This 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is on the very popular urbanization Las Violetas which is situated just a 2 minute walk to local bars and a restaurant, or you can walk to Villamartin Plaza which is just a 4 minute stroll from the apartment.
The front terrace will give you the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast watching the sun rise should you be up early enough,below this terrace you will find another patio giving you extra space to enjoy the sun shine. The main entrance leads into the lounge where you will find a dining area and sofa with free wi-fi, English TV, DVD Player and air conditioning throughout. Should the weather not be good or you just want to chill this is the perfect place to do it.
The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with oven/hob, Microwave, washing machine and a fitted kitchen, you will find all of the utensils you need should you wish to dine in on your holiday, there is also a Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine for you to use.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, you will find a double bed, air conditioning and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The property also has a family bathroom
A 7 minute drive and you will be at one of the many blue flag beaches in the area, most of the beaches have beach bars with sun loungers and parasols should you want to spend the day at the beach. Many of the beaches now offer live entertainment throughout peak season. The beaches come in all shapes and sizes so you will be sure to find one that suits you.
This area is surrounded by beautiful golf courses, the closest is Villamartin which is about a 5 minute walk from the property. A short drive away you will find Las Ramblas, Las Colinas Campoamor and many more golf courses should you want to go further afield. All of the golf courses can be booked prior to your visit should you want to ensure you get the course and the time to suit you.
The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.
Fees & Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
Nursery hire available, travel cot & high chair, €15 each must be pre-booked
