Dies ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer, 2-Bad-Wohnung mit einem schönen Strand und Blick auf den Pool aus dem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Balkon. Es ist auf der zweiten Etage des Turms I. gelegen Direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ist die 11.500 Quadratmeter große Lagune mit Wasserfällen, einen Whirlpool und ein Restaurant. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei großen Betten.
Zur Ausstattung gehören 70 'TV-Flachbildschirm mit DVD-Player gebaut. Verspiegelte Wände im Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich. Neue Geräte, Bad, Möbel und Teppich. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. WLAN-Zugang zur Verfügung steht. Condo ist in einer Gated Community mit Sicherheit, Tonnen Parkplatz, Aufzüge, und nur wenige Schritte von dem Gerät.

PATHETIC.... AVOID this Place!!

I've NEVER rented a place this run down... and with an owner that didn't care at all!! We walked in to a dishwasher 1/2 full of dirty dishes, Coffee maker still full of Grounds / filter, owners closet open, Had to search for the parking pass that was SUPPOSE to be left on the counter, (Den) Broken lamp on one end of the couch (No light bulb, no knob) other end had a bulb but lamp mount was broken, The Fake Fireplace Grumbles and is annoyingly loud! (So much for a quiet evening by the Fake Fireplace) , The Kitchen fluorescent lights work half the time / half are burned out! , The silverware drawer looks like a collection of whatever someone donated. The Eating area... The overhead ceiling fan lights were burned out leaving us with only a small lamp in the area to see by until I found 2 bulbs in the junk drawer (So now there are 2 lights!) The pool bands... 6, was told there are 10 and we'll be charged $** Ea. for missing bands. ( Not an issue when we FINALLY got in touch with one of the owners who was more concerned with her screaming baby she was watching then her mortgage paying TENANT who wasn't happy. we got that and the storage room ordeal clarified, The Leaky Toilet Valve? She didn't seem to care that her toilet water S/O Valve was leaking non stop and apparently the Linen guy knew it as well **since we called him as he was our GO TO #) Many plugs that one plug works, the other doesn't. Comcast boxes were thrown behind the dressers so my wife says... "The TV only gets ONE CHANNEL?? " Surprise!! whoever did their quick clean knocked the comcast mini boxes down behind the dressers so the average joe would think there is NO Cable TV... The master bathroom... The blow drier didn't work.. I wiggled the wall socket... the GFI on the other side was popped... I reset it and wallah!! Power!! (I guess we know the issue here huh? Electrical!!!) the guest bedroom closets... cheap cardboard garbage hanging or IF that's what you call it... in place on the closet slider door... I told my kid, Don't Touch It!!! I've rented many places that are treated by their owners like what they are, VERY EXPENSIVE INVESTMENTS this condo is so pathetically neglected it is sickening and I now understand all the bad reviews that I pawned off as grumpy complainers! these people were right!! they had legitimate complaints and the owner should take note and focus on fixing the issues and make this condo the expensive investment it is!!

Dirty room

The communication was good. The property was as expected, pool was fun for the kids and the food/bar on property was good as well. But the actual room was dirty. The floors were filthy, sand was everywhere the floors the beds the couches just everywhere, there was mold on both shower curtains, hair on the shower walls and urine all over the toilet seats, there was standing water in the kitchen sink bc the disposal didn’t work, nothing had been really cleaned in a while. I spoke to the owner about the overall cleanliness as well as the sink and she said she would send someone to look at it/fix it and they never showed. She blamed the dirty ness on a new cleaning crew. And as I went through previous reviews on the room I noticed that was a trend in rebuttal to people saying the room was dirty. With everything going on with Covid I expected to walk in a super clean room and it was just the opposite, I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room to say the least.

A stressful Labor Day weekend getaway

This is my family’s second time staying at Edgewater Resort but our first time staying at this property. When I originally booked our stay, it was pretty last minute and yet I thought luck was on my side when I found this property and boom it was available. So we were supposed to check in on 8/29/19 at 4pm but didn’t arrive to the condo until after midnight. So we were all exhausted when we arrived. My husband and I traveled with our 4 children. So I immediately tried to get everyone settled in and the condo was dirty, sand all over the sectional sofa in the living room, trash underneath the sectional sofa, the bedsheets in the Master bedroom and the other bedroom with the two full size beds were dirty and had hair all over them. They were not changed at all prior to our arrival. The towels in both bathrooms were dirty and had stains on them. The bathrooms were not cleaned either. So I immediately sent a message to the property manager which she was very apologetic about but couldn’t do anything about it at that moment because it was super late (around 1am). She did say that she would have the housekeeper come in the morning. So we had no choice but to sleep in dirty sheets. The next morning the housekeeper is at the front door at 8:30am and we were all still sleeping so I kindly asked her if she could come back within a hour. Well, I waited for about 2-2 1/2 hours for the cleaning lady so I could point out what was dirty and if we could get clean towels. However, I got impatient and left for the beach. So she came during the time that we were at the beach. Nothing was cleaned. The only thing that she did was replace the bed sheets to the master bedroom and that was it. No clean towels, no clean sheets for the other bedroom. The WiFi did not work at all during our entire stay. There was no parking pass upon our arrival and had some issues every time we left the resort. When I messaged the property manager for the second time, she asked me to take pictures of what was dirty. Honestly, it frustrated me even more because of the inconvenience. The condo is completely outdated and definitely needs ALOT of renovating especially if you’re paying that much money. I was beyond disappointed with the condo and would not recommend anyone to stay here. The only good thing that I will say about this place is that it’s on the second floor (super convenient) and right in front of the pool. But that is about it.

Nice getaway...property good enough

Unit was fine. Had an issue with coffee pot but quickly resolved. Fee things here and there need a little TLC, but all in all l, condo was adequate. Enjoyed it and would stay again.

So-So

The owners were great! Always answered any questions I had. The room is right by the pool, you couldn’t really see the shore of the beach from the room but we liked people watching at the pool so that wasn’t so bad. We were right by the steps which was also convenient to get to the pool and everything. Now, the cleaning of the room.....nothing was exactly gross....no bugs, nothing awful. BUT you can tell it needs to be deep cleaned. The couch wasn’t cleaned off so all kinds of dirt and sand was on it that needed vacuuming off. The counters still had sand on them and there was still sand in the tubs from the past guest. The beds were really clean though and if you just walked through it looks clean. The bear minimum has been done on the cleaning but it wasn’t anything to make you not want to stay. It’s the beach, sand will be everywhere....even if you think you’ve got it all.

Enjoyed our stay, particularly the location was convenient, the pool & beach view amazing. Cleanliness was adequate, decor is old and dated (definitely not a beach feel). Overall this place could be amazing by stepping up the cleaning and updating furnishings.

Long Weekend Getaway

Location of this unit is great! Views out the living and dining room windows are very nice in the day and at night. Kayla is awesome! She is very responsive and is. I’ve to deal with. The unit was clean and comfortable and I not only would stay there again, I’ve already referred my best friend. I also loved the very large tv in the living room. If I was going to offer a suggestion or two that would enhance my personal experience it would be to add a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Also hang a room darkening shade or curtain over the window in the master. Lastly, increase the number of Movie channels you have subscriptions to. After a long day at the pool or on the beach, relaxing to a movie is our preferred way to spend our vacation evenings. And it seemed most of the movie channels were not available. That’s a small thing to mention and I certainly don’t want to criticize them...it’s just offered as a suggestion. Thanks again for a GREAT condo to spend our long needed long weekend!

Great Location/Needs a Deep Clean

The condo was located over looking the lagoon pool which was great for my young ones we had with us. The condo could be very nice but needs some deep cleaning. It appears that only the bare minimal is cleaned each time. Bathrooms smelled like urine, there was lots of dust/dirt on decor hanging on walls and under recliner when reclined. The items setting on bathroom vanities were also very dirty/dusty, the floors seemed to have grit on them, and the section couch and recliners had lots of stains that needed cleaning. Could be a great place if clean! I would rate our stay a 3 out of 5 stars just for non-cleanliness. There was an email sent to me prior to arrival that said to contact them if there was a cleaning issue but I decided not to due to if anyone had ever checked on this place it was evident that it needed a deep clean, not something that can be done in a matter of a day so I didn’t bother to call them due to us being in the condo for our stay.

Very very nasty

This condo was absolutely filthy and messed up. There was vomit on a big mirror in the dining area and all over a radio, floors were filthy, the couch has stains and something very obvious on the top of it. There were two beds in one room, one was broken and the other one had a silver bug in it. We had 3 people sleeping in one bed! We tried to get out of the condo but there was no other place to stay. The owners or manager did not do anything to make this right. Y’all this place should be turned inside out and redone. There are no words to express the filth in this condo. The rugs in the bathrooms were absolutely filthy, looks as if they have never been washed. Very very unhappy that we paid what we did for this condo. The owners should make this right financially, I have never ever left a bad review before but this needed to be said.

Great condo - gorgeous view!

Very attentive owner, great view, very clean! Second floor is great - we could use elevator or stairs. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious living room, nice kitchen and breakfast nook. Excellent television. We were fortunate to find this condo at such a late date for Spring Break. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Great location but it needs a good cleaning

The location of this condo is perfect! It is very close to the pool and has an awesome view of the pool and ocean. Being on the second floor was very convenient as well. But the condo was not clean, when we arrived it looked like it had not been cleaned at all, I think the linens were changed and that is it. There were extra linens just thrown on the shelf in the laundry area, inside the kitchen drawers were dirty, under the couch was dirty. There was a broken lamp just propped against the wall, the shower curtain in the master bath was disgusting. Though the decor was dated that did not bother us because the size of the condo was awesome. It def has its pro and cons. A good cleaning would go a long way!

Unit needs major updating

I booked this property in mid April. When booking on VRBO, I rely on reviews from past renters. All reviews seemed positive however, the one review that summed up our feelings exactly was posted after i had booked. The Edgewater Resort property grounds, restaurant and staff were exceptional. However, this unit was not. Upon arrival, towels hanging in both bathrooms were clean but not dry. The master bedroom did not have a closet, wall paper was loose and held up with clear packing tape, several ceiling tile were broke and appeared to have the start of mold. We put the recliner up on the couch and under it was food, dirt, paper etc. I brought our 5 month old grandson and hesitated to lay him on the floor. I also cleaned and swept out the storage closet that had beach accessories in it. It was covered in sand. The view from the patio was beautiful. With a little TLC this could be a great rental but not the condition it is in now. The unit sleeps 6 to 8 but yet we got charged for having two cars? I would think you could not fit that many people in one car. Also, I called about our deposit because I left the unit cleaner than I found it. It took almost three weeks to receive it. I was told the cleaning crew had to clear that all was well. The owner was responsive and easy to work with however, the unit has been neglected. I would not recommend this rental until some work has been done to it.

Wonderful place

My family and I had a great 3 night stay! The big comfy couch and tv were perfect when my kids needed a rest and a break from the sun. Kayla was so great! We had a little trouble with the security gate when we arrived and I called Kayla, and right away she jumped on the phone and took care of it! Will def be staying again!

We stayed here 3/31/2018-4/5/18 for our family Spring Break trio

Edgewater Resort is a really great property. We loved the huge lagoon pool , though were unaware it was not heated . It has easy accesss to beach and the grounds are well kept. We loved the daily snow cone hut , Oceans Bar and gril, the air brush. Tiki Hut and ice cream and pizza place all right around the main pool. Downside- kids club and ropes course are seasonal and were not open . Neither the website nor unit info made it clear that not all amenities advertised would be available. The resort and great beach made the vacation however this particular unit has some much needed improvements. It was OK , but a bit of a disappointment. It needs some TLC and I am emailing the property manager some specifics with pictures so they can hopefully address . The easy access and view from balcony were highlights as were the large sectional couch and huge TV in LR which made watching final 4 games great. Some of the downsides of this unit were- no closer in MBR- they had a small makeshift haginging rack but only a few hangers in either BR ( like 6-7 total) , peeling wallpaper held together with packing tape, mold in shower curtain, broken shower head in 2nd bath, broken lamp in LR, many chipped and discolored ceiling tiles/kitchen light. Dirty carpet and all drawers/cabinets in kitchen “stick” like they need a really deep cleaning. All the large windows looking out to the pool/beach have cracked seals and therefore have become cloudy from condensation which is likely a property issue more than owner but really affects the view which is a shame as this unit has an ideal location and view. Really just a little money could make all the difference in improving this unit. It wasn’t the worst place but compared to other units our friends stayed in at Edgewater, it definitely needs some attention.

Beautiful Views

Had a wonderful stay with beautiful views of the pool and beach. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the balcony. Being on the second floor was a plus since we didn’t have to wait on the elevator and we were able to use the stairs instead. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Pictures are just that “what you see is what you get”. No surprises.

We enjoyed the big comfy couch and the big screen. Being on vacation with the family it was nice to be able to all sit together and enjoy a movie. We were also very please with the pots and pans, the amount of dishes and different cooking utensils that were provided. The view was excellent. And very close to the pool we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the kids enjoy it. Very close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely use this property agian.

Great vacation

We had a really nice stay. The 2nd floor condo was convenient to the stairs. Only had to use the elevator once. The 70 inch tv was a plus as well as the huge sectional in the living room. The view of the ocean and pool area was beautiful. Kayla always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would stay again.

Very Clean & Homely

Our only complaint would be the sliding door to the balcony. If my husband hadn't been with us, we would have never been able to sit out. It was very hard to open! Other than that, everything was perfect! Absolutely loved the resort! Will definitely be returning!!

Condo is great. Panama City Beach is great.

The layout of the condo particularly the large living room area with the sectional and 70” TV was every comfortable and accommodating. The second floor, Tower I, location next to the stairs was convenient. The view of the beach and pool area from the living room and patio was great. Food and beverages at Ocean Bar and Grill was excellent and convenient. We would definitely recommend this condo. We’re looking forward to returning to PCB and staying here again. Joyce G.
