The room was very clean, updated appliances, and a wonderful view! Great customer service, access to the beach was awesome! We will definitely come back and request the same room, if available. The location as most along the strip was close to all the restaurants and shopping venues. It was secure.

Beautiful view

My husband and I got a much needed get away. The place was perfect for the two of us. A very short walk to the beach and pool. There was a ramp for those with disabilities. We were hoping it would have trash chuts and a place to eat, even if it was a sandwich shop.

I wish there was a different policy for paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) in place. Also, there is a rat problem around the pool area that needs to be addressed. We have video if needed.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was updated and decorated well although there is no place to store food other than the refrigerator. The Management was agreeable, but there was someone in the condo everyday working on something. The condo was clean except for the hairs on the bathroom wall and floor from the previous guests. This unit has a great view and comfortable bed. The couch could use some help. Guests need to be told that in order to be complimentary chairs on the beach someone in the party has to be on the beach at 7:30 am to claim them each day. They are not reserved.

Great View and Very Clean

My husband and I loved this place! Very quiet and in a great neighborhood. The condo is newly renovated and beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. In the morning the balcony is shaded and great for coffee. The beach service was an awesome bonus and the young man who sets everything up was quick and nice. This is tbe best stay we have had in Destin and will definitely book again.

Holiday Surf Unit 422 Was Perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 422 is the perfect beachfront condo for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. The property description was spot-on and the pictures were exactly as expected. The front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles and professional service and were always available for assistance. The entire property is extremely well maintained, from the parking lot, front entrances, lobby, restrooms, pool and patio area, and the decking which leads to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were promptly set up each morning and the beaches were clean with super white sand. Unit 422 has all the amenities you need and is absolutely gorgeous throughout. The king bed was nice and firm and all the furniture was in tip-top shape. The lighting in the condo nice and as bright as you want it. The patio is perfect for your morning coffee as well as beverages and snacks in the evening as the ocean views are spectacular. We saw dolphins every evening swimming right up to the shoreline and playing in the water. The location is an easy drive to-and-from the airport and you’re just minutes away from the grocery store, pharmacy, Target, restaurants, cocktail bars, and local seafood markets. We highly recommend the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, particularly Unit 422.Mandy and Mike Hill

Perfect Location/Very Nice Unit

This condo building is in a great location on Holiday Isle, on a beautiful stretch of beach. It is also convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The unit itself has a very nice balcony with direct ocean front views. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the dishes, utensils and accessories we needed. The appliances were all updated. The one bedroom was very comfortable. The mattress, pillows and linens were all in good condition and comfortable. We would definitely book this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was new and recently renovated. The living room furniture was very nice and comfortable. The king bed was a great disappointment as it was broken down in the center and my wife & I rolled to the middle and had difficulty getting out of bed due to the incline from the low center up to the edge. The feet were higher than the pillows when lying in the bed. If the bed had been replaced when the condo had been renovated our stay would have been the best we ever experienced in our ten years of coming to aHoliday Surf And Racquet Club.
