Although we appreciate this traveler's review, I must disagree and emphasize how much pride we take in our home and always go the extra mile to accommodate our guests as we did with this traveler granting a late check out and an extra last minute guest with no additional fee. In response to this traveler's review of our home needing updating, I definitely disagree and this is not a matter of opinion, but a matter of fact. Facts: We took the house off the rental market for several months over the spring and summer of 2020 due to the pandemic. During this time we carried out the following updates and new additions. All new bath and bedding throughout the house which we always update every 30-45 days. All new living room furniture Complete remodel and upgrade of third bathroom including new 6 ft x 2.5ft shower with new luxury Speakman dual shower heads, new white river stone shower floor, new Italian porcelain wall tile, new high density waterproof Pergo flooring, all new cabinetry, vanity, and countertops. New flooring, wet bar, and 70 inch flat screen plasma TV with theater surround sound in game room. New pool surface, custom mosaic glass tile, eco-friendly salt system, pool fountain and new top of the line Gandy electric pool heater. New hot water heater inside and also for outside shower. Interior professionally painted. The list goes go on and again these are facts. Also fact, this was only our 3rd renter since these brand new upgrades so literally impossible to be worn out. We kindly ask that our guests express any concerns while they are in house so we have the opportunity to address at that time instead of waiting 9 days after check out. Updates 2022: Kitchen remodel all new stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range with air fryer oven, designer glass backsplash tile throughout. New large smart TVs in each room including game room. We continue to update this property at every opportunity!
