Beauty on the Beach

Had a much needed vacation in my favorite place enjoying the beauty that is Maui. This was the perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was clean, quiet and had a beautiful view from the spacious lanai. The location was in walking distance of dining, shopping and the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

This unit is in beautiful Wailea, on the prestine grounds of Wailea Ekolu Village. The unit is equipped with all the essentials, so it makes for a carefree trip. The pool and barbeque were a nice bonus!

Amazing ocean views and great location. The unit however could use some updating as the cabinets are old with nice granite countertops. There is an annoying automatic,ight that is motion detection in the entryway and in our opinion should be removed. There is no shampoo in the unit and the couch is very creaky when you sit down. Road noise is an issue on some days, and if someone is staying above it is very loud foot sounds.

It has an ocean view, but not as close as I'd like. Everything you need for the ocean, but didn't want to bring with you, such as beach chairs, boogy boards, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff, etc. The kitchen is really well equipped. We had a wonderful time. The only thing we would have liked, but couldn't find were binnoculars. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the various remotes, i.e., set up radio, movies, tv, etc.

The unit is great, only downside. One of the rooms was facing the street and the noise was really uncomfortable ! Really hard to get a good night sleep with that noise. It’s unfortunate cause the location is actually great with a fantastic view of the the ocean.

We loved relaxing on the lanai, but could also enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the living/dining room. You could enjoy sunset from the couch! Great location! Wailea beach is a 3 minute drive and has parking, but is also walkable if you wanted to. Highway is close by. Quick drive to Kihei, all South Maui beaches (loved Makena Beach), shopping and restaurants. Also, shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.Kitchen had everything we needed. My only disappointment was the pool wasn't heated, but kids had no problem jumping in and swimming. Totally recommend staying here.

Maui Rentals was so helpful; Michelle made the booking process so easy. And the condo itself was fantastic. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. The sunset views from the Lanai were inspiring. The internet/phone line had a weird connection problem but Spectrum came out the next day and Maui Rentals offered to be present while the work was done. Again, so easy to deal with! If anything, the highway is a bit close and you'll hear some traffic noise, but it's easy access to the highway! A good trade-off in my mind. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this great property. We hope to come again some day.
