Aloha Janet, Please refer back to the photos of the property; you will notice that there is no outdoor seating provided, nor is there a suitable space to store chairs. Since we were not contacted during your stay to report any issues, we were unable to address them at the time. Had we been notified, we would have sent someone to repair the faucet to prevent water waste and potential damage, and we would have replaced the broken ironing board. Regarding the ants, as noted in our guest instructions, food should not be left out on the counters as it will attract pests. We are glad to hear that you found the beds comfortable

Aloha Steven, and mahalo for your comments. We certainly hope that you didn't come all the way to Hawaii to watch TV! Cable service here is in fact digital. We use a lockbox system specifically so that multiple guests can share the key without losing it. This is standard practice at most vacation rentals worldwide. We did post that the pool was closed at the top of our description months before you booked the reservation, and we are sorry that you didn't read it.

Aloha Alayna, and mahalo for your review. We're sorry you were disappointed with our home. Please note that bed preference is subjective and is the owner's choice. There is a blender in the unit. You didn't report any problems to us during your stay, but we will send our maintenance workers to check on the leaks you mention here. The bedroom windows are under eaves, so we're not sure where it can be leaking. Please note that we haven't received any other complaints of leaks in the unit. We have ordered new dining room chairs. The condo is not basement level; it's on the ground floor. Again, we're sorry you were disappointed but had you notified us of any of these problems we at least could have tried to address them. We make every effort to ensure our guests are comfortable, but we cannot fix what isn't reported.
