It was exactly what we were looking for. Only thing I could complain about is you must bring extra toilet paper if you need more than the one roll provided, there is only sheet pans to cook with so definitely will need to bring your own pots and pans if you plan on cooking and there are some things that need to be fixed in the unit.....but other than that the place, location, things to do around and scenery was exactly what we needed for our girls trip. Would rent again just now know what is needed for our stay.

Communication was good, There was a dirty pan in the cupboard, Condo did not appear to be cleaned recently, there was dust on outside of furnace room door. Air conditioner had quite a bit of condensation coming out of the vent, down the walls, the bedroom carpet was soaked and uncomfortable to walk on daily, one vent, in the living room had black mold on it. Maintenance was good, came to the room twice to fix our concerns. We will not stay at this condo in the future, communication was great though. The view was beautiful, right on the water! We left the site a day early, due to how uncomfortable we were with the soaked carpet and having to walk on it throughout the day.

Great property, pictures are exactly what you get with the place. Beautiful views of the beach from the property. Check in was a little problem, I recommend making contact with the property manager to ensure you have provided all required info so you can check in without delay. I received several messages from them about extending my stay but not one telling me that I haven't provided all information they required and what they still wanted for check in. I did get quick responses and resolved the issue. The condo is bare minimum like a hotel room. Usually there are salt and pepper or other items left in VRBOs from past guests however this one is cleaned out completely. Not a problem just good to know if you plan to bring food to cook or anything like that. Description states it is a 3 minute walk to the Boardwalk and that was a big reason I booked this place, I thought it was right where the action is. The Boardwalk is actually a good 20 minute walk from the condo. You can walk the street or the beach and it is not a bad walk but nice to know the true distance. I still don't know that you could beat the price for what you get here and I was happy with it and would recommend it to others.

.. the communication with the host was excellent. They responded back to messages super fast. The room itself is really nice with the great view. Beds are pretty comfortable. The pool deck is really nice., definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the property itself, and the people in charge of booking in questions. We’re great.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The place was very clean and we loved staying here! It had a full kitchen and it was close to restaurants. We could walk on the beach, boardwalk or sidewalk to all the places I. Downtown Myrtle Beach. We would stay here again for sure! The price was reasonable and free convenient parking was a plus!

Pros are that it is well maintained and has all the amenities that you need right there including a washer and dryer. The view is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. The space is great for a small family.The cons would be there is a serious lack of lighting in the area. The towels are very small. The biggest issue that we had was it does go through another third party company that will require you to verify yourself with your ID and driver's license. If you want to do it in person you can but expect to get texts emails multiple times a day every single day leading up to your stay. You will never get to talk to a real person. You should also be aware there are a lot of additional fees that you do not see in the original description once it goes through the additional third party. It gets relayed to you via emails or text messages.

The area of the property is not safe at night. The parking lot was not monitored or well lit. The quality of the kitchen area, couches and bedroom were disappointing. I would not recommend.

Great Experience

Very convenient to everything we wanted to experience - Restaurants, golf courses, entertainment, and of course being right on the beach was great! Would definitely stay again.

This unit has granite counter tops, a full sized refrigerator, LCD TV, and beachfront views. Great location to entertainment in the surrounding areas! Great Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking!
