Hinter der Hauptstraße versteckt, liegt die lichtdurchfluteten und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Endgerät Wohnung zu Fuß zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, und weniger als 2 Blocks von Hyannis Hafen mit dem Künstler Hütten und Restaurants mit Meerblick. Veterans Beach ist weniger als eine Meile entfernt und der Strand Pass, die mit der Wohnung können Sie alle Strände in der Stadt von Barnstable besuchen enthalten ist (6 Dörfer einschließlich Hyannis = viele, viele Strände Wahl!) Die Liegenschaft befindet sich im historischen Viertel von Hyannis als Kapitänin Row bekannt ist.
Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, zweites Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, es gibt auch eine Schlafcouch. 4-6 Personen bequem übernachten Sie hier. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit DirecTV (Hunderte von Kanälen) zusammen mit einem Videorecorder / DVD-Player. WIFI ist jetzt im Lieferumfang enthalten!

The stay was great you feel welcome as soon as you enter very clean and tidy with plenty of supplies for the week. The condo is downtown and yet it is still very quiet. Definitely will be staying there again.

Great location

The unit was just as expected by the description. It had everything that we needed and was comfortable for our family of 4. The location is so convenient for walking to shops and restaurants, while at the same time noise was not an issue.

Great location

This great location saved our week on the Cape. The weather was cold and wet but the house was comfortable and well equipped. Walkable to all the sites and shopping in Hyannis.

Excellent location, good wifi, beach pass, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, Hyannis ferry, JFK, etc. Kayak cookies next door smelled delicious. Easy parking too.

Excellent property in great location

The property was everything that we hoped for. Clean and comfortable with all the appliances we needed. The beach pass is a bonus. Location ideal for walking to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and for visiting other parts of Cape Cod.

Awesome location and Owner is a Gem

The property was clean, adequate space and numerous amenities for beach. Nicely decorated in Cape Cod theme and more than enough supplies to assist with everyday living. Would rent again and again!!

Perfect condo!

We had a lovely stay at Janis’ condo in Hyannis! We woke up every morning to the delicious smells of fresh baked cookies from the Kayak cookie bakery right behind the condo! The condo was a great location, just a minute walking distance from downtown Hyannis. We brought our bikes and biked down to the harbor (5 min bike ride) to catch the ferry to Nantucket. The condo had plenry of amenities and everything you would need to have a fabulous stay, including boogie boards and sand toys, beach gear, lots of kitchen necessities, etc. The condo is also pretty centralized from all the places in the Cape we wanted to visit! It was clean, the air conditioner was lovely, and the games, books and TV options were nice extras that made time at the condo a fun place to spend time and relax! We will definitely book again the next time we visit the Cape!

I currently live in Massachusetts, enjoying the history and culture of this state. Much as I love my state, I also love traveling the rest of our country and the world!

Location, Location, Location!
Since the 1970s, 'The Cape' has been part of my life. My folks had a house in Hyannis for many years, and it was then I fell in love with the 'village' of Hyannis! One of my dreams was to have a place of my own to 'get away' from it all, be able to park my car and just walk everywhere. That's what this place provides...a central location where I can just walk and enjoy the fantastic views of the harbor and the ocean. I hope you will love the location and my special place as much as I do.

One of the special things I love about this property is during the summer when the windows are open and the beautiful breeze is cooling the indoors, I can hear the sound of the boats and ferries with their deep sounding horns as they enter the harbor.
