Endless Summer Dream ist ein Privathaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern in der angesehenen Gemeinde Seacrest Beach am County Highway 30A. Dieses dreistöckige Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 12 Personen in komfortablen, luxuriösen Unterkünften. Helle Gartenmöbel, viel Platz auf der Terrasse und auf der Terrasse sowie Annehmlichkeiten für die Gemeinschaft fördern den Aufenthalt im Freien mit Familie und Freunden. Außerdem wurde dieses Haus für die Saison 2019 gerade komplett mit neuen Möbeln renoviert.

Auf der Suche nach einer Option für Süßwasser während Ihres Aufenthalts an der Smaragdküste? Genießen Sie den Gemeinschaftspool, der allen Gästen von "Endless Summer Dream" zur Verfügung steht. Der Lagunenpool mit einer Fläche von 1100 Quadratmetern vermittelt ein Gefühl der Aufregung, das allein auf die Größe zurückzuführen ist! Dank des Community- und Strandstraßenbahn-Service war es noch nie einfacher, zu den schönen Stränden von South Walton zu fahren!

Die Gäste werden von einem offenen Wohnbereich begrüßt. Die Küche verfügt über Holzböden und Whirlpool-Geräte aus Edelstahl. Formelle Essensbestuhlung für acht Personen, zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei Personen an den Barhockern entlang der Küchentheke. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für sechs Personen, einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und Zugang zur Veranda im ersten Stock mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem Grill und einer Schaukel auf der Veranda. Eine Kingsize-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, Flachbildfernseher, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und privatem Zugang zur Veranda befindet sich ebenfalls im ersten Stock. Die Kingsize-Suite verfügt über ein komplettes Bad mit einer Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

Die zweite Etage beherbergt zwei weitere Suiten und die Waschküche des Hauses. Die Suite mit Kingsize-Bett auf der zweiten Etage verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen eigenen Balkon, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Die luxuriöse Master Suite des Hauses verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen privaten Balkon. Das Master-Bad ist mit zwei Waschbecken, einem Whirlpool und einer Stand-alone-Dusche ausgestattet.

Die dritte Etage ist dem Schlafraum des Hauses gewidmet. In drei Doppelkojen finden 6 Personen Platz. Ein Flachbild-TV und ein Minikühlschrank sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Der Schlafraum hat auch einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf die Gemeinde.

Pool was nice, but cold. Hot tubs would be a nice addition. Bikes were great. House was beautiful and clean. Would have preferred a somewhat different bathroom layout with access from the hallway for at least one bathroom so the people staying in the bunk room did not have to enter a bedroom to use the bathroom. Kitchen was very well-appointed.

Wonderful stay

The house was clean and well stocked. Had issues with the dishwasher the first time we tried running it and they sent someone out to fix it the same day. Overall it was a great house for our extended family vacation including 6 adults and 4 children.

Perfect bachelorette retreat!

We booked this stunning home for my daughter's bachelorette party, and it exceeded all our expectations! The neighborhood was bustling with fantastic transportation options and amenities, making it a breeze to explore. The house itself was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for all our guests to spread out and enjoy. With shopping and delicious food just a stone's throw away, our stay was nothing short of amazing. Such a fun place to bike around too. The pool is HUGE and super clean. Highly recommend for any group looking for the perfect getaway!

Be ware of five star properties

We had a maintenance man enter our house at 2 different times completely unannounced. We had nothing wrong with the property they just sent him into our house. They didn’t call text or email. So your privacy will be very much in question if you stay somewhere with five star properties. It took 5 days for a manager to even reach out to our family to apologize. The office lady hung up on me 2 times. There is clearly a large communication gap within this company. I would never stay here ever again unfortunately. The manager gave us a Credit to try to make things better to be fair. If I’m the owner of the property I would have a lot of questions but who knows maybe this group likes random people entering the house with children and would totally fine. It took 5 phone calls and bad reviews to even get anybody’s attention so maybe this is normal behavior. Good luck renting with five star properties

Beautiful Neighborhood / Great House

The house was clean & functional. Ample space with 6 adults & kids aged 10, 4, 2, & 9 mo. Several bunk beds to spare. No centralized bathroom on the ground floor was inconvenient. The wrap around porches on 1st & 2nd floor were nice. The gas grill worked well. French doors on both the front & back of the house were nice. There was definitely parking spaces for 3 vehicles (even though the listing said parking for 2). The neighborhood as a whole & the neighborhood pool were nicer than anticipated. Staff at the pool was friendly. The house was 0.2 mi walk from the pool…which was not far…but if you’re lazy and / or have a lot of kids…homes closer to the pool may be ideal. All people renting houses in this neighborhood had access to the private beach directly across the street (which we did not realize until a few days into our trip). Five Star Property Mgmt was professional. They checked on us a couple times during our 7 day trip. We didn’t have issues with the home, but I’m certain the maintenance team would have fixed them promptly if we had. This was our 3rd consecutive year traveling to 30A (also Santa Rosa & Destin) and this was our best rental experience yet. We would 100% love to come back to this neighborhood, but we may be in need of a larger house for our next visit…since more of our family will be joining us. If you have infants or toddlers, rent the “Burley” (pull behind trailer) from Peddlers to pull the kids around by bike. The kids LOVED this!

Beautiful Home, Crowded Beach

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The space was wonderful for our family of 6 adults and 5 young children. I wish that there was better restroom access for those staying in the bunkroom, but otherwise, it was great. Check-in instructions seemed clear, but weren't. We received the door code and were told to call security to receive parking passes for our vehicles. We were able to get in the home, but security advised that we would need to physically check-in near the main pool. Upon arrivial at that area, there was some confusion trying to find our reservation and paperwork that needed to be filled out. We had never been to this area before, but have heard glowing reports of 30A. We had high expectations, but the beach was a huge disappointment. We did not mind the walk to the beach at all, but had planned to use a wagon to carry all of our stuff out. Thankfully, we scouted out the beach our first night and saw the list of rules, which includes, "no wagons." We didn't understand this until we saw the large set of steps that we would have to go down to the beach. The listing never mentioned that the beach access would not be accessible for our wagon, much less certainly being handicap inaccessible. We made the best of the situation, but that was frustrating. I do not know if this is just because of the season (mid-June), but the private beach was horribly overcrowded. It is a small beach and we were crawling over other people's stuff to get to the water.

Fall Break

Seacrest Beach neighborhood is a Family Favorite. We love the ambience of the neighborhood and the location. It's proximity to the beach, shops, and dining make it a perfect spot. The kids love it as it allows them freedom to walk or ride bikes to the nearby areas. Anothe great Fall Break in the books. Looking forward to Spring Break.

Fantastic location, beautiful and comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It is well decorated for style and comfort and well stocked. The location and community were fantastic; we really used that tram pickup stop nearby for both pool and beach trips, which made its location at the back of the community a non issue. We were not pleased with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, they felt haphazardly cleaned, however when we called the property management sent someone out to clean the same day. They also addressed a broken bathroom door. One warning that there really isn't a way around is the floorplan of the home. All bathrooms are attached to a suite. Which leaves anyone sleeping in the upstairs loft (our kids loved this space!) using a guest room en suite bathroom at all times! It makes it very uncomfortable for whoever is in the guest room! The bathroom and bedroom doors are steps from the bed, making a good night's sleep challenging when your bunk room is full! The same is true downstairs with any guests stepping into the bedroom to use the restroom. Less of a problem here.

This was a nice home right in between Alys and Rosemary. We loved the location and the pool was awesome!

An absolute home run

This was one of the very best VRBO rental experiences we have ever had. This home was well appointed with little and big things--from paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and salt/pepper to larger things like bikes and beach chairs + pool toys. The property managers called us the day before, the day of, and twice while there--just to check on us. When I needed help and called, they immediately responded and were SUPER nice. The home itself was clean and beautiful. This is not a criticism just more an FYI--the loft upstairs with the bunkbeds does not have a bathroom. This would be important to know given that you have to come downstairs and enter a bedroom to use bathroom. Since our boys were up there with cousins, that was tricky but not a deal breaker at all. Loved it.

To crowded

Long story short it was fall break and there were teenagers all over the place without supervision. The beach was absolutely rediculous.
