Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnung 120 m, kürzlich renoviert und mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer In der besten Gegend des Strandes von Villananitos in San Pedro del Pinatar. Auf der Frontlinie. Ganz in der Nähe der Yacht-Club. Es ist sehr sonnig und gemäßigt im Winter und sehr angenehm im Frühling und Herbst. Es ist in der besten Gegend des Dorfes, da Sie zu Fuß zum Carrefour-Supermarkt gehen können, und auch zu Bars und Restaurants. Die Promenade verläuft vor dem Haus. Sie können Wanderwege durch den Naturpark des Salzes zu machen. In der Nähe befindet sich das Dos Mares Einkaufszentrum (2 km) mit Geschäften, Kinos, Supermärkte und Bars. Auch das kommerzielle Zentrum von La Zenia (7km). Sie können die touristischen Städte von Cartagena (30 km) und Murcia (45 km) besuchen. Es ist ideal für lange Radtouren. Es hat vier Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bildschirm und Badezimmer. 11 km vom Flughafen San Javier und 20 km vom Bahnhof Balsicas entfernt, der Verbindungen nach Madrid, Albacete und Murcia bietet. The stairs are easy to access. In any case, I have another house on the ground floor, first beach libea, with Wi-Fi and English TV for another occasion. Very good apartment

We were 4 men wanting a room each and it was perfect. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Nice views. There is no lift but it was fine for us even though we are in our 60s. Kitchen has everything you would want. There is a TV with Netflix and sky news. The views are really nice of the Mar Menor sea. the owner Luis met us on arrival and was very helpful.

The view, A joy to wake upto each morning

I’m not going to say too much here as I’d be repeating previous reviews. We have just spent a month at this apartment and enjoyed every minute (barring the heavy downpour when we first arrived but that is not under Luis or Lola’s control) waking up each morning, we couldn’t wait to raise the shutters to reveal the fabulous views of the Mar Menor and marina. I think what says it all is we would love to holiday here again if that proves possible. Thank you Luis and Lola. xx

Superschöne, stilvolle Wohnung direkt am der Strandpromenade

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Leute. Die Wohnung hat einen genialen Ausblick auf Strand, Hafen und Mar Menor, morgens und mittags Sonne, fast umlaufender Balkon. Viele Fenster, alle mit Rolläden. Ruhige Lage, allerdings waren wir im März/April dort. Stilvoll eingerichtet, vielen modernisiert, sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte, Bäckerei in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A place for great holidays (just don't forget your earplugs :-))

The apartament is clean, spacious and in the great location. It's perfect for the family with young kids - next to the beach, with corner shop nearby and few playgrounds within a walking distance. If you aren't a sound sleeper I recommend taking some earplugs with since it can be a bit noisy outside, especially at night on the weekend. The Owners, Lola and Luis, are friendly and very helpful. Our family had great holidays and we are planning to come back next year :-)

Lovely apartment with a stunning sea front location.

Fabulous apartment right on the Mar Menor in the heart of Lo Pagan. Stunning wrap around views from the three double windows in the living area. Tastefully presented throughout, with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very adequate WIFI in the living area, more than sufficient for 4 devices including sky go on a tablet. Luis was an excellent host, excellent communication throughout and there to meet us on arrival. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a break in this stunning Mar Menor resort. Easy access, 25 minutes driving, from the new Murcia International airport, lots of parking around the apartment.

Great location, fabulous views, great value for money!

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning, enjoying the sunshine and the views. We were comfortable and felt secure in our surroundings. The dishwasher and washing machine were much appreciated! Loved being able to walk to restaurants. Plenty of places to explore nearby on foot. We had a rental car for the week and never had a problem finding parking right in front of the apartment. Lola and Luis were attentive hosts. They kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for privacy and absolute peace and quiet this may not be the right fit as this is a vibrant, lively area with lots of activity.

Wonderfull view over the bay.

Although it was quite in the village itself (February) we had a great time. A 5 day visit was filled with soccermatches and a visit to Murcia and Gartagena. The first was for us the nicest. And renting a bicycle is a must to get around. The house is spacious. Perfect beds , and all fascilities were there. The painer has been verry active to get everything white; (the same paint for walls and wooden doors) but functional. We can recommend the apartment.

Very bright and clean

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very homely and spotlessly clean. It was a pleasure to wake every day to the wonderful view. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, we particularly liked the boardwalk. The food was good and the owner very friendly. Luis and Lola were easy to get in touch with in case of any queries. The only negative was there were 34 stairs which was a bit of a challenge for us as we are both nearing 80. Would certainly come back again.

Lovely Apartment in a Superb Location

Lovely apartment in a great location with stunning views. Easy walking distance to good bars and restaurants, especially close to the Boardwalk bar, ideal for a cheeky bit of Tapas. Lovely beach right opposite the apartment and loads of beach bars there too. A short walk takes you in to Lo Pagan which is a bit more lively if you want that sort of thing. The apartment would benefit greatly by having Air-Con, we were there in September and it was very hot, especially at night. Luis the owner is very nice, helpful and informative. We definitely will return very soon. :-) Steve & Elly

Beautiful place perfect location

We had a long weekend here, and will definitely be coming back. The lounge and three of the bedrooms have a beautiful view, with the beach just across the road. There are plenty of restaurants and beach bars serving tapas right on the beach. The apartment far exceeded our expectations, plenty of parking right outside. Thank you both for a perfect time.

Plenty of space and wonderful views.

Apartment owners Luis and Lola could not have been more attentive. We had no need of the help they offered more than once but they still asked if we were ok. The place is right beside the very clean beach and promenade and you can spend hours just people watching on the total surround of a verandah. Some of the furniture, mainly cupboard and drawer units could benefit from an upgrade but perfectly adequate for use. We only needed one of the 4 double beds (and a single) but we slept like logs and woke up each day to a glorious sunrise right into our room. We always had a little breakfast on the verandah and a gin and tonic to watch the sunset. All in all, brilliant and we shall return. Dave and Babs. Oh! and my wife could not be kept away from the health giving mud baths.

The photos do not do the apartment justice. We loved it so much.

We arrived late, but Luis met us at the apartment and showed us round. We woke in the morning to amazing views and delighted in the the airy, large rooms. Luis was so kind and turned up with breakfast in a bag as we had arrived too late to shop. The balcony runs around the apartment, so you can find shade, even in the hottest part of the day. We spent hours people watching as we looked right over the promenade and the beach. We stayed for three weeks and felt so at home. Luis lent us two bikes and my partner and daughter had so much fun. Cycling is safe and the terrain flat. They cycled for miles, to the mud baths, my daughters favourite, and to the Mediterranean. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved eating at the table looking at the sea and the boats bobbing gently in the sunshine. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like logs for the whole time we were there. As I cannot walk very far we would go to the beach hut opposite for tapas and a drink most days. Luis and Lola were absolutely delightful and so very kind and helpful. We didn’t want to leave and wanted to book a few weeks later in the year, but only a few days left in October😢. This was our first holiday in years and it was better than we could ever have hoped. Thank you Luis and Lola, we will be back. Jane, Chis and Harriet
