Dear Patty, Thank you very much for your detailed and constructive review. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the location, the outdoor areas, the pool, and the sea view, as well as the communication and assistance provided by Jesus — we will definitely pass on your kind words to him! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the main bathroom. Unfortunately, the issue with the drainage system occurred unexpectedly, and despite our immediate intervention, it couldn’t be fully resolved during your stay. We are already working with a specialized team to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We also thank you for pointing out the difficulty with the upper bathroom door — this has now been fixed to prevent similar occurrences. Regarding the trash disposal, as you rightly noted, this is managed by the municipality and, unfortunately, can be challenging for non-residents. We are updating our welcome book with clearer instructions and disposal maps to make this process easier for our guests. Lastly, we appreciate your suggestion about providing umbrellas by the pool. Shade options are limited due to frequent wind, but we are evaluating safe and practical solutions to improve comfort without compromising safety. Your feedback helps us grow, and we hope to welcome you again in the future so you can experience the improvements firsthand. Warm regards, Maria Mercedes Lopez Owner & Founder ClickSardegna – Luxury Property Management

Dear Mr. Thomas, thanks for your review. I'm happy that you took your time in order to write a review. I can see that you liked the house, and I'm happy for this. I'm sorry that you didn't like pay taxes, we neither :) but tourist tax is a local tax and everybody have to pay it. And also I'm sorry that the hydromassage was not hot, but I never sold a hot swimming pool. So, really I appreciate your positive review but regarding the negativity I'm sorry, these doesn't depend from us. Please feel free to get in touch with me whenever you want to come back in Sardinia, you will be our preferred guest. Maria ClickSardegna.

Dear Sandra, as I already told you, I was so happy to trust you. And you did the same with me. We both trusted each others and you arrived as promised and as I told you we were there waiting for you. Thanks for trust in us. We were so happy to have you and your friends as a guest. Please feel free to get in touch with me whenever you want to come back. You will be always our preferred guest. Maria from ClickSardegna.

Thank you for your stay and for the feedback. For transparency to future guests: the reservation was confirmed for 2 guests, but 9 people arrived without prior notice or authorization. For safety, insurance, and regulatory reasons, all occupants must be declared in advance. Our on-site team was mobilized immediately to accommodate everyone—adding linens, tableware, and setup within hours. The price adjustment you mention corresponded solely to the undeclared extra guests, exactly as stated in the listing and House Rules. There was no arbitrary increase. The entry gate and washing machine were checked on site and worked properly, as everything in the villa. And just to be clear, we don’t offer discounts in exchange for reviews, we prefer to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Book with confidence—clear rules and transparent pricing are how we deliver the five-star experience you came for. Mercedes - ClickSardegna

Dear Jostein, thanks a lot for your review. As I told you this house is in the country side and is without address. For this reason I sent you GPS (HomeAway don't allow send link on line). I'm sorry that you didn't check the GPS coordinates before your arrive. If done, this would have helped you find the house more easily. Anyway I'm happy that your stay was good.
