Lovely villa in a quiet location. Very pretty setup in the garden with a shaded dining area and BBQ. There was plenty of space in the villa, and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Large bedrooms and decent beds, with air conditioning. The only negative aspect is that the showers were cramped and the water pressure could have been better. However, we fully enjoyed ourselves here and had a very pleasant week.

The place is really nice very close to Arezzo and to lots of places around Toscana. It was big for all the couples to be able to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Big kitchen with all the appliances that we needed.

We had a wonderful time in villa lorena. The house is spacious, the garden and pool bigger than expected and you find everything you need there. You have a great Pavillon and everything is very private. Also the hosts were friendly and helpful when we needed them.

Beautiful home for a quiet retreat in Tuscany. Close to many Tuscan towns and hamlets as well as vineyards and farms. Perfect space for a group traveling together. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. The villa has everything you need to cook in and is close to Arezzo for dining out. The views are gorgeous and sunset is incredible. Wonderful stay! Thank you!

An amazing house with better veiw than on pictures. The house was fantastic, great bedrooms and living spaces. Garden and pool is amazing and bigger than I thought. The host is really easy to communicate with and very helpful in every way. It was clean and well organized! I recommend this house for a peaceful cosy stay in Toscany!

The villa is lovely, set on the side of a peaceful village with views over the olive groves. Patricia and her family are very friendly and helpful and obviously proud of the house. We had a great time sitting out in the sun, having family meals around the large kitchen table and relaxing in all the space! Plenty of car parking and you will need a car to make the most of surrounding Tuscany.

Gorgeous, spacious villa, just loved how much space we had to spread out. The hosts kept the pool open for us which was a real treat. They were really thoughtful and considerate and responsive throughout our stay. The house is lovely but not so pristine that we were worried about our 5 year old and 2 year old running around it. Really supportive of you bringing children - cots, high chair and slides were provided for our stay.

Beautiful villa.so lovely and spacious. Really well set out for a family of 3 generations sharing (or families /friend's) Plenty of room for all to have private space. It was well equipped and comfortable. Some people of a larger size may find the showers a little small but bathrooms were a good size. The view from the garden was beautiful. Arezzo was a 20 minute drive approximately and a lovely town with many excellent restaurants.

Amazing! We had such a great week at Casa Lorena!! Highly recommend to anyone! Paolo was super kind, quick to respond and even brought us some tennis rackets. The house looks just like pictured and the value is great for the price. Everything is super clean, the pool and garden are great and the views over Tuscan landscape will stay with us for a long time. Thank you Paolo for one of the best air bnb stays we have ever had - we hope to be back soon!

A beautiful authentic Tuscan villa in the heart of Italy. We were a family of 6 who thoroughly enjoyed a two week stay. We were met by Paolo who was readily available for any queries we had during our stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we all really appreciated the air conditioning in all the bedrooms. You need a car to explore the region. We took trips to Florence, Siena, Pisa, Montepulciano and lake Trasimeno. The two weeks flew by. We would definitely recommend a stay in Villa Lorena !

Big garden, spacious rooms and despite the fact the owners lived in a part of the house, they granted us total privacy! Very helpful and friendly land lady and son, who spoke perfect English. There were no comfortable chairs. Not at the pool, not in the garden and not in the house. The beds were pretty hard as well, although we got used to that.

Review for stay from 19 August 2023 to 26 August 2023

We stayed there as a family of 12 people in totals. 6 grown ups and 6 children from 4-15. The house has the charm of a tuscanian villa and we liked it a lot. Would be nice if there would be a pool robot to clean during night. Also some kitchen utensils, such as the hand blender should be renewed. Some simple games or balls etc. for children would be great for families. In August there were a lot of mosquitos so repellent is needed during evening time. Overall we had a splendid time and Paolo and his parents were always available and very helpful. There is a restaurant nearby but unfortunately the owner is not very friendly ti foreigners not speaking Italian. But in the surrounding villages and in Arezzo there are a lot of restaurants and osterias with delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff. Overall we would definitely visit Tuscany again and stay in the villa as well.

Great Hosts but the Villa needs love.

Let me start off by saying the hosts ( a couple that lives 45 minutes away and their son studying in university in another city) are great. They can speak English ( the son), French ( the mother) and Italian ( all 3). Very responsive and they want to please. The state of the villa is ok. The walls are generally scuffed and dirty and the bathrooms would probably benefit from a refresh. In particular the showers which are tiny and tend to be...very used. The view is mostly visible from the second floor but it's still quite authentic. The pool is an out of ground attachment its quite refreshing given the heat and limited AC. The house would also benefit from a more complete cleaning. Recognizing its in the country side, it's filled with spiders of all sizes, ants ( including the t.o ground level rooms and beds) and scorpions! 4 out of the 5 rooms has functioning AC but the hosts controlled it at a distance. They generally opened it on time when we requested it ( we proposed a fixed schedule to simplify things) The location was interesting, loads of ascending and descending roads. In the immediate village, there's a small pizzeria, reservations were preferred for groups larger than 2-3. About ten minutes aways there was another restaurant called Buon Riposo, its larger and reservations weren't required. In summary, it's a nice place with great folks that run it but it needs love. Would I rent it knowing what I know now? yes bit not at the price we paid. Cheers!

Sehr schöne Villa! Empfehlenswert
