasy getting in and out of the shower.

When my wife and I got to rental we noticed how outdated the facility was and we were not satisfied based on pictures. They did respond very well to our request and had another property that was suitable for our stay. The response is what saved them from getting a complete 1 star review.

Kitchen had 1 small pan and 1 pot for cooking. Outdoor lights had 50% working. Had to request laundry detergent as there wasn’t enough to do any laundry. There wasn’t a stopper to do dishes in the sink and had to request one as there is no dishwasher. Place was not prepared for guests.

Road Trip Stay

The house was perfect for stopping and resting as we traveled to Miami. It would have been a great place to stay if we were the area longer. The management team was very nice and quick to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice, clean house

It was nice and clean, beds were good. Kitchen child locks were a little frustrating. Some upgrades like a dishwasher would be good. I would stay there again

Florida getaway house

We stayed for a month and enjoyed a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The house is as described and pictured, decorated nicely. My only complaint is windows and floors could have been cleaner, and a screen door for patio would have been nice. Loved the area and close to beaches, would stay again.

We had a great stay; it was during hurricane Milton and the hosts were great and even offered us a place with electricity while ours was out. The home was clean, had a few sugar ants which is expected in Florida but everything went very smoothly and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. The laundry was a super bonus!

Perfect and accommodating getaway!

Grateful for hosts who take their guests into consideration!! There were towels for every room. A coffee station set up and some snacks for us to munch on. Nicely decorated and clean. Can’t ask for more for a two night stay. Also there was an array of books to choose from to read, in case that’s your thing!

Sold my house and the temporary accommodations I arranged were not working. Luckily I was able to book this on short notice. I'm very happy we did and was quite content with where we landed. If I were on vacation I would stay here in a heartbeat.

Perfect for our needs

The house is a remodeled older home pretty well appointed. Very clean and neat, comfortable beds and furniture. Basic kitchen utensils. It’s location to our family that we were visiting was average 20 minutes away, depending on traffic. It’s a zigzag into this quiet neighborhood to get to. There was plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Perfect getaway!

Upon walking into Pedro and Lauris home we immediately felt welcomed. The little things matter to us, so the little snacks and card were a great greeting. The home was large, clean and exactly what we had hoped for. A hotel will never compare to the experience we had in this home. We’re already preparing for our next trip down and will absolutely rent from them again. Very thankful for their quick communication as well. Every step of the process was easy and stress-free!

Communication was great. Directions and check in was great. Usually when you check in there is a list of rules but did not find any it was not until we left and I checked email that I saw they had requested a few things for us to do. The only thing we did not do is take the trash down to the curb. The house was clean and plenty of room for our family. The only thing is the key pad was a little difficult to use. Thanks for having us!

Fair stay for the price

Overall, the property is fairly-well maintained, however would benefit from a detailed cleaning. We stayed for a full week and you tend to notice more flaws over time. There are some minor repairs needed to bring property to a five-star level. Clearer instructions regarding use of the A/C, which is time-restricted when reducing the temperature overnight would improve the stay. Also, the kitchen sink has a stopper stuck in it and could not be removed. The neighborhood is a good working class area with not major issues. Overall, Pedro and Laura appear to be good property owners.

Would stay here again

My fiancé, his diabetes and my elderly dad stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The property has extra-large rooms, good wifi, great communication from host, quiet, pleasant neighborhood that is close to shopping and not far from beaches. They provided everything we needed including laundry soap and beach towels in the entry closet. The only thing missing was dish sponge which a trip to the local dollar store quickly remedied. Of note, there is no cable provider but the tv is equipped with Hulu and Netflix, just sign in to you own account to watch tv and movies. We were happy quite with the property and would stay here again.
