This contemporary villa sits directly on an idyllic private white sandy beach – among the best of the island - fronting one of the most beautiful turquoise lagoons of Mauritius. It is located in an unspoilt and authentic area of the island, rich in history – yet close to local amenities – and is ideal for nature lovers and ecotourism. From the beach, you can admire the dramatic surrounding mountains and neighbouring small islands, including Aigrettes Island, a nature reserve for very rare birds and endemic plants. The villa was renovated and decorated to a high standard, with all modern amenities, and is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a lounge dining room, which opens out to a terrace overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a utility room. The first floor comprises two ensuite double bedrooms with an adjoining terrace opening onto the beach and the sea and 2 further bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with a bunk bed. The spacious master bedroom and bathroom span over the 2nd floor. It opens on to a terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lagoon.
