Welcoming beach cottage on the third floor, comfortably furnished with one bedroom, a bathroom and sleeps up to four guests. The open living area includes a futon, suitable for two guests to sleep, and a kitchen fitted out for mealtimes. On-site parking is included, allowing for some additional space for securing small boats or kayaks, should you opt to bring your own. As the ocean lies less than 50 feet away, you may decide upon water sports or simply lazing out on the hammock at the front patio. The towering trees on the property add a “in the treetops” feel to this third-floor beach cottage, while also offering gorgeous ocean sights.


Attractions: great spot to enjoy some local nightlife, 15 minute drive to the Laguna Tortuguero Nature Reserve in Manatí, about a 45 minute drive to Zipline (extreme sports) at Toro Verde in Orocovis, plus an easy 10 minute drive to nearby surfing spots by the Atlantic shoreline.

This beach house traces a long history of more than 50 years and remains in family hands for over several generations. It is a place to spend quality time with a healthy spirit. Moreover, we maintain a deep sense of environmental commitment, paying careful regard to the natural resources of the local environment. Additionally, we show consideration for the local animals and their habitat (e.g. cobia, starfish, sea urchins, iguanas, fish, birds, etc.), strongly encouraging guests to contemplate the corals instead of touching them, depositing garbage in the bins, recycling, avoiding noise pollution and restricting audio by listening to music for oneself, while requiring that lights, air conditioners and fans be turned off if unused.
