My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and looked much like advertised. Having off street parking was fabulous and made getting our belongings in and out very easy. We were able to walk to many places to eat and shop. It was an easy walk to Forsyth Park where we enjoyed the weekly farmers market on Saturday. Lucky Savannah had just undergone a change in their information delivery platform, so we got conflicting information regarding our assigned parking space, gate code, and WiFi access which caused some confusion, but their rep was very positive in helping us with that. We would stay here again.

I’m glad the space, off‑street parking, and location made your visit easy and that you enjoyed Forsyth Park’s farmers market. I apologize for the confusion from our recent information platform change — we’re refining our instructions and communications so future guests don’t experience that. Great location, beautiful square. Noisy guests upstairs moving furniture, but that’s no fault of the host. It’s a cute apartment that met our needs. If I had any suggestions, I would have liked the bathroom and floors to be cleaner. The towels and bedding were very clean, the beds were not very comfortable (a new mattress in the primary would help 2-300 new on Amazon, and a padded mattress cover for the sofa bed because it’s very worn out and the springs poke). Also, adding an extra pillow and blanket for the sofa bed (there were clean sheets and one pillow). Courtyard is adorable, parking is more than worth it. Gorgeous Chatham square right out the front door, easy walk to everywhere. Gate access to courtyard was nice as well. Laundry was great. Would like more kitchen items (3 forks for 4 people, maybe a colander and foil, plastic wrap, bags, oil) for people who cook, but maybe most people eat out. Management was kind and helpful. Overall would stay again.

Perfect location, not so perfect neighbors

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and our stay was comfortable. Walkability was a 5/5. The issue, tbe bedroom is below the upstairs tenants living space and they are up at 6:30 daily, dragging chairs and living life. If I were working, it would have been fine, but we were on vacation and did not have the luxury of sleeping past 7am.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, found your stay comfortable, and appreciated the walkability of the property. We’re sorry to hear that noise from the upstairs unit affected your ability to relax and sleep in during your vacation. We understand how important a restful stay is, especially when you're hoping to enjoy a slower pace while away. While some noise can be expected in multi-unit buildings, we regret that it impacted your overall experience. We truly appreciate your honest comments and thank you for choosing Lucky Savannah. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and help you find another property that may be an even better fit for your next visit. The Lucky Team

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The locks need to be replaced, very user unfriendly. The unit is very nice, like being at home and once there an excellent location.
