From the kitchen’s breakfast nook you can watch the sunrise over the resort’s landscaped gardens, then head out to the on‑site restaurant, bar, or ice‑cream shop for a sweet treat.



**Sleeping arrangements**

The master bedroom offers a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a quiet retreat after a day at the parks. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 features a bunk configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed, perfect for younger guests. Bedroom 3 holds another king‑size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, giving everyone space and privacy.

**Practical details**

The home includes a free washer and dryer for fresh linens, and a small patio with outdoor seating for two. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to ten wrist bands, which are provided at guest services. This fee applies whether you use the amenities or not, ensuring all guests have access to the community’s offerings.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
