Dieses Traumferienhaus am Wasser in der exklusiven Little Neck Bay von New Seabury verfügt über ein privates Dock und einen friedlichen Meerblick aus fast jedem Fenster. Zwei geräumige Decks im großen Garten mit Blick auf Little Neck Bay und Zugang zum Vineyard Sound machen dieses Haus ideal für Unterhaltung oder Entspannung. Diese Eigenschaft hat auch eine private Außendusche, Kajak, Ruderboot, Kanu, Gasgrill, Garage für zwei Autos, Klimaanlage, WIFI, Kabel und ist ideal gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour vom schönen South Cape Beach entfernt, mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen und Promenade zu Waquoit Jetties. Unser sonniges, zeitgemäßes Haus ist 2700 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über hohe Decken, einen offenen Grundriss sowie viele Fenster und Schiebetüren. Es schläft bequem 10. Der erste Stock verfügt über eine große Master Suite (Schieberegler auf privates Deck, HD-TV, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Master Bath, Kathedralendecken), offene Küche, Esszimmer und ein großes Zimmer (Schieberegler auf Deck, neuer HD-TV), Wohnzimmer (Gaskamin) & Domdecken), Waschküche, Pulverbad. Öffentliche Golf & Tennis sind ca. 10 Meilen entfernt und New Seabury CC ist in der Nähe, ist aber privat. Im Popponesset Inn können Sie direkt am Wasser speisen. A wonderful home in a fabulous setting. The home has spacious & well laid out with a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces. Comfortable, with sufficient spaces inside and out; everyone had space to enjoy the property. We stayed for a week and never tired of the outdoor views. Convenient to great shopping and excellent beaches.

Great time and location

WE rented this house over the memorial day holiday and it was fantastic. The location is great with a deck out back that we were able to use. The house itself was very clean. We will definitely rent this house again when we return to the cape.

Great fun on Cape Cod on the water

It was an excellent location complete with a dock on a bay. The dock was great since we brought a boat with us. Easy access at all tides to big water and on to Martha’s Vineyard. Plenty of room to accommodate the seven of us. Very accessible to the mall.

Tranquility Base

This property in Mashpee was an ideal spot from which to do so many things… runs, bike rides, clamming, boating, fishing, and just being. Ideally located on a quiet tidal pond with a dock allowing for boating, this well-appointed house offered a very comfortable soul-recharging spot. We were also lucky to have family ina separate house in the same neighborhood so having a family gathering was seamless. Wonderful location and perfect set up. Looking forward to next year!!

Excellent!!

Very pleasant experience for everyone in our party during our stay of four nights during Memorial day 2015. Mike has been very responsive, and accommodating. The house is lavish for three families. Only good things to say! Cant wait to come back to Cape Cod, and when we do, we will be at this address for sure!

Slice of heaven!

Amazing! The views! The house! Sooo clean! Lovely neighborhood for walking or riding bikes (flat). Fishing was fun - caught 2 striped bass (we released but fun to catch)! Close to everything you need. Very relaxing actually read a book. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Jamie - you were very nice and easy to deal with.

Great location for water sports & birding

The star of the show is Jehu pond, the body of water at the end of the dock. It is very sheltered, a great place to kayak and bird watch. Osprey, catbirds, chickadees, vireos, warblers, hummingbirds and many others can be seen and heard from the back deck, which overlooks the water.There is plenty of outdoor furniture and the back part of the house is shaded making it a great place to hang out, even on a very hot day.The inside of the house is comfortably and amply furnished, although some of the upholstery is worn. One queen bed requires the 2nd person to climb over the first to access. Two beds are in a damp basement; there is a dehumidifier that helps a lot-- it needs emptying every 6 hours. Jamie, the host, was responsive throughout. We had a plumbing issue while we were there and she arranged for an emergency plumbing service to correct the issue.Unfortunately, prior tenants had left every item related to cooking & kitchen-- pots, plates, utensils, coffee pot, blender, grill, etc in a very dirty state. The cleaning crew did not notice this and it took us a while to appreciate the full extent of the mess. We ended up spending significant time cleaning-- everything needed to be washed prior to use. Jamie did offer to send a cleaning crew, which we appreciated, but by the time the offer was made, we felt that we had taken care of the worst of it, although we probably should have taken her up on the offer as we continued to find "surprises" throughout our stay.

Great house on the water and close to beaches. Offered included kayaks and a pool paddle board. The host and her daughter were excellent communicators. We can’t think of another location that offered more for the money. Would definitely recommend this rental, especially those that appreciate privacy.

Our family of 9 adults immediately felt at home. The location on an inlet provided a sheltered access to the water while cold winds blew hard on the Atlantic coast a mile away. The house was well provisioned and maintained. There was more space than we expected from the photos on VRBO. We had a wonderful relaxing visit.

A Delightful Autumn Gem

Our family loved our October stay at this property. The foliage on the property and around the pond was gorgeous. The location was easy to find and easy to use as a base for our many adventures. The house was big enough for our group and included all of the comforts that we needed. Communications about the property during our stay were handled efficiently and effectively. Don't pass this property up -- I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Waterfront with all the amenities you could ever need. Laundry, water toys, air conditioning, peaceful deck to read on, fully equipped kitchen. Style is quite dated, but everything worked and property owner is extremely responsive.

Therapeutic retreat

I'll get what little criticism I have out of the way. Furnishings and decor are dated, the kitchen cooktop is induction, and kitchen utensils are limited. - dock is amazing and the boat ride to the sound or to the gorgeous washburn island is a nonstop Norman Rockwell painting. -tide is only one and a half feet in this area so there's always water at the dock and the water was 85 degrees. -beautiful view with unlimited pine scented shade on a private setting. -I couldn't say enough of how spacious and comfortable this home is. -gas grill is excellent and gets very hot for searing meat. -master suite is huge and offers ample privacy from the rest of the home. We would definitely go back.

Almost paradise

So many great things about this property: the location, the salt pond with wonderful kayaking and paddle boarding, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and it is close to everything you need: shops, restaurants, beach, grocery store, etc. The owners were attentive, and when we had an issue with the wifi, they immediately responded and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The one negative is the condition of the house: the furniture is worn and not very clean, the rugs are dirty, there were cobwebs on the lamps, etc. The deck and deck furniture are worn and a bit moldy, and the house is cluttered. For the price we paid, we expected a little more.

Family Cape Cod vacation

Great place for a family to spend time together. Beautiful house with a gorgeous water front view. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the water. Plenty of room for all 7 adults and one infant. Neighborhood was beautiful. Great nearby private beach for the boys to try fishing and the rest of us to enjoy the water. The house was the perfect size for our group with things to do nearby. We had use of kayaks that we could take right off the private dock on a beautiful large saltwater pond. The neighborhood is quiet, and all properties were well manicured. We were close to the beach and could ride our bikes there. We were very happy with it!

Great location

Great quiet location in the cape close to the beach and on a wonderful bay that can be explored by boat/kayak. The house is spacious with a homey feeling. The owners answer any question promptly.

This our family home. Our family grew up summering here and we have fond memories of learning to waterski in this bay while my parents watched from the deck cheering us on, catching minnows and crabs with my cousin and siblings and fishing and hunting with my dad. It is a nice single family home with a fantastic setting for the boating enthusiast. Tennis and Golf are close by too, but not included with the house.

We are avid boaters and we love the water. If you want to be on the water with access to Nantucket Sound and Martha's Vinyard, this is a great spot. We love the swimming in the warm, calm waters right in the backyard. It is a salt water pond with access to the ocean - swimming is best by wading in & out of the water from the shore and using the stairs onto the dock. There are tons of activities close by for adults and kids. We think it's one of the best locations on the Cape. If you bring your boat, outboards are best - shallow water under 36" draft. A boat landing is one street away. You will have a 20 minute cruise to Nantucket sound through Great River and Waquoit Bay. If you want me to include a boat, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes please contact me as I have them available for additional cost - subject to availability and your skill level.

Aside from the waterfront aspect with dock, this home is near great shopping, bars and restaurants at Mashpee Commons (5 miles) and Popponesset Marketplace (3 miles). Also Tennis, Pickleball & Golf are close by at several public golf courses, tennis at Mashpee High School, Pickleball courts at the rotary. South Cape Beach and nature walking trails are a short bike ride, or easy walk. You can fish right off of your own dock and catch small stripers. You can swim, kayak, paddleboard or raft right there as well. The evenings are calm and cocktailing on the deck with the sun setting over Jehu Pond just can't be beat.
